Description of Work: The SunDance technicians installed a fireplace insert in our living room's fireplace. They were careful to keep everything clean, including our wall-to-wall carpeting. SunDance submitted the Puget Sound Energy rebate for us, and made arrangements for the required City of Kirkland inspections. We are very happy with our new, energy-efficient fireplace insert.

Description of Work: New water heater

Description of Work: Removed old heat pump and old electric hot water tank. Replaced with new high efficiency natural gas furnace and new natural gas hot water tank in garage.

Description of Work: The estimator came out to price a new location for a furnace vent. Very thorough with the inspection and estimate. Provided a few options without any pressure. An enjoyable experience overall. Delayed the work until summer 2016. Will consider using them at that time.

Description of Work: Installed all new fireplace, etc. They worked with another vendor to complete the entire thing and it looks excellent. There were a number of problems with the unit (not the fault of Sundance Energy, but of the manufacturer). They worked many times to correct the problem and sometimes it still has some issues but overall it works.

Description of Work: I had a very nice, clean, respectful and prompt guy from Sundance service my gas fireplace. I've read poor reviews, and will say some people may not like one of the sales people there, who can come across as grumpy (I think he's goodhearted, just maybe impatient?). Personally, I've always had great service, and Bryan was absolutely terrific. The charges were much less than others I called, and I watched carefully to see what I was getting (making sure I guess that all areas were addressed). He cleaned everything, checked all of the components carefully, made adjustments as needed, then vacuumed and cleaned up the entire fireplace. He was a gem. I will call Sundance again next year. I'm glad I wasn't completely swayed by people who judged the company by one person that might come across as rude.

Description of Work: They removed an old fireplace insert and installed a gas fireplace in its place. They were mostly professional, but they made an error on getting the right size insert installed the first time and had to come back. They did all the legwork for getting permits and inspections done by the city though, which I found to be very helpful. All and all, B+.

Description of Work: Given long backlog, it took almost three months to get them out to my house and then they had to reschedule on the day of the visit. |Set aside the long wait, the service was well above expectations. My fireplace had not been working properly for years and the technician was able to restore good functionality with attentive cleaning and fine-tuning, without requiring parts or additional labor charges. |I was very happy with the outcome of the service and they have earned my long-term business, I will use them again for regular yearly maintenance

Description of Work: fixed a leaking gas fireplace valve. Ask if they could start as early as 7 am , reconfirmed the day before, then showed up more than 60 mins late. New valve installation slightly ajar but functions well and valve key should be 5 inches long but is almost 10 inches long.

Description of Work: My furnace would not turn on. I called Sundance and they came out to give me an estimate on the required repairs. After checking the furnace the technician found the problem but also showed me that the walls of the furnace had a lot of corrosion due to leakage. It was the original furnace (1986) and overdue for replacement. He gave a couple of different options and I went with the 95% efficiency furnace, a new filter system and a new touch screen thermostat. The installers arrived on time and were courteous and went right to work. Total cost was approximately $5100. They also did not charge for the original service call.
