Description of Work: Dana's gave us a quote for a replacement gas furnace and water heater and we scheduled installation within a week. We had a potential buyer for our home that preferred not to have the furnace and water heater installed so we asked Dana's if we could delay the installation and possibly even cancel the order later. They willingly said they would refund our down payment if we decided to cancel the order. The potential buyer didn't buy our home so we rescheduled the installation and it was completed within a few days. Very professional sales/office staff and installation crew was very polite and patient to explain the equipment especially the new thermostat operation. David did a great job fabricating the sheet metal to make the installation look good. They also cleaned up nicely before they left. Good people to work with!!!

Description of Work: They came in to do standard maintenance on a home for sale. After getting into the attic to service the 20 year old furnace, he found a problem with it, did some testing, determined what the problem was, fixed it! I don't think you can ask for more. I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: NOTE: work was done in 2005--I do not have precise date available now as I am out of state at present, but the reprt requires a date for submission. Dana's replaced the furnace at my parents house on Bainbridge Island in 2005. I wasn't there at the time, but have been there more than half of the last few years. I am not at the house now, so cannot provide particulars (costs, date of service, etc). I am comfortable giving Dana's the highest rating based on no problems whatsoever with the furnace as well as recent inspections by Repower Bainbridge and an inspection by a highly recommended building inspector on the Island. Both said the furnace was fine, recommended adding a heat pump, which the furnace Dana's had installed was already set up for. The inspector said Dana's was a fine shop and recommended them for the heat pump, which I'm considering installing. A friend who loves across the street who is also a contractor also thinks highly of Dana's.
