Description of Work: Replaced rusted out flange ring to toilet drain pipe, replaced wax ring and seated new toilet.

Description of Work: I needed piping from a propane tank to a standby generator. Work was completed in a timely manner.

Description of Work: THEY CHARGED $5000.00 FOR REPLUMBING MY HOUSE DUE TO QUEST PLUMBING BEING REPLACED BY A RELIABLE PLUMBING. AT FIRST, I HAD EXPECTED TO HAVE THE ENTIRE HOUSE RE-PLUMBED IN COPPER, AND MYSELF NOT BEING VERY AWARE OF THE PRICE OF COPPER THOUGHT THE PRICE TO BE REASONABLE. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE REPLACED PLUMBING THAT WAS NOT COPPER AS I HAD EXPECTED. THEY SAID THEY COULD DO COPPER, BUT FOR A MUCH HIGHER PRICE. THIS WAS EXPLAINED BY ONE OF THE WORKMEN, NOT THE SUPERVISOR, AHEAD OF TIME AT THE CONTRACT WRITING. I AGREED THAT SAVING MONEY WITH A POLY-PLASTIC THAT WAS " AS GOOD AS COPPER" WAS ADEQUATE, SINCE EVERYONE ELSE HAD BEEN USING IT FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND IT WAS " AS GOOD AS COPPER" ! LATER WHEN THERE WERE A BUNCH OF HOLES LEFT IN THE WALLS AFTER MAKING THE LINE REPLACEMENTS, I WAS INFORMED THAT THE PRICE FOR THE PLUMBING DID NOT INCLUDE REPAIR OF THE WALLS AND CEILINGS, NOR COST OF MATCHING AND OR REPAINTING WALLS AND/OR CEILINGS. I WAS VERY SURPRISED WITH THEM BELIEVING THAT A PROFESSIONAL WOULD LEAVE HOLES IN WALLS AND CEILINGS AND CONSIDER THE WORK FINISHED. | |IN ADDITION TO BEING MESSY ABOUT CLEANING UP DUSTY WALL PARTICLES AND VARIOUS BITS OF TUBING, BOLTS AND SCREWS, ETC., THEY DID NOT WANT ME TO CLEAN UP THE DUST TO KEEP IT FROM BEING TRACKED AROUND THE HOUSE, AND SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO THE CLEAN-UP. WELL, THEIR VISION OF CLEAN WAS FAR BELOW MINE, AND THEY DID NOT CLEAN WHAT THEY TRACKED AROUND, AND THEY DID CLEAN SOME, BUT NOT ALL OF THE VARIOUS SITES OF THE HOLES IN THE WALLS, AND CEILINGS PARTICULARLY MADE A MESS THAT WAS NOT CLEAN. | |LAST , BUT BY FAR NOT LEAST, THEY LEFT LOTS OF PLASTIC JUNK AND TOOK ALL OF MY COPPER OR BRASS FAUCETS AND COPPER TUBING TO THEM, THAT HAD BEEN NEWLY REPLACED IN THE LAST TWO YEARS. THEY SEEMED TO BE HIDING THESE BITS OF COPPER FROM ME RATHER THAN LEAVE THEM WITH THEIR CLEANING TO BE DONE. I HAVE YET TO CHECK THE PRICE OF COPPER, BUT I WOULD NOT BE SURPRISED THAT THE PRICE OF COPPER IS PRETTY HIGH, SINCE IT WAS OBVIOUS TO ME THAT THEY WERE TAKING MY COPPER AND NOT LETTING ME SEE THAT THEY WERE TAKING IT. IF THE SUPERVISOR HAD TOLD ME THE PRICE OF COPPER AND NOT BEEN SO SECRETIVE ABOUT IT, I WOULD NOT HAVE THIS BAD FEELING I HAVE ABOUT THEM AND THEIR COMPANY. IT WAS ALSO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR HIM TO BRING A CHILD WITH HIM THE DAY OF FINAL PAYMENT WHEN IT WAS APPROPRIATE TO SPEAK WITH HIM ABOUT ALL THESE ISSUES. MY DOUBTS WERE CONFIRMED THAT HE DOES "PLUMBING ONLY" , SO IF THAT IS ALL YOU WANT, MAKE SURE HE SHOWS YOU THE CONTRACT AND YOU READ IT ENTIRELY, BEFORE YOU SIGN THEM ON!

