The install went great. They were on-time and very professional. Both installers wore masks and shoe covers when they came into the house. They had excellent work ethic and were polite. Their quality was exceptional. I would definitely hire them for this type of work again. Plan to use them for maintenance and repairs.

The process went very well from start to finish. I appreciated their approach of telling us the price of the various heaters, then the additional work needed (duct work, removal and replacement, permits, etc.) That made and apples-to-apples comparison much easier. None of the other five estimates I got approached it that way; they gave prices that were more all-in, making it difficult to determine how much was the hardware vs. the labor and other essentials. They were not the cheapest bid I got but were very competitive and made me feel the most comfortable about the product I'd chosen as well as their ability to both install and stand behind my purchase.

We had dealt with Glendale before so we called them when our furnace went out on a cold night on a holiday. They had a repair man out to us the next morning and he had it up and running in under an hour. As usual, it was great dealing with Glendale!

Amazing, so knowledgeable, from Sarah in the office to Randy who came out and get things fixed this team really knows what they are doing. My old Thermo Pride furnace is now venting perfectly and runs like a top!

After scheduling our install, we requested a preliminary visit by the install crew to answer additional interior and exterior unit location questions. Day of install went efficiently with same Glendale install crew and contractor electricians. Total time was approx. 5 1/2 hours. All permit costs & contractor work were included in quote. We were given written information as to how subsequent government inspections would be scheduled along with remote unit operational manuals and warranty info. Electrical and mechanical inspections have been performed and both passed. After nearly a month of use, we are very happy with our decision and have used both the A/C and heat modes. Overall this experience was very good and we feel confident that Glendale is the type of company that will work to resolve any issues or questions that may arise. Will definitely use then in the future as needed to maintain and service this system.

Their the only one we've used so I don't know how to compare the price. The service person did alright, it was the office person that didn't do well. All they can do is give you an estimate of the time, so it's not like it's an exact appointment for a certain hour. They do their best to get there during that estimate time and they do that.

Excellent! I thought it would be a major issue but it turned out to only be a minor issue. Recommended future maintenance to prevent the problem again, which I will certainly do! Service Technician arrived on time and service completed quickly.

Glendale's tech (Suyong) took a look and let me know that we didn't need a sensor installed and we did not need a new thermostat. He could fix the issue that day as a service call, and he did. He was polite, professional, and also answered a few other furnace questions we had. He was able to clearly explain the work he needed to do and how to operate the thermostat with the new settings. We will be switching to Glendale Heating for all future furnace needs. Suyong saved us $800 and the headache of dealing with our previous company any longer.

The worker have all been very professional very knowledgeable. We have gone down and bought a new thermostat this time cause we were sure that it was the thermostat cause our furnace kept shutting off and like two minutes he check the thermostat and he knew that it wasn't the thermostat he didn't try sell us anything he just repair there was a leak in one of the hoses, he just repair it and clean everything and turn the filter in and was basically just the ninety nine dollar for the service charge and his time so I think their really honest and professional.

It went great! The provider was nice enough to even squeeze us in during a weekend to fix our furnace. We have been using them for about 18 years, and we have always been happy with their service.

I would give them A for everything. They were outstanding. I would absolutely use them in the future. They're also a heating and air company. They give $50 discount for first time customers.

We had a not so good experience with them. She was a nice person, but not knowledgeable. I probably would not recommend them. It wasn't up to snuff. They went away to get us the estimate and were slow coming back. The others had computers and did it right on the spot. She couldn't answer some of our questions and actually gave us some wrong information. She was dealing with my husband who is an electrical engineer.

The office staff is amazing and very willing to work with our schedule. The tech was on time and fixed the furnace.

The installation crew was excellent. The sheet metal work was very well done. They did a nice job with the thermostat wiring. It is barely visible in the garage where the furnace is located. When the installers went to cut a hole in the wall for the new return line, they discovered some mold and told us that this should be corrected before they proceeded. So we got the mold taken care of and then they returned to complete the return line installation. The furnace is located in a garage. When the county inspector inspected the job, he said there needed to be a post installed so that a car did not inadvertently hit the furnace. Glendale promptly came back and installed the post. Top notch service. The only negative thing is that the rep said the furnace had a 56000BTU output and they installed a model with 52000BTU output, with no explanation of the change. The house now takes longer to heat up in the morning. I think 56000 would have been better. If it were not for the discrepancy in the furnace size, I would have given them an A rating.

