Overall we were very pleased with this company and would use again and recommend to others. This company fulfilled a couple of the things we look for...small local owned, veteran owned too. I called to get an estimate first and was pleased with the amount. It was good to hear him tell us that he does not go into a place and automatically cut trees down. When he saw the tree in our back yard he told my wife and I that we would need to take this tree out before it ended up in our house. He pointed out the issues on why it was a bad tree and we agreed that it had to go. There was another tree that we were concered about but he is the professional and he told us that the tree was strong and that all we needed to do was trim it. There was one more tree that we wanted removed and we had that pulled too. The crew that came out to the house was on time and professional. We would recommend them.

I had a few trees that were up against the house as well as growing close enough to the house that were becoming problematic that I wanted removed. Mark showed up promptly at the time we arranged to give me an estimate and discussed which trees should be removed and which one(s) could be saved. They were able to do all the work the following Monday. The work was done during the day while I was away. When I came home the trees were all cut down and everything was cleared away.

This company did a great job. I got my estimate on the day I called and scheduled the job for 3 days later. Marks crew showed up on time, very professional, and cleaned up the site all in 2 1/2 hours. I was very satisfied!!!

We were very pleased with everything. The work crew was competent and professional. It was obvious they cared about doing the job right! All the men seemed to know what they were doing. The man who pruned and trimmed our fruit tree climbed up and went through it branch by branch, which impressed us very much. We felt comfortable asking questions and working back and forth with the crew. They answered our questions and listened to our requests. There was a crew on the ground constantly cleaning up and they were awesome. At our request they even disposed of some wood debris we had been accumulating at no extra cost. They also cut out an extra shrub. Our yard looked better and cleaner than it had before. Overall, they made sure the trimming left our property looking better than before. They scheduled within a couple of days and finished the work in about three hours. They charged exactly what was on the estimate.

They responded well, their estimates were good and when they came to give the estimate they brought equipment to make sure the tree and area was safe. They used the chain saws and made it safe, whether I was taking their bid or not. They came back a few days later and took care of what I asked them to do. ( take out 3 trees & stumps) They cleaned up and were gone in no time, very cooperative, professional & competitive price wise.

Found Northwest Arbor Care on Angie's list. Very pleased with service. They were very professional, gave me a good estimate, and arrived and did the work on time. I highly recommend them.

Mark, the owner called back the same day, came the next day to give us an estimate and once we accepted a day later, his team completed the job 3 days later and removed 2 trees, and stumps, and trimmed all large hedges. They worked fast and left the yard better than they found it. Highly recommend their services!

Mark the owner came out and did the estimate. He was professional on the phone and answered my call even though it was late in the evening. He set up an estimate for the next day, and I gave him an A for responsiveness. The day of the estimate he spent about 10 minutes looking at the place and gave me a quote with a few additional permutations to the price, my wife and I were still deciding on some of the trees. He was able to schedule the day of the work 5 days from the day of estimate, this was nice. The crew was scheduled to come out at 8 AM to begin. Around 9:30 AM, they had still not showed up on the day of the work. I called Mark up thinking that they had forgot. He said they were having truck problems and would be out around noon. This was a bummer since I had only taken a half day off work and would need to take the full day off for them to do the work. I also expected to get a call early on if they were going to be late due to truck problems. This was my only complaint and why I gave them a C for punctuality The crew finally showed up around 12:30 PM. They quickly reassessed the yard to make sure the right trees were being removed. I was a little nervous about some of the trees in the back since half were staying and half were being removed, and they didn't mark the trees being removed. I had to confirm a few times with the crew members on which ones were being removed a few times during the work. The crew worked quickly taking down trees, and doing cleanup. They took down all the right trees and got the job done right, no surprises. The yard looks great now, tons of new sunlight coming through. The estimate was accurate and well priced, and everything went according to plan. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Called NW Arbor care on thursday to get a quote. Mark was very responsive and gave me a quote on Saturday. He and his team of approximately 8 men were on site on time at 8 AM on Tuesday and removed 3 large trees within 4 hours.Overall the whole process from getting a quote to removing the trees took less than 5 days. Removed 1 fir and 2 cedars, each tree was between 80-100 ft and fairly close to my home, also grinded stump on two trees. Price was very reasonable and service was awesome. They also did a very thorough cleanup after them. I will hire Mark again to remove more trees from my backyard in coming summer.

We obtained 4 bids to remove 18 trees mainly from our back yard. NW Arbor Care was close to one of the other bids in cost, we liked Mark G and his no pressure sales/bid, (unlike some other competitors) plus they have all insurances in place (bond, license, L&I). The trees removed were tall firs, cedars, pines and mid size cherries, vine maples, dogwood, all stumps were ground and wood hauled away. Job completed in one day and area left clean. The crew was professional, safe, prompt, hard working group!

I am really satisfied with them. There was a slight misunderstanding, but they were fair and comprimsed with me and fixed it.

Mark responded promptly to schedule estimate visit and work dates. Some confusion about times so less-than-perfect on punctuality, but no real harm done. Crew arrived and got right to work, effectively performed work, and left area tidier than it was on their arrival. Mark and all members of his crew were courteous and kind. When we discovered we'd made a mistake on the check we gave him, Mark cheerfully offered to come back to the house to pick up the corrected check, which was an added convenience for us. An excellent experience--we will definitely call them again.

We called the owner, Mark, on a Saturday for an estimate. He came out that same afternoon, gave us a reasonable bid and said his crew was available to do the work at the end of that following week. His crew showed up on time, on the agreed upon day and performed the work exactly as specified. They worked as a team, quickly, safely and professionally. It took a couple of days for all the wood to be hauled away, but it was gone within a week. The stump grinding took place the following week and that went well too. We absolutely will hire Northwest Arbor Care again if we need any future tree pruning or removal.

I called on Monday. The estimate was done on Tuesday, and the work was done on Wednesday. Excellent prompt service.

They were a bit late, but nothing outrageous. They said the'd take 90 minutes and were finished in 60.

The crew was prompt and friendly. Did the work quickly and kept me informed on the process. They also cut back my neighbors cedar tree that was invading my yard. Cleaned up and were gone leaving nothing but a nice fire wood pile in less than two hours. I would use this company again for sure.

The crew came earlier than expected, finished quickly and left the work area very clean (all of the debris was hauled away). They were very helpful in recommending a company to take away the stump that was left.

We had a partially done job that needed to be finished. NW Arbor Care gave us the best estimate (by far), removed one large tree and finished the incompleted job (initiated by another) in record time. Most of the project was located on very steep terrain but the NW Arbor Care's workers performed quickly and in all ways with professionalism. The large tree that was removed could have presented a problem but it was downed, cut up and chipped (at our request - over our steep embankment) in short order. Clean-up was outstanding. We are very pleased with NW Arbor Care's work in all respects and recommend them without reservation!
