Description of Work: The technician came after my garage door springs had failed and as a result would not close. I thought it would be a difficult job as it had come off the hinges and figured it would be an expensive thing to replace. Boy was I wrong. He came and explained that the only thing to replace was the springs as the builder used the cheapest one possible and it had simply failed. He worked his magic and was able to get the door to close, align the rollers back in line, and then went about to replacing the springs with a set that should last me a long time. I can tell he cares about his work because he could have simply collected the check and left by then. Instead he did a full tune up and review of the garage door and lubed all parts. He even gave me a can of the spray he was using and told me to use it periodically to help keep the parts in good shape. I was VERY impressed with the service and since then I have recommended him anytime I hear of a garage door problem.

Description of Work: Replaced broken spring/pm on entire door.
