I called, they put in an order to come deliver oil, and it was delivered. I paid with credit card over the phone so I didn't even have to be at home for the delivery. Amazing customer service! Thank you!

I loved these folks. They were super helpful, they answered all of my questions, they were completely professional, they suggested great solutions to my problems and I thought they did a great job at the services performed (see above). I thought that the price was very reasonable also.

Debra, the customer service estimator was fabulous!! Gave great advice and answered my many questions. After she left I had even more questions. She was prompt in getting back to me with all the information I needed. Install went fine--the furnace guys and electrician were able to complete the work about half a day. Duct cleaners even came early so the installers could get going on time. Overall a very good experience.

They were very good but we didn’t use them for the actual work. I think they tried to meet our needs but we liked another company better. We probably won't get another bid from them in the future because we would just go with the other company we found.

We talked to several different providers, but thought Glendale gave us the best explanation for their furnace recommendation. The installer was extremely helpful. My husband did all the gas piping himself and his job was made much easier by some sound advice from the installer (which he didn't need to do, since this is a service they offer). The furnace is wonderful - we can hardly believe how quiet it is compared to the clanks and bangs that came out of our 50+ year old oil furnace.

It turned our pretty good. I had just bailed out of a bad experience. Glendale did it right. The one thing that didn’t work out was that they told me they would give me an extra filter. They didn’t bring it out. I asked for it. The installer said he would have it sent out. I asked the installer about it when he came out the next week and they never sent it out. They did a good job putting it in. They were so much better than the other companies. They other companies want to get in and out as soon as possible. Glendale put effort in on the front end between the sales and the project manager. I was very picky on the project, so I went and got the parts on the product. They ended up putting it in the way I anted. They tucked the furnace almost as tight as I wanted. The saleswoman, Debra Koon, was extremely contentious.

That was great. They have been very good. They are always quick to respond to any request I have. They are always very pleasant and professional.

We went to someone else. It irked me that they charged me and didn't even put the cover back on. I would not call them again. Their estimate was way higher then the company we went with.

The heat pump wasn't working and it wasn't cold enough for the furnace to work. I called Glendale as they installed the heat pump and instant water heater some years ago and was always pleased with them. They were booked and recommended another heating company. The tech from this company arrived but didn't seem to understand how everything worked and it was a couple hours before he found the heat pump was low on refrigerant. He added a third of a can as that was all he had and charged $525.60. The heat pump was still not working well so I called Glendale again and another tech came out. He was furious that he was called and lashed out at me for calling the other heating company even after I told him Glendale recommended them. I got refrigerant from a friend and it's been working fine since. I called the other heating company about the cost and they refunded $323.00.

They called to let me know they were on the way, and arrived right on time. I thought maybe I had put the filters back in incorrectly but they were clean and okay. They took the furnace off emergency heat and got it up and running normally. Also checked/serviced the heat pump and the hot instant water which is for the bathrooms, and another water heater in the garage, for the kitchen.

Work is high quality and just what we wanted- ducting reworked and put up into the ceiling joists. They worked to find the best solution and were the best price out of 4 quotes we received for the work. Thanks!

They were extremely competent and excellent in every way. They worked with me and the manufacturer of the water heater to make sure that the installation of the water heater was done the right way and was effective. They offer a deal on the furnace installation in the summertime when they are not as busy.

They put the new ducts in place, complete with round to rectangular transistions and curves. Just before they started work, I requested an extension on the long (~25 foot) duct and a new register with some fairly complex bends. Randy not only handled this addition well, but for no extra cost. The problems were a bad roll of the dice when I called to start the work - Randy had just started a vacation and he was the only one to manage the field work. By the time he got back to work and could schedule this 1 day job in it was another week. So a typical couple of days response time went out to 2 weeks - but this is July and a popular vacation time and it is a small business. Their work was well executed except for the reduction in the size of one floor register. I saw what the site worker Jason had done and stated that the simple sheet covering of part of the wood floor opening was useless to me (as well as it NOT being what I had discussed with Randy at job quote visit time). I called Randy before his field crew left the job and explained the problem, and he agreed to correct the situation in a friendly manner without argument. I handed my phone to Jason and the 2 chatted and Jason corrected the heat register. It's important for the designer to be on-site during work.

Glendale Heating and Air Conditioning came out to gave me an estimate and I thought they were very professional. They seem to have a lot of experience and I went with another company because I wanted a paticular furnace and they were not familiar with it.

They show up on time and answer any questions that I have to the best of their knowledge. Because they are in the oil buisness they know who is realiable to do the air duct cleaning and referred me to someone when I needed that work done. They approximate cost listed is what I pay per year to have them look over the furnace. I will continue to use them.

Went very well. The tech showed up on time, was courteous, polite, and efficient. Got the job done in under 45 minutes, and also replaced the filters.

I got several quotes and they had the best bid. They did a good job putting it in and they did not waste any time. As a result everything is working great.

I appreciate Roger's candor and honesty. He stayed in his repair role and did not push a sale, rather provided useful information. I was under the impression that my furnace was a decent unit, and Roger could have argued for the repairs, suggesting I might get another ten years out of it. He expressed some shock that the heat exchanger was not yet cracked. My dismay at pricing is for the industry in general. This service charge is not out of line with the industry, and was what I expected. Nonetheless, $90 for a half-hour service requiring no parts is difficult to understand.

I chose them over two other companies that I had estimates for. They gave you a better furnace for the price I paid. They were very prompt and were very knowledgeable and did the job efficiently. I would recommend them to others.

Their technicians are very knowledgeable. They are very quick and efficient. They are also really friendly. They do a very good job cleaning up after themselves as well.
