They asked good questions that even I could not answer. They were detail oriented. They told us our options. They called and talked to the plumber we had used to put in the bathroom so he could tell them where the cleanouts were and what he thought. All in all they were excellent. Definitely would use this company again.

All work was completed in a timely fashion and they also arrived when they said they would be there. I think I could have got a slightly better price, but these guys are worth a little difference based on their punctuality and professionalism.

We didn't hire him, because he was very helpful.

They couldn't come for a few days but it was not an emergency so I was fine with that. Jay came and did some detective work and finally decided to replace some parts in one of my toilets. This stopped the noise. He also gave me valuable advice about my water filter system and checked out my water heater as well. Very professional and helpful; nice to my dog and to me.

Shouldn't have to touch it again in my lifetime.

To begin, I RARELY give reviews, but the service I have received is outstanding! Our hot water tank had seen it's last day. As DIY family, we removed the old tank and were prepared to go and purchase the new one. Overnight we had some more water on the floor. Yikes! Well just one phone call to Topgun Plumbing, and within an hour, Al was over and let us know that is was just the hot line residual water, not a leak in the lines, etc. Whew! I was very relieved! Al charged us just a call out fee. Such an honest and ethical man, I had him bid a plumbing project for me (that I was going to wait to do for a few months). His bid was so straightforward, and within my budget I scheduled his company to come out on my next day off. Today is that day, and I couldn't be more pleased with Jay's work. The project is done! Way to go Topgun Plumbing!

Spent a good amount of time, didn't charge too much, and improved the situation, but it still happened intermittently. Ultimately I wind up fixing it myself with advice I got from him. Giving a C rating cause I felt I got my money's worth, but the problem wasn't solved when he left. If he'd come back he would have fixed it probably, but money was tight. I appreciate that he could work with my budget and give advice for DIY. Don't remember exact date of service, just guessing.

He did not charge us. We will be using this courteous responsive service whenever we need a plumber.

I explained what I needed over the phone. He gave a price of $500-$800 to install a sink and faucet and then said it will likely be closer to $800. I cancelled the appointment, as the price was way too high.

Jay was great. He showed up on time both for the estimate and when he returned another day to do the work. He would have done the work the day of the estimate if he had had the part in the truck. Jay was very mindful of tracking any dirt, etc. into the house since my crawl space access is inside. He explained everything and took extra time to give me an estimate for future work I am considering. It was a pleasure to deal with such a pleasant gentleman! I would definitely use the company again!

I called them yesterday and they got here today so our kitchen sink is working again. He was efficient and fixed the leak at the very base of the sink. He was very tidy. He put in new PVC under there also because he said he had to take it off so he might as well for a very small difference on the cost will replace those PVC pipes and joints. He was within the time he told he would arrive but actually the earlier side of it and that was helpful to me. I actually called the answering service the second time but I don’t think that really reflects on his work but I did call to say, “Oh! Haven’t heard back yet”, but it was within the same day anyway but then he did call right back.

It was a successful repair and I am sure saved me a great deal of money in wasted water. After digging and enlarging the original hole, the repair was made -the entire process took an estimated four to five hours. I was grateful for the speedy service (I had called TOPGUN the previous afternoon).

What can I say about Al and Jay? This is my third time calling upon Topgun for plumbing advice and/or repair to great satisfaction. Not sure which one of these guys is Maverick and which is Goose, but today Jay was Santa. He was able to rescue the amethyst that I'd given my wife as a gift in record time and without the 2 hours of swearing and knuckle bleeding that I would've inevitably endured. Thank you, Jay. Ho Ho Ho!

I was really impressed with the promptness and efficiency of Top Gun Plumbing. I called mid-morning to find out if I could schedule a visit for later in the week. I was offered an appointment that afternoon. Both gentlemen we friendly and professional, and the leak was fixed within an hour. I will certainly call again.

