Erik was great, start to finish. After getting quotes from two other Seattle-area arborists, Erik came in with the lowest bid and executed the work on time (and on a Sunday of a holiday weekend). He left the backyard spotless, as he did our shared property lines bordering a neighbor's house. Highly recommended.

After I called, someone stopped by to provide an estimate. I'd already drawn out a little map indicated where and what work I wanted done. The overall price seemed reasonable. I wasn't there when they did the work, but husband says they showed up around noon, about 2 hours later than they said they would. Still, they must have worked pretty quickly because they completed all tasks. They were very neat and non-destructive to the surrounding vegetation, and did exactly what I asked for in a tasteful and restrained way. Later I found a few branches that had not been picked up but that was not enough to bring down the score. They forgot to leave a receipt (unless it's their policy not to, which would be unusual). I would use them again for any kind of ornamental pruning.

They came on time to cut the tree and cleaned the place themselves. They did a quality job. They are reasonably priced. I liked their services and will continue to use them in future.

After reading mostly glowing reviews on Yelp and AngiesList, I called to request a price quote for tree removal. My call was returned quickly, and the next day someone was there to look at the tree and give me a quote; several days later I decided to hire the company, called to schedule, and was able to schedule the tree removal for a couple days later. On the morning of the tree removal the crew arrived on time in some kind of Mad Max fashion. They subsequently had mechanical problems with one of the pieces of equipment. Start of work was delayed around an hour until mechanical problems could be resolved. Crew took tree down in a matter of a few hours. I had run out on a few errands and when I returned I found the crew wrapping up and the foreman zipping up and down the street on a minibike in front of my house! I'm rather embarrassed to think that my neighbors might have seen that. We had a small dispute over payment in re: a discount that was offered on Yelp but I was just ready to have the crew gone so I didn't press it that far. In the end, the tree came down as I desired, but I found myself feeling that the overall service I got didn't live up to all the reviews I had read. In addition to the broken equipment and the hot-rodding in the street, I found that a bush adjacent to the tree had been damaged (it's now mostly dead), apparently by the stump grinder, and I found several cigarette butts left behind in the yard. I'm glad the dying tree is gone, but I'm glad this crew is gone too.

Erik and crew were fabulous! Great bid, great personality, and great service. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. They are environmentally conscious and avoid using tree spikes on their shows unless the tree is coming down. They were even willing to take out a huge rosemary bush for us at the last minute and even repaired a wobbling tile on our porch! Clean up was stunning. It looked like we had the yard cleaned. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again.

went very well.worked fast yet did a good job (Erik,Eden & Justin) and cleaned up all the mess.I only got his bid but i was satisfied.Arrived around 1130am and left about 530pm.

The owner (Erik) sent his best guy (Justin) up into my magnolia trees and they turned out wonderful. Other crew members collected branches and fed them into a chipper and swept the area. I was home during most of the work so I could provide feedback on what I wanted. They finished reducing the woody bushes after I left, and didn't take off as much as I wanted. When Erik called later to see if I was happy, I whined a little bit about not taking enough off the bushes and he immediately scheduled a return trip to take more off AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. I was very impressed at how much Customer Satisfaction means to him.

They both were hard workers and took pride in their work.

Looked at trees, douglas fir of concern was leaning a bit. He determined that the tree was healthy (which agreed with another arborist), but decided to mitigate its wind resistance by selective pruning. He went high into the tree and removed all deadwood and many other branches. He went along the perimeter of the roof and trimmed back all trees with a pole pruner. Then his crew removed all debris and cleaned up the yard with a blower. He even blew the driveway clean. He and the crew were professional and efficient. His bid was the lowest by a substantial margin. He has a "policy of undercutting all other bids."
