Description of Work: After initial confusion over terminology (They thought stove meant fireplace when it's a cooker / range / hob etc) they were every fast. Within 48 hrs of the first visit the work was done. The engineer who did the work was quick, friendly and professional. My only gripe would be the price, $380 to fit a section of flexible gas hose seems a little high to me but as I'd been waiting a month for an engineer it didn't matter too much

Description of Work: 3 calls to service gas fireplace...it still did not work properly. One call from another company found a simple problem and solved it permanently.

Description of Work: I had a problem with my gas fireplace. The pilot light had gone out and another service provider had provided an estimate of $3000 to replace my fireplace since my existing one could not be apparently repaired. Sundance sent out a person to figure out the problem. They found that the pilot assembly needed to be replaced. They did not have the part on hand and they ordered one for me. In the meantime, they provided a workaround for a small price. Once the part arrived, they called and setup a time to come back and replaced the entire pilot assembly. Total cost for two visits and parts was about $600

Description of Work: Furnace failed. I called Sundance. The technician arrived that morning. He repaired the furnace temporarily with without charge. He did not charge for this visit due to the fact that he found cracking in the fire box of our twenty year old furnace. He stated that it was becoming hazardous. We agreed to replace the furnace. We were planning a trip the day the furnace was to be installed. We gave him the key to our house. When we returned home the next day the new furnace was installed and working very well. He followed up that day to return our key and ensure that we were happy with the work and the new furnace. He also performed annual maintenance on our two gas fireplaces. He is a very knowledgeable technician. Sundance is very responsive. They give excellent customer service. One may be able to get the work done for less as we had in the past, but the quality of work in the past was not up to my standard. Sundance performs our annual maintenance on our furnace, two fireplaces, and water heater. Our furnace purchase also included at no additional charge a new air filter system that only needs to have the filter changed once a year. We will have them replace our water heater next year. They left the work site in a very clean state.

Description of Work: Due to a chimney leak my gas insert had been exposed to water for a prolonged period of time and I needed to be sure the unit had not been damaged and remained safe for use. He peformed an inspection and then thoroughly cleaned the unit.

Description of Work: REMOVED EXISTING 11 YEAR OLD FURNACE. INSTALLED NEW FURNACE.
