What began as a simple shower pan repair turned into a full master bath remodel and a new roof due to water damage. Having dealt with poor contractors for 45 years, we feared the worst, but Chase handled everything seamlessly. He assessed the damage, adjusted the plan, and had the skilled crew to execute both repairs and high-quality finishes. The team was punctual, professional, and kept our home clean. "Ilya and team were great! Communication was timely and constant. Ilya is a hard hard worker and made our master bathroom amazing. He took out our tub and single shower and installed 2 shower head bathroom with heated flooring, floating vanity, and another light above the shower. He is respectful of our home and a dog person for sure! He left everything nice and neat and went through thoroughly to ensure he did not leave any dust or debris past his working hours. Would recommend to friends and family! Easy, much cheaper than our other quotes and he did it all within our agreed upon timeline! Please use GASHIN and support local!"
