Top gun was recommended on the mfr website as a local seller/installer. They were efficient, convenient, and pleasant to deal with. I did find the price a bit high, considering that the unit itself retails for about $260 on Amazon. I was paying for unit+installation+ convenience, so I won’t gripe too much, I guess.

It went very well. A little confusion on my part about the appointment time, but work was done quickly.

They did a great job. Fixed everything the next day. Left the yard and areas they worked on in the house clean. Added top soil to fill in the area where they removed the roots. It was expensive, because it was a fixed price for the service, not hourly. Work was high quality.

Great. He came out to provide a cost estimate and was able to stay and complete the work.

There was no need for him to come out. He called back, knew what questions to ask & was able to diagnose the problem, and get it restarted without a service call! I really appreciated that. I had checked the breaker & the reset button already with no luck. He asked if it was 'humming' (it wasn't), had me test the outlet to see if it was still hot (it was). Turns out, the vibration works the plug out of the outlet. Never experienced that before. It's happened several times since & it's the first thing I check. When I have another issue, I will definitely call TopGun again.

Chris Kukulka from Top Gun instantly diagnosed the issue as years of collected pipe rust and successfully flushed out the tank, saving us hundreds of dollars that a new tank would require. He also installed a new overflow fixture, correcting a dangerous installation from the original installer. Finally he replaced a faulty outdoor faucet. It was an expensive visit but totally in line with the issues he discovered and the work he performed. He also took a call from me a few months ago when our kitchen sink drain filled up and told me how to repair it: a savings of hundreds more.

The plumber was prompt and showed up at the expected time the following day after I called them I was initially quoted $325 per exterior hose bibb to install and $475 to install the new water shutoff valves for the washing machine. I thought this was a bit high but the plumber was already there so what the heck just get this done so I don't have to take another day off work. The hose bibbs were installed without a hitch but there was some issue getting the water shutoff valves installed. He stated that it would be an additional $375 because he needed to open up the wall in order to fix the piping that was damaged when trying to remove the existing water shut off valve. At the end of the day I spent $1500 for about 6 hours of labor. Being generous the cost of materials would be about $100. That gives us an hourly rate of about $233 which is a pretty high in my opinion. I called the next day to get an explanation of their hourly rate and they stated they do all jobs with fixed pricing. Well if they run into problems the fixed price is not so fixed anymore.

Chris did a great job. He had to maneuver into a difficult crawl space entry. He was courteous, responsive answered my questions and made helpful recommendations. I will definitely use Topgun Plmbing for all my plumbing needs.

Very good operation and the job was well done. They worked hard to shoot the line under the driveway, rather than dig it up.

We had to pay for it, they did the trench list thing where they went underneath all of the pavement and connected it. They were really good. They were on time. The young man that they sent out, I think he was only about 30. He was excellent. They were just fantastic. They just beat everybody out of the par.

Chris did a fantastic job. He reached out to me a couple of days in advance to re-confirm the time, called a day ahead to let me know that he might run a little late because the place where he needs to pick up the Water heater will open late, and showed up on time as scheduled. As he looked at the job, he realized that there was more work that needed to be done which was not documented when the quote was done. The job took a couple of hours longer than he had projected. He patiently and professionally worked through it. Great attitude, excellent service. Thank you so much!

Top Gun assessed the problem, provided a quote and explained what could potentially increase the quote (turned out it was not necessary) The total cost was less than the original estimate. I have used other plumbers and I have to say, where have these folks been. Very pleased with the results and the professionalism.

Work was not done. Plumber arrived Friday afternoon at our business to unclog a bathroom drain. He said he didn't have the equipment to do the job and blamed us for not properly describing the problem. Spent no more than 5 minutes in the building. We called another plumber who arrived the following Monday and used a standard snake & video camera to unclog the drain and show us the before and after. I would not recommend Top Gun.

Within 2 hours of my call to schedule service, the job was completed. They were polite, prompt, well prepared, and fixed the problem.

Emergency broken pipe repair at one time. Came quickly. Second time - came to reconnect laundry room sink after room floor dried and repaired. Did a good job.

Chris responded to my call within an hour, gave me a heads up text message the night before about roughly when to expect him, arrived promptly, and did a great job. The facet replacement needed access inside the wall, but he installed a subtle access port instead of leaving us with a hole in the wall to fix ourselves (which made my wife happy) and had good attention to detail, noticing and replacing a damaged rubber handle cover on the new faucet before I could even say anything about it. While he was there he even took a quick look at our water heater to check if there was a possible gas leak and confirm there was no danger and he didn't charge any extra for it. Great service, would recommend and hire again!

Top Gun advised me adhead of time to create a hole in the ceiling where the leak was, or else there is an extra charge for that. We created a hole, but not quite as big as the one requested (2 ft by 2 ft). They had to do a big more work to make the hole bigger, so prorated the charge to create the hole. It was worth it.

Service rep let me know that replacing the part is easy and explained the process to replace it. He ended up leaving me a bid to get the work done but I was able to complete the work myself at a cost of 12 bucks and about 30 minutes of my time. Absolutely love the super transparent process! Very honest rep that I dealt with.

In the 17 years we have owned our home, we have used a handful of plumbing companies, all have been satisfactory, but Top Gun is my favorite. They were a life saver with their quick response time to our urgent need to repair our exterior water line damaged in a construction project, due to previous installation of exterior water line being at the surface and not at all to code. Top Gun did the exterior water line correctly, handling the permit request for the city, so that we could resume our driveway project in a timely manner. Not only that, their mode of repair made the most sense, was reasonable in cost, and was the quickest, compared to other plumbing company's suggestions. Instead of suggesting digging a trench, as some company's suggested, Top Gun power washed a two foot deep narrow line across the dirt yard for the water line to be placed. Clever and efficient. We passed the city's inspection and were able to complete our plans to re do our driveway in a timely manner. Thanks Top Gun! Your team is the best!
