Description of Work: They came and gave an estimate. It was a reasonable estimate. They were responsive and on time. There must have been a miscommunication because I was looking for more than just gutters and the estimate was for only gutters. The next contractor came and talked with me, walked around the house and gave me feedback on my ideas. The price for just gutters was similar/slightly cheaper with our second estimate but I felt that the other guys were more anxious for the job and anxious to understand what we wanted. They never followed up which could have been what would have gotten the job with us.

Description of Work: Installing 4x5 seamless aluminum gutter and down sprouts.

Description of Work: We needed a very long gutter replaced on the 3rd story of our home. In addition we replaced the existing downspouts and added one additional. Fritz was on time, professional and the work was completed for the estimated price. I would not hesitate to hire them again, or to refer to a friend.

Description of Work: For some reason, Fritz, the person with whom I spoke on the phone, came out for an estimate and told us that he was too small an operation to replace the gutters on our two story craftsman in Capitol Hill. Seems odd that out house would be so difficult for someone who claims to be a gutter specialist.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate to have new gutters put on our home. Fritz nade an appointment to come out and give me an estimate. He said he would be there at 8AM and arrived exactly on time! He was very professional and throughly explained to me what needed to be done, and gave me a price. We decided to use their service. I called and made an appointment to have it done. He again said I will be there at 8 AM with my crew and he arrived right on time. They took all the old gutters off and when they left everything was clean and they hauled away the mess. I have lots of hanging plants and flowers and they were very careful not to disturb them. When they arrived on time to put up new gutters, they did a great job and again left everything clean and tidy. Our new gutters made such a difference! Description of Work: I called Fritz to repair the gutters he put on my home in November. I had a roofing company install a new roof. Unfortunately the roofers damaged my new gutters while installing the new roof. I gave the roofing company a chance to repair the damage they had caused. The gutter company that the roofing company sent to do the gutter repair did an awful job. It did not have the quality workmanship that Fritz had done on the original gutter replacement. I contacted Fritz and explained my situation and he worked with me on how to repair the awful workmanship done to my gutters. During our conversation I decided to install "Leaf Relief" Gutter covers. Fritz gave a reasonable quote that help me decide to agree to the gutter cover installation. After setting up a date to do the work. Fritz came to my home on the agreed time and we discussed the repairs I wanted done. He first installed the gutter covers, and worked with me regarding the repair, he did as I asked as far as what I wanted done to repair my gutters. As before I was happy with the quality of the work that Fritz and his crew did. What was more surprising was how great a price Fritz charged me for the repair. I was very please with that part of the job. After this experience I still believe that you get what you pay for on any job. I would reccomend Fritz and Sound Gutters to anyone who wants quality workmanship.

Description of Work: I had my 31 year old gutters and downspouts replaced.The finished product looked great.He even recommended putting an extra gutter up in an area that had leaking onto my siding.Very pleased with the service and the end result.
