Rick came out clear on time and was here for about 2 hours. He was very professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and most importantly his integrity. He worked on my furnace and got it running again.

Everything went well. This was a 5 year old Furnace that was under warranty for parts and labor. Dana called the furnace manufacturer and verified that we were covered under warranty if Dana replaced the bad part. I signed up for a service contract for Dana to come out every year to perform maintenance on the furnace. We were in a cold house for five days because we had to wait for the part to arrive. Price include maintenance contract and diagnostics.

Dana's installed a new HE gas furnace for me five years ago and have done annual service on it ever since. From the beginning the furnace would run a while, shut off, then run again repeatedly until the house came up to temperature each morning. Dana's coolly and professionally did troubleshooting and made adjustments and part replacements each year but never fully corrected the problem. This year Danas made a full evaluation of the home and of the past attempts to correct the problem. They concluded the original furnace installed was too large for the home and replaced it with a new furnace more correctly sized for the home - at no charge! When the new furnace produced operating noises through the return air ducting they returned later and installed special ductwork segments which eliminated all noise problems - at no charge! From 'James' the annual service technician who tried every time to fix the first furnace problem, to 'Roger' who finally did the research to find the real problem, to 'Dana' himself who accepted the situation and determined to "make it right," and to David and Tim who did the replacement work I always had professionals who are just nice guys working on the problem. Never a fuss, never an issue, never a problem to have in the home always leaving things clean and neat. To me, this has been a class act from the beginning and I now have a perfectly functioning furnace that runs quieter and better. Looking at other reviews of Dana's and from my own experience I can recommend them without reserve.

The company gave reminders that it was time for maintenance service. They always phoned to let us know they were on their way. They did a fine job as we never have had any problems with our heat pump. We were always reminded that our heat pump was old (2000 or so) and there might not be parts for it in the future. We decided to not continue with the maintence agreement as it was a lot of money to put out yearly (can't remember the exact figure ) and we were repeatedly reminded how old it was. We have not had any issues with our old heat pump and it continues to run strong all year long.

Mike showed up on time and took care of everything in a professional manner. He would be welcome back. We arranged to have our ducts cleaned on next Monday after he showed us the crap in them. We will be getting a discount since we signed up for heat pump maintenance for next year. Also, when we did that, Dana's ate the cost of the initial service call of $109 and gave a discount on the capacitor replacement. Heck of a deal! My only whine is that Mike seemed overbooked. Upon questioning, he mentioned he would be working until perhaps ten tonight. It has been hotter than heck these last few days and I'm sure Dana's has a lot of customers in need of service. They got to us within 24 hours of our call, though. Good job, guys and gals.

The fellow who used to work there, does not work there any more, and we were wondering if we should use somebody else, but we decided to go with Dana's. Rick came out, and did a good job. They didn't charge us because the fellow that had worked for us opened his own company, and when I called him, he said that he had his own company and would come out. He came out and diagnosed a problem, which turned out wasn't a problem, and so Dana sent Rick, and checked that but didn't charge us. That was very nice of them, and I will use them again in May to do another check. Their prices are pretty much standard. Rick was so nice and reassuring, and he sat down and talked to us. We were worried about the fan, and he said it was not about to go out, and it is still running today.

I purchased the furnace on 11/24/2006. In Feb 2008 it stopped working. The girl who answered the phone was not able to give me a service call time that would not make me lose an entire day at work & even said that they may not be able to fix it. Someone ended up stopping by that evening to see what he could do. He found nothing but when he put the cover back on, the furnace started working. Every time the furnace stopped I would take off the cover, put it back on & it would work again. This went on until 12/2/2010 when I had to get a service call. I spoke to Chris Brown & he set up the appt. & said there would be no charge. Brian came out & I learned that the co. knew there was a problem with the computer board but did nothing until they got calls. Brian also said I was getting a free cleaning & after the repair he sold me a 2 year cleaning contract. When I went to sign the contract, suddenly he changed it to a 1 year (still with the cost for 2 years) & I was charged for the visit. I got Brian out of my house and immediately called Chris. He explained that, of course, there was a charge even though he had told me there wouldn't be one. I was not charged for the part but I was charged for the call. I also told him about the 2 year contract & he said he would take care of it from his end. The next year when I got the call to set up an appt. for cleaning, I checked my file & found that I had received nothing in writing from Chris. It took 3 calls over a period of about 6 weeks before I finally got the correction in writing & scheduled the cleaning. When the cleaning was finished & he left, the furnace made a noise like a broken fan blade. I was so fed up with them that I did not call them on it & dealt with the noise for a year. The last year of the contract I got a lovely young lady who was more competent than any of the previous workers. The noise was the result of the tape at the back of the unit not being applied tightly to the furnace. Between the service call & 1st cleaning, each male said things were not set right & proceeded to trim venting, etc. Also, a few years after the furnace was installed, I had a handy man go under my home & it was discovered that during the installation of the furnace, venting had separated & that was why I was still paying the same as the old furnace & not getting better heating. My bill dropped $100/mo in winter after we taped it back together. I contacted Chris about what I had found & he said he would get back to me. Of course, he never did & every time I asked to speak to the owner, I was only able to talk to Chris. The last girl who did the service also offered to change out my furnace filter (I had already done it so she gave it to me for the next time I changed it) & said I should have received the same service the previous year (which I did not!). Finally, because of my conversation with her, she came into my home to the farthest vent and tested the temperature I was receiving & it was better. Why wasn't this done when the furnace was installed??? They have so much turnover (of personnel-both those who answer the phone and their technicians and customers are not treated very well) that the owner should fire Chris Brown & get involved in the running of his company. Needless to say, I tell everyone I talk to about my experience & that is why I am spreading the word about this company so that others don't have to go through what I have for all these years. Luckily they are not the only co. in our area who can service my brand of furnace!!!

