"They replaced the rusted downspouts with new ones. All went well. When the gutters overflowed a week later I called Eric and he said he’d come out when it was raining again to see what the problem was. True to his words, he called and arranged to come out. He discovered that the gutters were full of leaf matter and unclogged them to allow the water to flow. It was not his problem but he took care of it at no charge. Very good people—efficient and honest."

"Sadly, this is not a company you can trust. I hired them with a certain $ cap, and in the end it was doubled without consent from us. We hired them for a few broken sprinkler heads and the addition of one, and what they literally left us with, was a broken, leaking master valve that was NOT broken when they started. We literally WATCHED him break it and then take no responsibility for it. We are also left with one entire section of our yard with NO working sprinkler system. The other companies bids were equal in cost but for less quality/warranty or they just never showed up to do the bid. RROC Exteriors -specifically the owner Matt impressed me in so many ways! His approach to customer service is exactly what we all should want in a contractor- direct, caring and compassionate (no sugar coating fluff or hidden things in bids), top notch quality products offered, extensive explanation about the products and a follow-up that shows that he cares about the homeowner and the credibility of his company! When the crew came out to do the roof, they were punctual, respectful and very hard working! Even the office staff was respectful and helpful with changes to our start date (due to tsunami warnings here at the beach where I live).
