The service was performed when promised, they did a very nice job installing and chaulking it all in. First the door jam was replaced and then they hung the new door. Chaulking all around very professionally. Then returned a few days later with some aluminum cut to fit over the wood door jam, chaulked that neatly in and it was finished. They took all the scrap door and door jam to dispose of, left the work area clean and neat. I could not have been happier with the final result. The communication was great, and his ideas to prevent this from happening again were utilized and so far it is doing just what I was told it would. It keeps the the wood on the door jam from getting soaked in the rain, and causing more issues with dry rot.

I purchased the service hoping he would have availability within the next week and a half but he was already booked. We discussed having him do work for me in the future instead. I knew I was taking a gamble purchasing the service.. but I look forward to finding something for him to do for me in the future.

Trent answered our phone call and gave us a date and time he could help us with our two concerns. He arrived right on time. Trent is personable, friendly, and easy to talk with. He went under the house and thoroughly checked everything. He assured us the crawl space was dry, but checked the pump just to be sure it was working well. He then cleared the gutter that was overflowing and checked that it would work OK. He also installed a screen over the two drain pipes we've had the most trouble with. The price was completely reasonable and we will definitely have Trent back again. We asked him about cleaning our gutters again after the leaves are off the trees and he made a note to call us in 45 days. He described the gutter work he's done for some of our neighbors and his mother-in-law. We were impressed with his ideas for preventing problems without having to spend money to clean the gutters twice each season. We are definitely having Trent back again in a few weeks and we plan to call him for all the jobs that come up around our house going forward.

He was prompt and he cleaned up after himself. And he was (inaudible 2:56:2) to work with. His estimate statement was within the ( inaudible 3:05:9) part. I will use him again in the future.

He did a great job. He did the work in the same day. He was very reasonable and he did a good job.

The only problem we noticed after the work was performed, the door had two defects. Without hesitation, he ordered a replacement door, and performed the replacement two weeks later when the door came in.

Trent was the only one who answered the phone the first time we called. He was extremely professional and spent more than 45 minutes in the backyard taking measurements and surveying what needed to be done. He showed up right on time and had his estimate to us when he said he would. Before we even received his quote, we knew he was the one we were going to hire. Trent and his work partner spent one full day and roughly half of a second day on this project. They showed up at 8 sharp (as promised) and worked non-stop through the day. They were courteous and polite. They kept the work area clean. Whenever called for, they included us in the design process. Aside from an extremely brief lunch break, they worked all day. The result is beautiful and our patio (and backyard) have never looked better. They even cleaned up when they were done. And the final bill came in under budget ? a wonderful surprise. Would we use Trent and A Reliable Handyman again? ABSOLUTELY! We're already compiling a list of things we need help with and have happily recommended him to friends and family members. It is SO nice to have found a handyman like Trent. "Reliable" doesn't even begin to say how great this experience was.

A few things required further work and Trent came back quickly.

So far so good. Trent did a handful of tasks off my honey-do list and everything has been great so far! He's been incredibly prompt, always returns phone calls, shows up exactly as scheduled and answers sometimes stupid questions with a polite straight face. Not the cheapest bid out of the bunch I got, but not the most expensive either, and definitely the least creepy/most prompt/nicest of the bunch. He'll definitely be finishing off my list of projects.

He was not the high bidder or the low bidder. I told three others what I wanted and one came in at $500 and one came in at almost $3,000. I'm new to this area and was shocked at the price of what I wanted. He worked at a timely manner. He was not in a rush and worked well. He cleaned up after himself and all in all he was very accommodating. He was still a little pricey in my opinion. He squeezed me in between other jobs.

Trent showed up promptly to walk through the home with me, assess what needed to be done and give me an estimate. He actually talked me out of a installing a garbage disposal as the house is to be used as a rental and he explained that this is a piece of equipment frequently broken in rental homes. After reviewing his estimate we scheduled the repair work. I had to leave town for a family emergency but left the keys for him. He did the work per our agreement and then found some extra items that needed some repair which he took care of without adding to his estimated cost. I came back to find everything done to my satisfaction and then some. The wall repair and shower surround install completely changed the look of the house. I am very happy with the way these came out. I would definitely recommend A Reliable Handyman.

We didn’t choose them to do the work. The estimate was free of cost. There was really nothing in particular that stood out about them. They came and did the estimate. They were efficient, but beyond that nothing really stood out. They were fine. We ended up using someone else to do the job for us. We received three estimates. They were a little more expensive than the one we chose. They were okay. It was just that their price was a little higher. They responded right away. They were right on time and there was no problem. They did a good job. We would probably consider using their services again in the future along with the others from whom we got estimates from.

He had lot of good information. He always kept us informed of when he would be here. One of the reasons we joined Angie’s List was, we had Angie’s List contract to come out and do the job, which would be for $12000. He came out and did his part of the job and he had referrals for a dry wall person, an electrician and a plumber we needed. All the people he had referred us to we had been very happy with them as well. I would recommend him to others. I will use him again in the future.

I was satisfied with the result. He was very prompt. He was professional and cleaned up everything after the job.

Being able to have someone go in there and do the work I can't do is a good experience. My renter was happy too. Sometimes he would call me with bad reception or he'd be shopping.

Although, we did not use his services at this time, we will certainly use them in the future. We were very impressed with his prompt and professional reply to our first inquiry. He came right over to our house, ascertained what we needed to have done, in this case a wheelchair ramp and walkway from our deck. He quickly got back to us with a very professionally done estimate that we had asked for and we really liked what he proposed. We unfortunately had to wait to have the work done due to unforeseen circumstances but we would highly recommend Trent for anyone who wants an excellent job done by a great professional who really knows what he is doing.
