They do a really good job and I will continue to use them.

They performed the service at my summer cabin. They were punctual and did a great job. They also located the entry point for the rodent and patched the opening. I highly recommend them.

They come each quarter to spray and inspect eaves, etc, as per the maintenace plan. They send me an email alert a couple days in advance and obtain my permission before performing the service. That's always a great heads up for me because then I can ensure that the gate is unlocked for access to the backyard, etc. I initially contacted them after finding ants in the garage that was converted to a large bedroom. They did the initial assessment, applied spray to outside perimeter of house, eaves, and in the garage/room under baseboards, etc. Problem resolved very quickly. I continued with the service each quarter to stay on top of pest issues, keeps the spiders at bay too :) They will come back if you find a bee hive starting and take care of that too. Each time they come, they're on time, polite, professional, answer questions if I have any for that particular visit. I feel they are a very reliable and trustworthy business. I highly recommend them!

Apparently ants take time to respond to being zapped. Sunrise pest management uses a product that ants take back to their colony which kills them off over time. If they used a quick kill product the ant nest would just split up and they problem would just intensify. Interestingly ant like electronics so they got into my computer and electric tooth brush. It is so nice to be any free again.

It went great! They hit the colony of carpenter ants and found where they were getting into the house. They went through all the rooms treating under the baseboards and areas they suspected the trails would be. They went all around the house and put a down a good barrier. We knew what they were doing at all times and they volunteered information on what they were doing as well. I felt there were no surprises! I have nothing negative to mention and no recommendations for improvements. They have a great service plan that is transferable to the next residence.

They will come back out if needed at no charge and they have done that a few times for us. They have done very well for us. They have been responsive if there were additional pests they come right back out took care of it.

Tech arrived on time even a bit early. Pleased to talk to, explained problem and procedure respectfully and politely. Extremely thorough and even rebuilt the whole access to the crawl space. Expensive, but worth it.

Sunrise was responsive to our needs and kept us updated on the progress. During their first visit, they removed all spider webs and set traps in the crawl space and outside our home. We have seen much less evidence of spiders and carpenter ants as well as signs of rodents. We will continue contracting with them for pest control.

I phoned and left a message and received a return call within a matter of a few hours. We made an appointment on the 6th of Sept. and they arrived promptly on the 10th as scheduled. The job took less than a half an hour and he was done. I wrote a check for $179 and opted to have two followup treatments as insurance that the ants were really gone. They are gone and I'm very happy with Sunrise Pest Management. They came back as planned for $107 a trip two months apart. I will absolutely call them again if needed. 2012, was the worst year we have ever had with ants---of several types and we would probably have been fine with just the initial treatment. We were just being cautious.

Excellent response within 24 hours of initial call. Technician arrived within the time window specified, and performed a through inspection. The defects in the property were presented and explained concisely and remediation was offered and accepted. Remediation work was performed approximately a week later.

During the summer we made an offer on a house. The inspector found rats in the attic and crawl space. I called Sunrise to see how much it would cost to fix the problem. Joel gave me an estimate over the phone which helped us with negotiations. Once we closed on the house, they inspected the house for about $285. They gave us estimates for exclusion work which we proceeded with. This cost about $200. We also bought a quarterly plan for about $400 a year for them to come out and inspect the property. Sanford, the technician, has been punctual, thorough, and polite. Sunrise has done an excellent job for us, and we will continue to work with them.

Yes, they were professional and punctual but I'm just trying to wrap my hands around spending $553 for catching one rat and plugging some holes into our crawl space. This amount was the total after three visits. First visit was $246 for setting the traps. Ouch!

They walked around my yard, spreading a castor oil product over the grass. I was told to water the treated area well, and have the area re-treated in 30 days (at additional cost). I felt overcharged, and did not have them out again.

Other than arriving 25 mins late for an early morning appointment, very professional and quick.

They are great. They are very thorough. They come out and do their work. They are always professional and careful. They are very knowledgeable. Their workers have to go through proper training to work there. I will continue to use them. We have never had an issue with them. If we have anything in between service calls, they come out for free and take care of any problems that are present.

Sunrise Pest Management was a really pleasant company to work with. They were extremely nice on the phone. They answered all my questions and explained in detail what they would do. Of all the companies that I interviewed, they were the most comprehensive. I decided to go with them and they presented several times that they could come to the house. On the day chosen, Travis arrived on time, suited up, and immediately went down to inspect the crawlspace. Travis said things look pretty good down there and then went outside to inspect the perimeter. On one side of the house he found where the ants were coming in. He then dusted the exterior of the house and drilled very tiny holes in the side of the house and sprayed pesticide within. Finally, he circled the house, removing all the spider nests and webs he could find. Before he prepared the bill, Travis suggested that we purchased a periodic service agreement. This would allow Sunrise Pest Management to come back every 3 months and dust around the perimeter. My wife and I thought this was a very good idea as we had done this about eight years before and had not been bothered by carpenter ants until this year. Within 3 days there were no more sightings of ants. Travis was one of the nicest and most thorough inspectors we have ever had.
