Description of Work: Could not fix out furnace properly. Came out 5 times for the same issue and replaced a part that was not needed. After the 5th service call on the same issue no heat they ended up charging us an additional 60.00 for what we do not know

Description of Work: WE HAD A SERVICE CONTRACT ON A VERY OLD OIL FURNACE. THEY SERVICED IT REGULARLY AND KEPT IT RUNNING. THEY ADVISED US THAT IF WE UPGRADED WE WOULD GET BETTER EFFICIENCY AND POSSIBLY SAVE MONEY.