Dan was quite fastidious,knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to share possibilities on services and product array that was direct and easy to follow with minimal confusing jargon. He provided a clear and no nonsense estimate. He even took a quick peek at our non functioning furnace and gave me advice on how to convey the problem to our technician. Ultimately, we were unable to work with Dana's as our Insurance company has select providers. We will have Dana's service our Oil Furnace in the future.

Dana's Heating installed my heat pump and furnace a few years ago. I called them out for a routine service. They were on time and professional. The service tech spent extra time trying to resolve an issue. No extra charge. They were happy to take $20 off for being a member of Angie's List.

They came the day we called after giving us a quote over the phone on the cost of the service call. The repair person was polite, perfrossional, and found the problem within a short period of time. The cost was reasonable. I wish I had used Dana's from the start I highly reccomend anyone to Dana's heating and air conditioning. We also use them for our Furnace needs. .

They always do a good job on service. They call us ahead of time to remind us that it's time for the checkup. They're on time. They're reasonably priced. They're always helpful.

Dana's come in once in the spring and once in the fall to clean and maintain our heat pump/furnace/ac units. They do a thorough job and do not leave a mess in and around our home. We are pleased with their services and will continue renewing our contract.

They do heating and air conditioning and have done maintenance work for us too. They were very professional and contact me when maintenance on our equipment is required. I am very happy with their services. Anyone using this company could expect very professional service. They are clean, prompt and answer all of the questions we have.

Chris Brown visited then provided a written estimate with 3 options for my upgrade. We have radiant/hydronic heat that was supplied, along with domestic hot water by a love 50 gallon gas hot water heater. Dana's was one of three bids solicited for my issues and after talking to Chris I was confident that I was going with Dana's for the work before the bid even came in. Chris and Don worked for 4 days, removed the old water heater and the entire radiant system above the ground, leaving the floor hose only. My radiant system never worked properly and the thermostat was not even connected. The first day I met Don in the morning, turned over the keys and pets and went to work for the day. They worked M-TH, were pet friendly (3 pets) and the job went exactly like Chris said it would for the price quoted. Now I have a High efficiency boiler and 50 gallon tank that keeps domestic and hydronic water separated. The difference in my heating was immediate as well as being able to use hot water as much as we want. The system itself is tucked up on the wall in my water heater room, with the neatest copper work I've ever seen. The system is touch screen operated with more information than most people will ever need to know. They took care of everything including warranty/extended warranty paperwork. Dana's will be doing all my future maintenance and annual service. Chris emailed me and gave me his contact information for any issues or questions after the job and described everything in detail providing us with a binder with all of the literature for our products. This is the only way to go as far as I'm concerned.

It all started with an exploding wall heater. I have a rental in Port Orchard and one of the wall heaters went out, and left a nice little black mark on the wall. The house was built in 1996 and the wall heating has been a thorn in my side for quite some time now. I decided it was time to get it fixed. I had three quotes on the new system and Dana's heating came in with the best quote, in the shortest amount of time. I called them on a Monday, the quote was done on Wednesday, and they began the install on Friday. Rick did the estimate and helped with the install and was in contact with me throughout the whole thing. Everytime I had a question I called him directly and he always answered. The system they put in was a Ductless wall unit in the downstairs portion and a ducted heat pump upstairs with a vent in each room. They use Daikin for their system. The ductless portion will qualify for a Puget Sound Energy rebate of $1200.00. If just ducted system, it would qualify for $800.00 rebate. There was a snag when they were installing and what they quoted me was a bit lower than it was going to cost, however, they did not charge me the extra which was awesome. I would use this company again in the future. They were the most professional, and quickest with correspondence. They gave me a military discount as well. Thank you Dana's Heating! You rock!

