I called around 8 AM and they called me back with in 30 minutes. The guy was here at 11 AM and work was done by 11:30 AM. We are very happy to get this fixed the same day we called and within few hours. So the problem was the faucet of the bath tub started leaking few day ago and it got really worse within days. I explained over the phone what the problem was and he said probably the cartridge went bad and exactly that was the issue. So he replaced it and all done.

One morning we walked out into our driveway and water was bubbling up from a crack in the concrete and cascading down the driveway. After a quick call to the water district, our water was shut off at the meter. We were told to call a leak detection company and then to get bids from several plumbers for repairing or replacing the line. After calls to a few leak detection companies, which would have charged at least $500 just to come identify the leaky area, and calls to a few plumbers, who said there was no point in coming to our house to start digging up our pipe until the location of the leak was identified, we called TopGun Plumbing. We explained our situation, including the age of our home (1974) to Al. He told my husband it would probably be the best idea to just replace the entire line, given its age and the fact that it was most likely made of galvanized steel which by now had no doubt degraded to the point where patching it was not likely to be a long-term solution. Given that it would likely have cost a significant amount of money to have a leak detection company come out to our house to identify the exact location of the leak, and then have a plumber come dig the pipe up to confirm the leak and try to repair it, we figured it would be most cost effective over the long-run to just replace the pipe as TopGun suggested. Once we made the decision to go with them, TopGun put in a temporary above-ground water line which was a life-saver (living with no running water is not easy, especially with a toddler in the house). So basically, on the same day we called them, TopGun came to the house, assessed the situation, provided a bid for replacing the water line, installed the temporary line, and acquired the necessary permit from the city to do the work. They returned a few days later to do the work. It took one day to do the majority of the line replacement, and then they returned on a second day to patch the small amount of concrete they had to remove in the garage, and to replace topsoil in the parking strip. TopGun uses a trenchless pipe installation system, which saved having to dig up concrete in our driveway - so, bonus, no ugly patches in the drive. The guys who did the work were friendly and professional. They called before the arrived and communicated well. They had us test the water pressure a few times after the new line was installed, to make sure everything was satisfactory. I am not sure if TopGun provides a cheaper service than other plumbing companies, but I would bet that in many cases they make the process a lot less painful for the homeowner by installing the temporary water line and by using the trenchless excavation system. We really appreciated how quickly they responded to our needs, as having a functioning water line is very important! The fact that they were friendly and efficient was a nice bonus. I hope we won't need to use them again because I hope our new water line lasts for decades, but if we have another leak in the house someday we would certainly call them again.

I called this morning, and they had an opening this afternoon, and were here promptly. I already had the fixtures I wanted installed. Once they had assessed the work, and written the estimate, I signed it and they started working in the kitchen. The space between the sink and the wall is very tight, so removing the old fixture was very difficult. They did finally get it removed, and installed the new one without issue. In the utility room, I wanted the same fixture. They had to enlarge a hole, which they did, and after installation, they noted that the hose for the sprayer was hooking up on the shutoff. They considered a couple of inventive solutions, but finally we just moved the weight up a bit, and it seems to be working fine while still giving me enough hose. Finally, they installed the showerhead. There was some question about how it would mount, but they did open up the instructions, and quickly figured out what was needed. Overall the service was professional, quick, and clean. They spent adequate time with me to answer some questions about the outdoor faucets too, when they weren't on the clock, and even tightened those to stop the small water leakage on both. On the way out, after I had paid, the apprentice noticed a noise from the area of the water heater. They were immediately concerned, so we looked at the furnace and water heater, and figured out that the noise was from the condensation pipe from the A/C. There is no valve to let in air, so it makes a popping noise. It isn't a problem, but I was really pleased that they were proactive in noticing it and making sure everything was okay. I would absolutely call them again.

They showed up on time and got right to work. They quickly deduced that the fixture I had purchased for the shower was not going to work. They offered a couple of solutions but when they started to do the work, they realized the wall behind the shower was concrete (a former exterior wall) not drywall and the job would be more extensive than discussed and would take more time and cost. They took the shower faucet apart and told me how I could replace it once I purchased the correct parts and told me what to buy. They replaced the 2 sink faucets, made sure of no leaks, cleaned everything up and they were out of there.

Everything went well. This provider was quick to respond once I called and gave me an early appointment date. When I had to call to reschedule, he immediately offered me a time that had just opened up in his schedule. He was prompt and my husband was impressed with his hard work. The faucet looks gorgeous and works perfectly and I wouldn't have known workmen had been there because everything was left so neat and tidy. I think the price was entirely fair and appreciate the $25 discount for an Angie's list member.

It was very well done. He was pleasant and mindful of the situation. He didn't make a mess. He was punctual when he got through with his cleanup. I would use them again.

This was one of the best experiences I have had with any type of contractor. The tech arrived promptly when scheduled, diagnosed the problem, and then explained what options were available to remedy the situation. Our old supply line had sprung a major leak and the front yard was flooding. We could either opt to repair the existing line or replace it from the meter to the house. When we decided to replace the entire line the Tech, Kevin explained that they were booked for the next week or so, but that he could install a temporary line to keep our service open and stop the leak. Kevin provided an estimate, which included the temporary line, and we told him we wanted Topgun Plumbing to do the job. From start to finish, Kevin and Topgun did a very professional job and I couldn't be more pleased. He was careful with the landscaping, and returned everything to exactly as it was before the leak. In fact, it's not even possible to see where the meter area was excavated! The final invoice was exactly what the estimate reflected. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends. I hope Topgun Plumbing knows what an asset Kevin is to their business.

