Description of Work: Absolutely satisfied with TopGun Plumbing. They fixed two different issues at two different houses. They unclogged the main plumbing line at one house that was having major basement overflow issues. He ended up pulling out buckets of roots with his special snaking machine. And I was there when he did the work to see it first-hand. The other one involved an ongoing water backup issue that he was able to accurately diagnose and fix. He didn't charge me for travel fees between the two projects, and given the amount of time he spent on them and the work invovled, I can see with full confidence that they charged me a very reasonable price. And when considering the excellent work, helpful explanations, responsiveness and excellent customer service the value for the money is even higher.

Description of Work: We had frozen pipes and no water during the Dec 2009 cold snap. We called Al King, and he came out immediately the same morning. He thawed out the pipe with a torch. He then wrapped the pipe with heat tape we provided. No charge. We have used his company in the past year to clean out the drain pipe from the kitchen and he was the one we used to install a new water feed line from the street to the house. He is always on time and very very good at what he does. We will always use his company for plumbing issues. Highly recommend him.
