Very well. Walked in with booties on, I was asked if I would like the technician to wear a mask, I didn't mind at all. Very detail oriented, everything looked and operated as if it were brand new by the time she was done!

The install went great! They arrived on time, wore booties and were very clean. They explained how everything worked and made sure I understood the remote well before leaving. Highly recommend.

1st technician didn't recognize a B vent style gas fire place in our basement and dismantled living room gas fireplace w/o putting it back together. His boss came and reassembled it but said he couldn't fix it since it had a crack in the firebox. Different company came and found no crack and got the fireplace running.

Our 30 year old furnace died, and a new one was quickly installed the day after inspection. They were right on time, friendly, professional and efficient.

Been a customer for many years so it's unfortunate when one experience makes me write a review like this. A tech came out to diagnose a heat pump malfunction. He was there for 20 minutes, acknowledged it wasn't working, and said he would have to come back to diagnose the issue. Isn't that why he came? He came back 2 days later, said the problem was likely with the coil. I showed him where it was (in an enclosed crawl space), he came back 10 minutes later and said that he couldn't access it or even find the model # (it would be under warranty) because there were ducts in front of it. He would call with a quote to move the ducts to gain access. I went down after he left, found the model and serial # and was able to detach the 3 ft. of ducts - in under 10 minutes. He called 2 days later with a quote of "not more than" $4,500, just for the duct work (no repair)! Really? I could re-duct the entire house - twice - for that. He must work on commission and think all homeowners are idiots. Never heard from him again. I emailed the service manager describing my disappointment. No response. Done with Sundance.

Heather is awesome! She was punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous, and took the time to inspect everything thoroughly. She showed me how to change out the furnace filter and even rearranged the rocks in my fireplace to give it a fresh look, above and beyond! She also troubleshot some work done last year (by another contractor) that was not done properly and gave good advice. It's rare I feel good about shelling out a few hundred bucks for maintenance work, but Heather delivered a high quality service and left me with the confidence that everything was checked correctly and is in good working order. Thank you!

Tim showed up on time, put on his gear and went straight to work. He was done in about 30 minutes. He went through everything that he did and made some helpful recommendations. He didn’t try to up sell me anything.

Heather the technician came for furnace tune up. It was done in my rental property and everything went smoothly.

They responded quickly. Big props for being able and willing to provide an accurate estimate and all the details based on pictures and over the phone. Other service providers I was considering would not give me the exact model of the heater they would install (?!?), or try to charge for a visit to give any estimate, or would change their estimate four times (!?!). Once I ok-ed the project, they were able to squeeze me in on the same day with no extra cost, did their job very quickly and without any issues, fixed another small related issue (the expansion tank was originally installed on the wrong side), and cleaned up well.

I want to thank Sundance Energy team (Doug, John, & Adam) for a job well done. Installation of Mitsubishi ductless units went smoothly and looks great, cleaned up whatever mess made, and most important, work within quoted price (no surprises). Doug also did the paperwork for the rebates. The two inspectors (electrical and mechanical) told me that the work completed was done very well. Yes, I will definitely recommend Sundance Energy.

The heat pump system units circuit board run it's time.It had lasted 10 yr.s worn it self out had be replaced....

Brian was fast, efficient and willing to explain the furnace workings. Great background experience and knowledge. "Trustable." This was a good hire.

The Installation went very well, and I am still enjoying the benefits of a Heat Pump that was installed. They did a very nice job, very knowledgeable, it didn't take them much time to install the heat pump, they were on time, they cleaned after themselves, & they provided me with good information about how to use the heat pump. I also recommended them to other friends.

From the scheduling desk to the service technician everyone I interacted with was terrific. The morning of our appointment, Bryan called to advise that if it was convenient for me, he would be able to arrive early. Upon arrival Bryan got straight to work inspecting & cleaning the fireplace. He took great care to ensure the area was protected from any dirty bits by laying out drop clothes and the like. Our fireplace has never looked better! We will certainly be using Sundance Energy Services again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very well! I called Sundance on Friday afternoon, December 29th. I was bracing myself for a long wait in a freezing cold house due to the approaching holiday, but they were able to have someone out within a half an hour of my call. Mark was punctual, personable and efficient in identifying and correcting the problem-residue build up due to not having my regular tune up done in a while. I will be sure to schedule a fall tune up with Sundance this year!
