It went very well. They were very acrid on their final prices, even to their quote. We had a little problem with the installation that Sundance Energy Services corrected very proficiently and I was pleased with that. Their follow though was good.

They were very informed about their product and were able to tell me some of the things I needed to know. Once I understood the whole system, they gave me a better bid for my house. They understood their product better. They have been around for a long time and they have a very good reputation. People in the business told me that I chose the right person. I really had to know what I wanted for the installation and because the salesman gave me such a good basis to understand the whole system, I knew where they could and couldn't install it when there were some issues. They didn't do a good job on the cleanup. The guy that was installing it was good but the guy working with him needed some better training. They were very responsive and nothing has fallen apart. I would use them again and I have already recommended them.

The guy who comes is always on time. They did a great job. I had a warranty but he charged me for that. He followed up and came back. They are really knowledgeable.

Sundance Enerygy Services Inc was a great group of people. He was out of here in two and a half hours at the most. I would use him again. The pricing is good. There's nothing that would even give me a skin of disappointment.

The process I had went them went OK with me. They answered my questions, they were friendly and they were not pushy.

The heat pump was installed on the promised date. The staff was very professional and the quality of the heat pump is very good. It has been over 15 months since it was installed and has experienced no problem at all.

Sundance installed our heat pump a little more than 10 years ago, so we called them when our unit stopped working. The technician was prompt and professional. However, the price they quoted for replacing our fan motor was outrageous. We decided to just pay the diagnostic fee (which would have been applied to the repair). We found another service company that did the repair for almost half the price. The technician did remain professional when we declined to have the repair done.

I talked with a live person on the phone when called. The serviceman was punctual, very thoughtful, and professional. I would use them again.

All work was done expertly, they cleaned up daily and finished on time and on budget. We were extremely please with the service, in fact, we wrote a letter to Sundance complimenting time for being so professional and pleasant to have around. We would not heitate to use Sundance again.

They were flexible on scheduling and willing to work with us to find the right solution for our particular needs. He quickly replaced our water heater and got our hot water back.

The first visit wth the man from Sundance Energy Services Inc told me he couldn't service the furnace because of the piping and I needed to replace the fireplace because it was broken and old. He also gave me a quote for the piping. The technician for the second visit told me he could service the furnace but he couldn't do the piping because the man from the first visit didn't tell me to bring enough feet of PVC piping so he would have to come back. He asked me how I wanted it done and then tried to upsell me to redo all of my piping even though it's up to code. I was annoyed because I schedule my day around these people and they wanted me to spend more money. I told the technician from the second visit that I wanted him personally to come back because I didn't want to explain everything again. I also told him to write intense notes so if he died in the night the next person knows what happened. For the third visit they sent a different guy. The third guy from Sundance Energy Services Inc was very nice and did exactly what I told him to do.

I originally had a bad experience with this company, but after posting my review, the manager contacted me to address my concerns. Based on this experience, I'd be happy to do business with Sundance Energy again. The technician arrived towards the end of the two hour window. We had thought he'd be there towards the beginning and could not get an ETA when we called the main office. While servicing the fireplaces, the technician disconnected the (working) igniters because they weren't installed securely, leaving us with no way to ignite the fireplaces without removing the glass and using a lighter. He didn't tell us about this until he was done with the service. The manager later offered to replace the igniters at no charge. Overall, the thermostats work fine, and the clean fireplace is much nicer to look at.

Sundance Energy Services Inc were really knowledgeable, they gave a pretty decent quote for the price, and they were responsive when I called them to come back to check on something.

Update: Service Manager called me, apologized and refunded our money. Scheduled the appointment, no problem and they were very accommodating when I needed to reschedule. Tech had the wrong address and needed help finding the house. When he arrived, while friendly, was confused about the issue. He thought I needed to be shown how to turn on the gas fireplace. Maybe he mixed up the notes for my service call with another call? I clarified the situation and put him to work. He suggested that we have the unit cleaned and I agreed to the extra work. He took the unit apart, did some diagnostics and came to the determination that it must be a faulty gas valve. On a 6yr old unit? That seemed suspect. He called another tech, did some more trouble shooting. Nothing worked. Concluded that it was either the gas valve or the ignition switch. Said he would get quotes on the parts and call me. He charged me for the service call and left. Skeptical of the diagnosis, my husband decided to look at the unit and was very unhappy to find that the tech did not clean the unit or put it completely back together. We called the tech asking him where the screws were so that we could put it back together and he explained he had left it like that to save time when he came back to do the repair. We found that very unprofessional. We cleaned the unit ourselves and will be calling a different service company to fix the unit.

After inquiries with other vendors about a gas fireplace insert, I had a consultation with a Sales Person from Sundance. I was impressed with his thoroughness and complete explanation of equipment and installation. The installer, Chad, arrived promptly, was personable, professional, and completed the gas fireplace installation on time. He arranged an inspection and was on hand to answer any of the inspector's questions. I am thrilled with the fireplace and wished I had called Sundance earlier. Great job!

Service was quick and installer was knowledgeable. We had plumbing problems a few days before and had turned off the water several times. This may have stirred things up in our 17 year old hot water tank. Sundance installed our furnace several years ago, so we were aware of the quality of their service before we joined Angie's List.

Everything went great. Jason, the technician, was on time, and friendly and efficient. He answered my questions and seems very knowledgable. Will definitely use this company again.

They were on time, did a great job and provided these services at a great value. It was much less expensive than the price quoted by the local dealer of the make of our gas fireplace. A+

The workmanship of Sundance Energy Services Inc was excellent. They did have a few problems but those were because the manufacturer kept sending them the wrong parts. The workmen were very good.

My five year old Heat N Glo gas fireplace would click but not light when I flipped the switch. I contacted Sundance Energy because of the good reviews on Angie's List. I was not disappointed. Dwight came at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He patiently answered all my questions as he worked and showed me how to remove and clean the glass, something I had been afraid to do thinking it was a sealed unit. He solved my problem, cleaned out the fireplace, and left everything in shipshape. The only downside was that it took more than two weeks to get an appointment. Highly recommend.