My three-year-old heat pump stopped providing warm air without warning, dropping the average temperature in my home to around 63 degrees! I had researched Dana's Heating through Angie's List and Dana's website which is very comprehensive. I called Dana's Hearing, explained the problem, and had an mutually acceptable appointment scheduled almost immediately. Although the technician's photo wasn't yet on the company website, the office manager emailed me his picture along with a completion survey. The technician called me before he actually arrived to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly on schedule. I explained the problem and showed him both inside and outside equipment locations, along with discount coupons and informed him of my desire to establish an annual maintenance contract for the heat pump. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional in demeanor. He went to work quickly, completely inspecting, cleaning, repairing, and reassembling my heat pump unit. He restored it to full operating capacity and made sure it was completely functioning. He explained exactly what he did along with the charges. In essence, we established an annual maintenance contract with the services provided being covered under the auspices of the contract; he fully explained the terms of the contract and what services and fees it included. I also had a discount coupon that was honored and deducted from the total billing amount. The technician was linked directly with the company via a tablet/internet connection that was state of the art, processing my credit card payment and providing payment and invoice copies that were followed up by email documents from the company at the conclusion of my appointment! The technician was very neat and cleaned up both inside and outside when his work was finished. I was very impressed by the whole process which took less than 2 hours from start to finish. I will not hesitate to recommend Dana's to anyone needing similar services, and I plan to keep using them from now on. It is lovely to be warm again!

It couldn't have gone better! I can't speak highly enough of Dana's Heating Co. Tim, Devon, Kevin and the office staff were all very helpful, respectful and seemed genuinely concerned about my familys safety.

Originally contacted Dana's to replace our hot water tank. the old one was 20 years old and we were having scale problems with the shower on the upper floor. Dana's recommended a particular State hot water tank as a replacement after discussing our current situation. They also noticed our furnace had an exhaust line which was not per code, so we decided to have them take care of that at the same time. We scheduled the appt for installation. We were scheduled for the afternoon, and another install was running over, so they were going to be late, but the office called and let us know what was going on, and offered to call us when the install folks were on the way. The new tank was installed late that afternoon and early evening without any problems. They did a very professional job, were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves, leaving the area very neat. A week later, we noticed the furnace was not working. I called Dana's and they came out that night. They found the heat exchanger was not working correctly and we needed a new furnace. The next day, a heating tech stopped by to discuss our options. We decided to go with a 2 stage variable speed furnace since we have a 3 level home. Along with the furnace, we also decided to go with an Accu Clean air filtration system. The 2 stage furnace is a little more, but is supposed to even out the temperature in the house. We scheduled the install within a week. On install morning, the duct cleaning crew showed up bright and early and cleaned all the ducting. Twenty minutes after they were gone, the furnace installation crew showed up. They spent the rest of the day installing the furnace. Like the hot water tank install, these guys were professional, courteous, and left the work site completely tidy. They went through cleaning of the electronic filter and helped set up the thermostat. It has only been a couple of days, but the heat in the house does seem to be more even, and we don't even hear the furnace coming on that much. so far we are very happy with the furnace and hot water tank.

Went as planned. Started on time.Ended as forcasted.

From the moment the service tech came out and told me I needed a new furnace until the moment the furnace was installed Dana's was professional and did a great job. I will use Dana's again.

The technician, Tim, came by the house to do an inspection of the old water heater and evaluate the work to replace it with a new tankless. He gave us options for both a 50 gallon replacement tank and the more expensive tankless model and we decided to go with the tankless. Prior to the replacement, Tim went out of his way to meet with us to fill out paperwork for financing, which was very convenient in not forcing us to fit a visit to their offices in our tight schedules. We set up a day/time for the removal of the old tank and the installation of the new system, and things went without a hitch. The workers were on time and did a very good job with the new system. They took care of disponsing the old tank and all debris from the removal so at the end of the day we simply had hot water again. Tim followed up with us to insure that everything turned out ok. 6 week later, Tim again contacted us to do a follow-up inspection to insure that everything is still working properly. Very professional
