Very well - I had 3 different highly rated plumbers come in and quote the work. TopGun provided the best price and solution. Chris was very focused on my problem rather then selling me things I did not need. I worked with Chris Kukulka - who always arrived on time, and really put in the effort to do the work - quickly and correctly. He did the entire job in a day - which amazed me. We've been using the new setup for a little over a week now, with no issues.

Al has come to our house many times. We had him redo our entire water line from our house to the city water about 200' away. Am was very professional, quick and the water has been running for 2 years no problem. I definitely recommend them and appreciate Al's work.

Our kitchen sink backed up the night before and we took off the piping and cleaned to the best of my ability but after reasembeling the pipes it still would not drain. So I called Topgun plumbing the next day and with in one hour of my call, the service man called and was at my house in one hour. His name was Chris K and he was very professional and snaked the drain, cleaned up and fixed the problem. Also I had a water hammer issue in my down stairs bathroom and he told me loosen the hot water valve from the wall and fixed the issue in 5 seconds! I would totally use Topgun plumbing again.

It went much better than expected! Chris K, the licensed plumber from Topgun Plumber convinced me that had it been the main drain that we seen gurgling and smelled a stench from the sinks. He was very polite and respectful the entire time including when he used the toilet auger (that we had just purchased the day before and had unsuccessfully used to do the job ) to easily unclog the toilets! My only concern was his fear of our 14 year old dachshund-beagle who he thought was ready to bite him because she was growling softly while wagging her tail submissively. But no one is perfect! Thank you, Chris.!

Very professional - turns out I could have fixed myself, but have not unpacked any tools from our recent move. Plumber did it for a reduced price, which was awesome.

Chris was top notch and quickly located and fixed the problem. Very friendly and personable.

Al came out promptly, and provided an estimate ($1500) for a 40 gallon gas water heater, but my husband and I felt it was a bit high. We chose another provider and got a 50 gallon tank for $400 less.

The guy came out and check everything and tightened everything. He didn't charge us because they couldn't find a leak. They are very good.

Chris was professional and able to come on the same day I called. He called before leaving to come to my house. He was punctual, professional, polite and respectful. He was able to unclog the drain so that the dish washer, sinks and garbage disposals were able to function properly. He also gave us recommendations for preventive care to maintain the health of our pipes. We are very grateful and happy. We used a $25 coupon from Angie's list.

Chris arrived ahead of schedule, after calling to make sure that was OK. Although we were unable to find any leaks, rather than walk away Chris asked where my refrigerator was located, and we quickly determined it was generally in the same area as the water damage. We pulled out the fridge and with his moisture meter determined that the drywall behind the fridge was wet, indicating it was most likely the source. While here he also took note of the age of my water heater, providing an estimate for replacement, as well as an estimate for replacing my water main shutoff as we determined it was not fully shutting off the water supply. Overall I'm quite happy, I'll call again if needed, and am happy to provide a recommendation for them here.

Properly and efficiently accomplished.

We needed multiple plumbing issues fixed including: new water heater, and removal of old water heater, toilets reset, new sump pump installed, new laundry bibs, and shower valves. They came out promptly and provided a detailed written estimate. The estimate was approximately $1,000 more than other plumbing bids we got and so for that reason we did not use their services.

He clearly explained what needed to be done, did the work and left us with clear comment son how to go about next.

Chris came by same day and gave an estimate with two options. Gave him the go ahead, and three hours later had a new water heater installed. The quality of the work was better than the installation done by the builder (original). Very clean and neat install, Chris was very professional and knowledgable. I would call Topgun Plumbing again for future needs.

I was not made aware of the price before he came out. If I had been I would have chosen someone else. The work was performed but the price is astronomical for 30m of work.

They diagnosed the problem very quickly and the price was reasonable for an emergency visit. The plumber was able to come out within an hour and he even showed me how to install a replacement instant hot water dispenser myself rather than pushing for me to pay to have them install it. I will definitely be using Topgun Plumbing in the future!

He was prompt and did a good job fixing the problem. They were both very nice. Communication was very good as well.

I was really impressed that they were able to service me the same day that I called and were very reasonably priced. I also asked them to look at some additional items and they were more than happy to try and fix those as well. Will hire them again!

Al responded promptly to our call. We set up a date a couple days hence and he arrived on time, went over our concerns, presented the options, and worked up a quote. We agreen on a date the following week and the work was professionally and promptly performed. Very satisfied. Highly recommended