The company has prompt scheduling. The were courteous, knowledgable and professional. I obtained 3 bids, all were fairly comparable I simply chose another company.

Had Glendale come out and hook up a minisplit ductless AC unit. Technician came out ahead of time to survey the work and said it would be no problem. When they came out to do the work, their technician worked tirelessly start to finish, and had no trouble getting everything setup and working. Tested both heat and AC fine, and even cleaned up after himself. Had a small issue with the drain on the indoor unit, called Glendale and they came out the next day and fixed it up pronto, and didn't even charge even though they had to change a fitting. Highly recommended.

The Glendale service-man was punctual. He was respectful and courteous. He wore shoe covers while in the home. Once completed he gave me a complete yet brief report of everything he had done regarding analysis and tune up and that he'd replaced the filter, which he showed me. He gave me a comprehensive summary of his findings in laymen's terminology so I could easily understand. He indicated nothing further was needed at this time. He presented me with the bill and explained what it was comprised of between the maintenance and the filter replacement. Everything went smoothly and as expected. The price was as quoted. I found Glendale to be easy to work with and perfect in response and follow through. I will use them again.

experienced same symptomatic problems that occurred with my original draft motor. 3RD SERIVICE VISIT (March 20), new technician came by to review furnace problem. He decided that draft motor needed replacement. 4TH VISIT (March 21), technician replaced draft motor again, but noticed a more significant leak that was not resolved by first technician; discovered it was the plastic casing, into which the draft motor was secured. Someone had turned a screw too deep into the plastic bushing, which caused it to crack (and thus cause the leak). 5TH VISIT (March 21), technician replaced the plastic bushing ($100), and re-installed existing draft motor. About 2 weeks after, same symptoms of draft motor engaging, then not engaging became evident. The furnace continued to operate for a few weeks. Then the same symptoms became evident again. Contacted Glendale Heating again on same problem that it came out to repair on on March 5, 2014. Customer questions: Originally, where were the diagnostic tools to check out the source of the problem in the beginning? Why didn't the technician take into account the customer's curiosity that the furnace's problem might be in the ignition area (this customer is not an experienced furnace technician, but no resolve came from this customer's original inquiry). So, today, this customer awaits for a 6TH VISIT by Glendale Heating to resolve a shutdown that reasonably should have been resolved during the first visit over 45 days ago. So far, this customer has paid about $800 to Glendale Heating, and has had to significantly interrupt 5 working days to accommodate the visits to repair what the customer believes should have been a simple diagnostic determination.

Things did go well. They were pretty good. I did not actually interact with them except on the phone then they did a repair on my rental properties.

My electric furnace stopped working on Thursday (2/13/2014) evening. On Friday morning I called several heating companies to see if anyone could come out on Friday to determine what the problem was, though I was pretty sure it was the heating element as this happened once before when the furnace was only 3-4 months old!!! I called Brennan first as they had done an annual maintenance check on the furnace in Oct 2012 so I thought I would try them first. The fellow I talked to on the phone was so rude! And their rates were too high for off-hours. I called several other businesses and everyone else was so nice, even those who did not have any time to come to look at the furnace on Friday. I finally had Glendale Heating come out. Everyone I dealt with was professional and so helpful and caring!! I was so impressed with them. They were punctual, courteous and thorough in their diagnosis of the problem. They called around to find the part locally and were able to come back on Saturday to replace the part. I thought the cost was fair and more importantly I felt like they were honest in answering all the questions I had. I was very impressed with them! If I find that the furnace that I bought 3 years ago is going to continue to have problems with this part, I will talk to Glendale about options for a new heating option and get rid of this furnace, a Goodman furnace.

They did a great job. We asked a lot of questions, because we wanted to be completely comfortable with our choice. Debra answered all our questions promptly and professionally. She was very good at explaining all our furnace options. The installation went smoothly. The installers arrived on time in the morning and finished by late afternoon. They were friendly, informative, and efficient. They answered all my questions. When a possible concern about our air conditioner arose, Glendale Heating promptly sent out a technician to make sure it was o.k. (at no extra cost). The furnace itself is excellent. The 2 stage furnace with variable speed blower has proved to be well worth the extra cost. It is quieter and more efficient than our previous furnace. It heats the downstairs part of our tri-level home much better than our old furnace. Glendale Heating completed and sent in the warranty information for us. Their price includes the first annual checkup for free and yearly reminders for annual maintenance. They also sent us all the paperwork we needed to get our energy rebate from PSE. We would certainly recommend Glendale Heating and Air Conditioning.