We liked him and we thought it was expensive at first and then we called him back for other things. He came out and did work for free. It worked out really well for us. We have moved since we used him. We used them four or five times over a year and he did excellent work each time. It was high quality work. He is very professional and we would use him again if I was still in the area. I would say the price was good and he gave us discounts.

Came on time (early, actually!), did the job right, and charged us the price they quoted. Easy to work with. Will use again.

The service was fine. It was good work but pricey. I would say they are okay. One guy came out and it took him three hours to do the job. He did have some difficulties cocking the sink. He did an okay job cleaning up. The parts were of excellent quality but the installation of the sink was not so good.

Al was very prompt at returning my call. Jay was sent out; he worked hard at trying to unclog the line but was not successful. He referred us to another plumber with specialized equipment. The price quoted by Topgun was very reasonable. Because they were not able to fix the line, they did not make us pay!

Our home was built in 1969 and the pipes leading to the leaky faucet (which was original to the home) were only accessible by the plumber cutting into the back of a deep kitchen cabinet. The plumber was professional and performed the work very quickly. His work was high-quality. All interactions we had with Top Gun Plumbing were handled with professionalism. The price ($360 + tax) did seem a little steep, but we were provided the estimate prior to the work being completed, and we needed the leak fixed ASAP. We were impressed with overall experience.

They told us up front that they may not be able to fix the problem and we may have to replace the heater, which is what we decided to do. They were quick to respond, very professional and were quick to help. They cleaned up after the job was complete.

Felt our bathroom faucet drain was running a little slow. Al adjusted the plunger slightly and said that was a good as it can be - much better than before. Topgun replaced an outdoor faucet approximately 18 months ago. In the last few weeks the faucet stopped working properly. Al replaced the old faucet with a new one that works just fine. He did not charge us for any of these services. He said the faucet should not have broken so quickly and since we have used them on other occasions he wouldn't charge us for replacing the damaged unit. It just goes to show that loyalty is important both to the "merchant" and the customer.

Topgun (Al) replaced my broken (leaking) water supply line, which ran under the driveway. The new line (about 60') included connections at the meter near the street and the water supply stub at the foundation. I was skeptical at first about paying $3k for trenchless repair, but trying to save a few bucks and deal with a hasty driveway replacement would've ended up being a messy inconvenience, so the more I thought about a trenchless, the more it made sense (a home driveway equivalent to having a surgery done without being cut open for the operation). Within days, the first visit was quickly followed by having the trenchless line replacement done. Al was quick to respond and did a great job with handling my repair. No one likes expensive surprises, but d'est lavie, and Al made it as painless as could be. Later I submitted a report to the water company to show the repair had been done, and after the before/after usage comparison was done, they gave me a big refund credit so that turned out to be a nice little extra as well.

The work was done over two different days. A temporary line was arranged to supply water to the house in the interim. The work and professionalism were excellent. Initially projected expensive additional repairs turned out not to be needed.

They are great and very professional. They did a very good job. I was totally satisfied with them. This is the second time I am using them. They have a good reputation on Angie's List. They didn't seem very expensive. They were very punctual. They showed up before I did.

They came as scheduled. He did provide some useful information and spent time walking through the house with me. He then gave me a quote of $250 to fix the running toiliet and said he would provide an estimate for the larger project later. The cost was extremely high for the running toilet but i agreed to it because we were leaving town for spring break that day as soon as he was done and I didn't know how to fix myself. I think it should have cost about $100- 150 because it only took him about 10 minutes to do and the part was probably only $15 - $30. What the most frustrating thing was is I took time to wait to have this highly rated provider come out to service the toilet and estimate the larger project. The estimate was supposed to be free for both items and so the $250 was way too much for a just a running toilet. Then after spending waiting for the service call and then spending time walking him through the house and explaining what I wnated done he never bothered to even provide an estimate. What a waste of time for me. Very frustrating. I did have him repair the toilet and the work was of quality but it was very simple.

When I bought this house last August, Jay from TopGun showed up and installed few things in the kitchen. We liked him a lot for being so helpful not only for the job we asked him to do but answered many questions I had about this house we just bought. I had him come again to estimate for the renovation we had in mind. At that time, we started to see some mysterious mark that started to show up on the ceiling. I never thought it was slow water leak mark. For free, he got his moisture meter and checked for me. It was water which drove me crazy trying to figure it out where it was coming from. We went upstairs together and looked at the master bathroom. He pointed to couple possible leaks and he told me to look for them. I called Jay couple times and discussed it all free of charge. We stopped using upstairs shower and the ceiling started to dry up. I called Jay to come and told him that I thought it was the shower; between the knob and the shower head. I was ready for him to tear the drywall apart to find the leak but when he came, he took the time not to do that. It was leaking from the shower arm thread inside the wall that was leaking. He did several test to make sure that was it. I was there with him the entire time. He is very friendly and was professional. He told me to keep looking to make sure it says dry. What a relief.
