Description of Work: Essentially, did a furnace troubleshoot and concluded that he did what he could but said that further work was electrical related. He only charged me the service call price, so I thought that was extremely fair and honest.

Description of Work: We were moving & wanted the furnace serviced first. They came out and told us the heat exchanger was cracked and we needed a new furnace. They lied. We had another company come out who said some companies say this when people are moving! The furnace is fine and serviced by another company who is honest!

Description of Work: Everything went as planned. Equipment appears to be top of the line and functions as advertised. Staff was punctual, polite and cleaned up work area.

Description of Work: Serviced Gas Furnace. Kelly showed up on time, completed the service in timely manner. Did have a couple of general questions which he was going to check into, but so far have not heard back. Thus the overall B rating.

Description of Work: I used them for many years and they kept my old furnace running. But I reached the point that my tank and furnace needed to be replaced. I chose to go with natural gas. But for the many years I had an oil furnace they were great.

Description of Work: Woman on phone said that they could address our gas fireplace pilot light AND clean our forced air heating ducts. She was wrong. They only fixed the gas fireplace for a whopping $400. When we called managers to have the price reduced, they refused.

Description of Work: I requested a quote for installing an electric mini-split heat pump system from Glendale. They gave me a quote within my price range and I had them installed within 2 weeks. I asked them so many questions but they were very prompt in responding to my questions. The install crew were very professional and always make sure they did not leave a mess after themself, which is very nice. I had the system about 3 months now and been running the system 24/7 and my bill average only about $35/month, a huge saving from my oil system, which is about $120-$145/month.

Description of Work: My husband and I were freezing in our house on Sunday. I watched the Academy Awards wearing two coats. We coud not get our furnace to turn on, despite the fact that we had just replaced the thermostat on the Friday before. I called Glendale on Monday morning and they said they would get someone out by the afternoon that day. By the noon hour Kelly from Glendale arrived. He explained that the door on the furnace where the filter is located had not been properly replaced which could have kept the furnace from operating. The door, when properly closed depresses a button which is necessary for the furnace to function. Kelly cleaned and serviced my gas furnace. Showed me exactly how to replace the filter and how to properly close the door to the area on the furnace where the filter is located. Told me the exact age of the furnace. Explained about the age of the furnace and what to expect in the future. Very fast, efficient, excellent service for a very reasonable price. I am set up for an annual servicing of the furnace now. I will recommend Glendale to all my friends and acquaintences.