They never returned my calls. Guess they were too busy for a small residential job.

I called around noon on a Tuesday and they had someone out the following Thursday morning for a 9AM appointment. The tech Phil was 15 minutes early ready to get to work. Very professional, cordial and knowledgeable. Also, gave an accurate and complete estimate of work involved including caveats. Phil did an excellent job finding and repairing the leak. It took about 4 hours to complete the job from turning to returning sod - all digging done by hand to avoid damaging other underground utilities. I called around for other estimates and all were about the same, including leak detection, which usually was a separate service from another company. What is nice about Topgun (among other things) is they do the leak detection in the same visit. I'm very happy with the work that was done and how it was done. There is nothing like the sound of water rushing out of a facet after being without for a few days. Thank you Topgun (and Phil)!

After calling a different plumber on Angie's List and not receiving a return call, my frustration caused me to try TopGun. We're glad we did! Not only was TopGun very responsive in returning the call (within an hour), they also asked several questions over the phone to gather information to determine the problem. We thought the problem was a broken garbage disposal and were prepared to have TopGun install a new one. Jay arrived on time, went right to work and determined the problem was not caused by a broken disposal but by pipes under the house and under the sink not being up to code and were too small to accommodate the food being put down the disposal. Jay was very honest with us explaining we could have our disposal replaced, but in the long run, it wouldn't solve the problem. Jay was efficient in replacing the pipes and cleaned up after himself. He provided specific information about the problem and explained exactly what he was doing. He was great! And the problem is gone! We've used other plumbers in the past, many who took advantage of a situation but that was not the case with TopGun. We would definitely use them again and will recommend them to others.

The main thing is the guy is incredibly professional. He comes out, gets the stuff done and does what he says he is going to do.

Replaced garbage disposal and replaced all undersink pipes and sink basket. Did a great job and cleaned up after he's done.

Our water heater failed on Saturday night. I left a phone message on Sunday morning. Al at TopGun called back about two hours later and we arranged a service call for Monday PM. Al called mid-morning to say they could get to the job earlier than was planned so they were here in less than hour. The old heater was a "shortie" type which they don't carry in their service trucks. They arranged to have another of their trucks deliver one, and the job was done in a couple hours or so. Efficient, professional, and courteous, answered all my question informatively.

Primary reason for initial call was to get an estimate to install water line to refrigerator, but also asked for estimates on three other projects (one project the plumber dissuaded us from pursuing, and the other two we intend to follow up on at a later date). After getting an additional bid from another plumber, we selected Top Gun. The service date was scheduled about a week out, and the plumber arrived exactly at the scheduled time. The plumber clearly knew what he was doing, took the appropriate care in installing the water line, and took care to ensure that the work area was cleaned up after installation. He was courteous, answered all of my (often exhausting) questions. The cost of the work seemed fair to me, based on the time he took in preparing the requested estimates and the actual installation, as well as his knowledge and obvious experience, but I had little past experience to compare it to - in the end, I can only rate the cost of the installation on the basis of its value to me. Although this was a small project, we are happy with the work and will likely work with them on future projects.

We have been having an issue with slow water flow at our house for a long time. Al came out to take a look. He arrived earlier than the appointment and asked me to demonstrate the issue for him. Next he went out to the water meter and found that the valve at the water meter was only open about 25% so he turned that fully on. We then checked the water flow and found that there was much better flow. For this fix Al did not charge us anything. Total time at the house was less than 20 minutes.

Great work, seemed a bit on the pricy side.

He came right away even though it is about twenty five miles away or more. The response time was amazing. He came out really fast. He was able to diagnosis the problem and explained the owners before us used cheap labor to install the pipes. The pipes were installed improperly for twelve years. He did as much as he could and refereed me to a septic tank company to complete the work. He is very knowledgeable and does marvelous work. He did not do anything to stop him even though it was cold and rainy. He worked efficiently. I thought the price was reasonable.