Description of Work: Replaced water main from well pump to pressure tank in house. Nate, the owner bid the job. He was very informative. He saved me money by finding a shorter distance to bore. This was done by boring directly to and under house foundation verses all the way to Pressure tank in garage. Boring straight to the house and laying new piping inside crawl space to pressure tank location saved 40 feet of boring.

Description of Work: Installed 2 Kitchen Sink Shut off valves, Water Treatment System, Kitchen Sink with Garbage Disposal, and piping for all these items. Best $320 well spent. They were professional and quick.

Description of Work: Excellent experience all round. Both the phone staff and plumber who came to resolve the issue were easy to communicate with and worked with me until we were able to exhaust all concerns with the issue at hand.

Description of Work: I had a main water line break on Sunday the 8th at 11:30pm after calling another plumber and was told I would be put on a list and called back next morning. I called and they did have my information. I called them back around 3 pm to find that I as still on the list and still waiting for someone to come fix my leak. I started calling other plumbers and Nate's came out and said he could get it fixed. With in 15 minutes his office called me and told me someone would be out to start digging and repair my plumbing. I wanted to do the right thing by the first plumber so I kept waiting for someone to show up. At 4 pm the other plumber did show up dug my lawn up tried to fix it for 45 minutes then said they could not fix it and said another plumber with come fix it. At 5:30pm no plumber yet and I called and cancelled after finding out that they planned to charge me after hours rates that were crazy. I than called Nate's and Linda said that she would put me back on the list, but it would not be for a least two hours before someone could come. I siad ok. At aoubt 7:30ish Linda called and said that Nate was on his way to fix my leak. Nate showed up and had running water back to my house with in an hour or less. He did not over charge me and I thought it was very impressive that the owner would come and do the repair himself. So at 9:30pm the other plumber shows up and was not even aware that I had cancelled the sevice. Thanks Nate's plumbing you have earned my business.

Description of Work: Awesome!!!! I called at 720am and they were here within 15 minutes, squeezing me in before their day started. They replaced the internal workings of the toilet and were on their way again 15 minutes later. The cost was very reasonable and I was so happy that I called almost immediately and they are coming back tomorrow to repair some other things that have been on my TO DO list for months. Highly recommend!!!?

Description of Work: Nate's was recommended to us by a friend and it was invaluable. The first time I called Nate's we were looking to replace our hot water heater which the home inspector told us was on it's last legs. We also were replacing the valves in our showers. Nate's showed up and after inspecting our hot water heater told us it was fine and he wouldn't recommend replacing it, that was 4 1/2 years ago and it is still working. They installed the valves that keep the water temp from fluctuating while you are in the shower and they work perfectly. The next time I called our toilet was clogged and the young man that fixed it for us was very nice explained why we kept having trouble with it (cheap toilet) and did not charge me for unclogging it or the service call he recommended that we purchase a snake for the future to avoid paying to have it unclogged if we didn't replace it. The last time we used Nate's our water main had developed a leak. They were on time and had it replaced in less than 4 hours, they put in a brand new line. Our neighbors water main broke about 6 months later they called someone else, it took them 4 days to get it fixed completely and we both paid the same price. Nate's is very trustworthy, I find it refreshing that they tell you the best way to fix something and do not try to sell you what would put more money in their pockets.

Description of Work: They provided estimate for changing some plumbing and sent someone out to do the job. Arriving at my home to find nothing done I called and they stated the job was more complicated than they had thought-I had old cast iron plumbing- even though I had told them it was an older house. They said they would call me the next day with a new higher estimate and they never contacted me. Their original estimate was higher than others but they seemed polite and they are local but they ended up wasting my time
