Everything turned out fine. They did a great job. I had no problems with their service.

The service turned out good. It was a hassle trying to set an appointment. The communication was not great. They did do a good job with the work but it did take a while to schedule an appointment.

This install went perfectly. I walked through the house with them once at the beginning and then left them to it. I had a bunch of requests, and they accommodated them all. Everything was done very professionally, and the equipment looks very neat and tidy. The new return duct work was routed vertically along a wall in the garage (from attic to crawlspace). Apparently, they custom fabricated this insulated duct in their shop and it looks fantastic... nice, since it's the most visible part of the system. They even went above-and-beyond in a number of ways: - they disposed of some old junk equipment that I had previously removed but hadn't gotten around to hauling to the dump - they connected my water heater's condensate drain to the pump below the new furnace (which I was planning to do myself), - they left me a temporary thermostat because I was painting the walls and didn't want to ruin my nice new one - they let me borrow some space heaters to use until the furnace was ready - they installed extra filters in the air returns so that drywall dust doesn't get into the system during renos It was such a relief to see the job done properly the first time. I would absolutely recommend WSB as a company that you can trust to just do it right with no shortcuts or supervision needed. These guys take pride in their work, and it shows. A+ I will be doing business with them again.

It went pretty well, they were able to accomodate us sooner that several other companies and worked around my schedule. As part of the service package there was a filter change, but they noticed that my filter was in very good condition (it was recently isntalled) and they didnt replaced it and removed that charge fromt the total. Price wise I think they are on par or a little bit higher than the rest but I needed someone to come soon they were the only ones that were able to match my schedule. In general I would recommend them again.

Well II am waiting to find out how the inspection will go with he tenant, once he has done so he will call me and email me an estimate. I can post an update when I find out.

They offer same day service. They have good local guys working for them. The owner usually answers the phone and he is very good about saying when the guys will be out and they are always out when they say they will be out. I had one unit put in by them and then we decided we wanted air conditioning as well so we decided to go with a heater with a heat pump so we could get air conditioning as well so they put that in last year. They are a local company and they offer good service. They are fast and they explain everything that they are going to do. When we did the switchover on the heater, the price was very competitive. We will definitely continue to use them. They also do water heaters and plumbing.
