Amazing team that took time to research my problem and helped save me from work that was not needed. They did not charge me for the consultation and were incredibly informative. I would 100% call them for any issues in the future. I have spoken to 3 plumbers regarding the same issue, and they had the experience to give me a quality assessment.

Al is extremely knowledgable and honest. Got garbage disposal installed in 2018 by topgunplumbing. 2022 it stopped working, messaged him and he was very quick to show up to look at it, even though it was out of warranty. After looking he identified the root cause was the switch was bad and garbage disposal had no issues. He helped to check the switch as well. This fixed the problem and he was really nice to not charge for the visit. I have used them for other plumbing jobs as well, would definitely recommend them.

Great. Al quickly scheduled an appointment, arrive on time, efficiently performed the job of installing a min tank hot water heater we provided into existing pipes, and explained everything he did and our complex plumbing system. Price was competitive or lower than the other estimates (4) we received.

Al was quick to call me back after I left a message and provided an excellent opinion about the issue I though I'd need an urgent service for. I ended up not needing the service right away but I'd definitely come back to this business next time I have any plumbing issues.

Called Al for an appointment about locating a plumbing leak. He actually walked me through a possible cause. So ended up not needing him. Super nice and friendly, and saved me a house call. Could have charged me to come out. Very refreshing. Will use next time I need a plumber!

Al did a great job, and we are very pleased we chose Topgun. He is so easy to work with and was able to come out promptly to do the work. He and Eric were very professional and friendly, and we are so happy with the work they did. Highly recommended!

The work went fine. It was a straightforward job. Joel was good to work with--sensitive to our fragile PVPC pipes. We would have Protocol Plumbing out again.

We had bathroom cabinets refinished and purchased new sinks and quartz tops. The sinks had to be hooked up. The existing pop-ups were not re-useable. We contacted Top-Gun as they had been to our house previously with a different problem. They responded quickly and set a quick appointment. They arrived at the specified time and worked efficiently to completion. The next day we noticed a very slight leak. I contacted them and they offered to come out on Sunday. I suggested Monday and again they arrived promptly and fixed the issue.

They were prompt and did a great job. I used them again a few weeks later with a leaking toilet. Great job both times. I will use them again.

I had a funny noise in my crawl space that turned out to be the actual alarm to the sewage ejection pump. Top Gun came out with a couple of hours, identified the problem, worked up the cost and completed the work. Even better, when they realized they had forgotten to re-alarm they called me, set up an appointment came out the next morning to rectify that. I would have never known they hadn't re-armed and this could have been disastrous, but they were conscientious professionals and did the right thing!
