Clean work performed in a timely manner

Freddy was very fast to respond and easy to work with. We recently experienced a lot of damage from the wind storm and Freddy and his team helped restore our house quickly with repair and cleaning.

NWPM was a subcontractor for a bathroom remodel. They were prompt and responsive -- they showed up when they said they would, and did good work. They installed a subfloor, vanity, toilet, shower door, and an exhaust fan with necessary conduit. I don't know about their pricing because they were a subcontractor, but I would hire them based on their responsiveness and the quality of the work performed.

It went amazing! NWPM do awesome, high quality work. They pay attention to every detail and are very neat and tidy. Everything is done with expert craftsmanship and very straight, clean lines. I can not do what they are able to do for me; their work in just a few days replaces all the work that would have taken me weeks or months to do myself and I would not have the same clean finish. I enjoy my almost 20 year old home so much more after all the work they have done to update it!

Mr Rivera "Fredy" owner of Northwest Paintmaster's is a painting contractor by license and bonding. He may be good at that but we will never know. We were promised a good deal. And we got a good deal of aggravation. Mr., Rivera is a charmer and he will spin a web promise and confidence it?s all feel good. But that?s where it ends. I honestly would hire Fredy again for Demo work and maybe painting and flooring but no serious contracting nothing as ambitious and a complete bathroom overhaul. Northwest Paintmaster?s could not even be available to manage their sub contracted plumber they hired to rough in the new, tub, shower, vanity, washing machine, and hot water heater. That jobnow has cost me serious money in replacing a perfectly good tub for a special order one that will fit. They say they will clean up after themselves that is if they ever come back. Windows inserted without flashing, headers built that were not straight, nor sturdy enough for the application. Doors hung and re hung due to miscommunication. The re hung door had so many nail holes you might have thought it was sprayed with nails. Norhwest Paintmaster's are a small polite company but lack the experience to know how inept they really are. Unless you are schooled in what is to be expected and how to do a job up to some kind of industry standard better look somewhere else.

Freddie was very professional, he showed up on time and was very prompt in doing all the work. He go the painting work done at an excellent pace and the cost came in a little under what I expected. He also made minor electrical work and pressure washing for my driveway, all of it was done in an excellent way at schedule and with the same cost that was agreed upon. I would highly recommend him for any other work and will continue working with him for my home needs.

Freddy is very professional and does a great job. He costs much less than other in this area. Strongly recommend him for all painting requirements
