Description of Work: Prior to purchasing this home, a new roof and gutters were installed by another company. Unfortunately, there were some issues. Fritz and his team reattached the gutters at an angle for proper drainage and installed new flashing. They also explained the work and had me climb the ladder to see what the issues were. We will definitely hire them again!

Description of Work: I hired Sound Gutters and Roofing to replace 2 of my my3 aging and dented round downspouts with larger rectangular downspouts. I stated over the phone (my wife was next to me and can confirm the conversation) that the job was quite high as the house is two stories above a one story crawl space. The three man team seemed to be getting the job done in a very short amount of time so I went out to see the progress and they had completed two of the downspouts. The problem, at this point in the job, was that downspouts were two inches below the gutters with no connection between the gutters and downspouts but "air". I questioned the man in charge and he said "well, you only ordered downspouts, to that's all we are going to do". I stated I had, in my 65 years on this earth, never seen gutters and downspouts NOT connected and that I surely was expecting that they would be connected on my job. I had also expected the gutters to be redrilled rectangularly so the connection to the new rectangular downspouts would be seamless, visually. I had to get up on the roof and argue for 30 minutes with a very "non customer service oriented" man before he, very begrudgingly. completed the job,- sort of. The connection from gutter to downspout was done with a circular connection. The result being my new downspouts could only handle the same amount of water the old ones did, because the connection was the same diameter as before. I was NOT a happy camper and have not used Angies List since. It was my first experience with Angies List and has consequently been my last. NO CONFIDENCE.

They came out around 7am and were very quiet. I happened to look out and there they were! They were just great and I was very pleased with the work.
