The company works well with others and work is performed efficiently, respectfully and definitely in a timely manner. I called Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating at 10 am on a Saturday about a leak in a outdoor water hose fixture (don't know the technical term). Mike S. was the representative that came to the house at 11:30 promptly, just as the scheduler promised. Couldn't ask for a better experience although I was going to eventually pay for the visit. Mike was professional, respectful and, had a sense of humor. I can say that I was shown what the actual issue was, quoted a price and paid exactly that. Most places NOT Puget Sound P&H would charge you for a lot of work you didn't ask for or even need, not Mike. I know you may think this is fake, but in this day in age it's hard to get service from someone you trust. I do, did and will. Thanks

Quickly and efficiently fixed our problem! They were wonderful and were extremely knowledgeable! They were a bit expensive but they came out here within 45 min of me calling them (other places didn’t have appointments until later in the week) and were done within 2 hours! What started out as a disastrous morning was quickly fixed by Matt R and his partner. Thank you so much!

Job done! They had to work in a very unpleasant crawlspace. I don't mind paying more for that.

Too Expensive. $1,227 to replace an outside faucet and 1ft of water line. Too expensive.

They came same day, did the quote and the work and were out within an hour. Very impressed with their professionalism.

This company is rather expensive but the quick response for a leaking water main was great. Very professional and quality work. They identified the problem with the water main promptly and were ready to perform necessary repairs straight away when hired. I would consider using them for future remodel projects. On a side note, all of the other companies did not return calls. If they do not respond, why are they listed in Home Advisor?

Great overall service, replacement water heater within same day calling. Little pricey but quality work and would hire again.

Called on Sunday morning and arrived at 4pm. Very good service, very friendly and well trained. Found the problem quickly and fixed quickly. Fairly pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, but expensive $600 for less than an hour of work to replace a tub drain.

We needed a new dishwasher, garbage disposal, drain kit and faucet installed. We also needed valves replaced We appreciated the customer service and technical expertise provided by Ellis and Ryan. They were very professional and thorough. Three stars for "value for money" only because it seemed very expensive. Maybe due to the addition of replacing some of our PVC lines and valves. But we chose a trusted company because we can't risk water damage.

We were in dire need of a water heater blowout, and Home Advisor was quick to find us the help we needed, in Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating, INC! The crew were prepared with a replacement unit, had it installed and contacted a Water Mitigation Contractor, who also arrived and have provided us with a quote for insurance claim. Not an emergency by any means, but these fellows responded like it was! Super impressed!

Quick service within 1 hour and fix the problem and another issue on the same trip. Another vendor told me their company could not come out for 5 days...PSP came out in an hour...amazing!!!

My belief is that you can find a much more reasonably priced plumber in the King county area. I would get their bids in writing and know what the project will be before they start. I felt like the end price was not what was represented before they started. When I complained to the workers on site about the price, they were professional in their response, however, when I spoke to others in their office about the very high price- higher than average prices according to HomeAdvisor's site, the people in the office had an unprofessional attitude with me, and I ended up paying nearly $1,500 for about 3 1/2 hours of work.

they where very fast at the response of my request and fast at the work done. Quality work and answered all my questions I enjoyed they friendly and professional attitudes both Jonathan and Matt Rudy showed I would recommend them and plan on using them again

Josh and Roberto diagnosed the problem, offered me clear options, and I chose the one that made the most sense. I'm happy with their thoughtful efficient work, and I would not hesitate to use Puget Sound Plumbing again.
