Description of Work: Quarterly exterior all-pest service. So far, so good! Spiders under control.

Description of Work: Had sugar ants in several places in my house. They sprayed for ants, spiders. Have not had an issue since. Have had several follow up sprays by them. Been a pleasure doing business.

Description of Work: Thorough job. Determined that not only rodents but raccoon had gotten into crawlspace. Fixed vents that had been chewed through and decided to go with contract services for entire pest management as we also had issues with wasps and ants (this was a minor issues with ants - they did not get in and do any damage to structure). They did not pressure us into comprehensive service at all. Technician was friendly and low-key. Very good service overall.

Description of Work: It went fine. They will be coming on August 20th to do another treatment for my problem with moles.

Description of Work: when I called to get someone to come out to see what my needs were, I was informed that I would be charged a $158.00 fee (non refundable) just for someone coming out! That would not allow me to contact other pest companies as I would be wasting $158 if I did not go with Sunrise.

Description of Work: We had rats in the crawl space. Sanford, who was our pest control specialist, set traps as well as identified their source of entry and sealed the openings. He also did a repeat inspection free of charge to make sure the problem was resolved. |Sanford is very respectful, always punctual and does a good job.

Description of Work: Inspected crawl space for rat entrances. Built secure door to crawl space to prevent rats from reentering crawl space. Set traps in crawl space and placed bait boxes outside of house. Three visits total to secure crawl space and check traps/bat stations. Work is guaranteed if rats return. Exterminator was pleasant and kept me informed.

Description of Work: we had carpenter ants, they went into the crawl space and eliminated them, they drill holes in the outside where necessary and eliminated them. they advised me about not stacking wood next to the house and show me a tree stump in the back yard that contained a nest and advised me on how to rid the ants there. the only reason we are not using them now is because of old age and extensive medical bills.

Description of Work: Since I am on a 90-day service, there was no charge for the extra visit in May. The 90-day service might be a little expensive but think it worth it as I live in the woods - lots of bugs and pests.

Description of Work: We called Sunrise Pest Management one day and they promptly came the next. We were impressed with the technician's honesty and thoroughness. He was very courteous and professional and comprehensive in his evaluation.

Description of Work: They eliminated the hornet infestation in the wall quickly. They said they would come back if needed but - no need. The answers above are not exaggerated. I felt the cost was reasonable. They gave me advice as to how to avoid future problems, which to this point has worked. Friendly, professional. I was impressed - obviously. Description of Work: First they crawled under my sunroom (which the previous owner turned from a porch into an enclosed sunroom), on the dirt, almost no room to crawl, and put insulation under the floor and then put plywood on to keep the mice away. Then they went into my crawlspace under my entire house and closed/cemented any holes and screened any vents. On three separate occasions they came back and baited for mice. And then they came back and completely insulated my pipes and under my entire floor. On time, thorough, and stayed long hours until it was done.
