Excellently! Fritz is prompt, friendly, professional, and utterly competent. He fabricates his own gutters using a device in his van. The gutters are seamless and of extremely high quality. Fritz is a pleasure to work with. I recommend him to everyone without reservation.

I am very pleased with the work accomplished. The estimate was given to me in a timely manner and an appointment set up at my convenience along with their schedule. Fritz checked in with me by phone and reminded me the day before the work was going to be done. The installers showed up on time and worked non-stop until they were finished (in the pouring rain, btw). They rinsed off the stairs and concrete with a hose and hauled away the trash. After the work was completed, I was informed that I needed to have a couple downspouts cleaned out and to keep the foliage away from the house. I appreciated the suggestions. There was some rotting and repair was made to fascia. The gutters and downspouts are warranted for 20 years.

It went exactly as promised. He arrived when he said he would and completed the job in about 4 1/2 to 5 hours, even though it was the day we had the deluge of rain. The cost was exactly as estimated.

Fritz was the first one to respond and come out to quote the job. We had several estimates and he worked with us to provide the best leaf blocking system for us at a reasonable price. He showed up on time and was done in the time he quoted us. They left the site clean and the gutters are fantastic. We'd recommend him to anyone looking for new gutters to be put up!

After I left a message with the answering service. Fritz called me back and stopped by my house to do an estimate. He provided a fixed price for the gutter replacement and an hourly rate for the wood rot repair, since he wouldn't know how extensive it was until the gutters were removed. He was booked out for about 6 weeks, but based on the feedback on Angie's List, I booked it. On the scheduled day, he showed up right on time and had completed the entire job by the time I returned from work. Despite the challenges of some awkward corners, a sagging porch, and landscaping around the house, he produced really high-quality work that looks great both from the street and up close. The yard was cleaned up and you wouldn't have known someone had worked all day there. Fritz also left me a message explaining that he couldn't fully compensate for the sagging porch and provided some drainage options to consider. Overall, it was an exemplary job and I would highly recommend him to others.

Fritz promptly returned my call requesting an estimate. Was available to come out, write up an estimate and explain what he could do. Showed up as scheduled and completed the job. Satisfied with the work.

Quick response to provide and written estimate. Professional approach. It was a small job so the work was able to be completed within a week of the estimate. The work was done as promised, with high quality standards and complete clean up. I would definitely use Sound Gutters again for any future gutter work.

The owner was very prompt and punctual for both the estimate and the work. He returned my calls quickly and did a good job on the gutters. He cleaned up after himself and hauled away the old gutters. I would hire him to install new gutters for me again. Very professional!

Since this required more work than a conventional gutter job, I wanted both the roofing and gutter addition segments to go smoothly. Fritz's crew did the job in a day, and I am very pleased. They cleaned up the work areas wonderfully. The work looks good. The gutters also worked well after our first moderate rain shower. We are very pleased.

I am very happy with Fritz, he was so kind. He came to originally give us an estimate and he said he didn't have the equipment to do my house because my neighbors are so close. He spent time talking to me and explaining things and gave me a company who would be able to do the job. He was so honest and helpful; he was just a wonderful guy. He was also very responsive. Even though he couldn't fulfill my needs, he didn't mind spending time talking about them.

When Fritz arrived he listened to my description of the problem, looked over the gutters with me and explained what would need to be done. He was very professional and honest in his evaluation. He said that it was a job that I could do myself with little difficulty and that it would save me money. Fritz then went over the steps that I would have to follow and made sure I had the appropriate equipment to do the job. He was very professional and friendly and his integrity in telling me it was something I could do rather than give him money to do it is priceless. He will be the first person I will call if I have any other gutter problems. I would trust him implicitly.

I have to say, this was a great experience. Fritz was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual, hard working, detailed, and honest. Timely estimate and installation sooner than expected.

Fritz, the owner did a very good job. He was very meticulous. Also very careful with the shrubs and flowers around the house.

I was in the process of having my recently purchased home painted when the painting company recommended that I have the gutters replaced before proceeding forward with the job. I received a prompt call back from Fritz after leaving a message with the answering service and he came out the next day to review the work that needed to be done and gave me an estimate. Fritz fit the job into his schedule with an early morning appointment in order to coordinate with the painting company. He was very professional and considerate. He did a great job replacing the gutters, and after a weekend of rain of I am definitely pleased with the work that was done. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent. Fritz (the owner, I think) called and we discussed the problem, over the phone. Then he came by my house, about a week later to take a look and see if he could fix the problem. He called to say he could do it, we agreed on a price, and we set the appointment. He called a day before, to confirm the appointment (nice touch). He showed up exactly when he said he would, did the job exactly as described, and billed me exactly what we had agreed on. Terrific!

I bought a rental house and called Fritz a couple of weeks before I took possession in order to line up the job. His answering service took the message and he responded promptly. I had pictures of the repair site so I emailed them to him. Based on those shots he was able to give me an estimate over the phone, which was a great help. Since it was a small job Fritz agreed to fit me into his schedule when an opening became available. My time was flexible so that worked fine for me. He called one evening and I met him at the house the next day. Fritz came to the site, reviewed the work with me before starting, and completed the repairs in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the results and would hire him again.

We had a portion of our gutter system, that wasn't draining, creating overflow and/or a through of water along the side of our house. Called Fritz and he called back promptly and came out to do the work the next day. We're still waiting for rain, to test things out, but the work looks good and he was v efficient.

By the time they finally called me back, I had hired someone else to do the work.

Very quick response from first call to finished job. He showed up exactly when said he would and finished the job in half a day. He was very professional, responsible and courteous. The gutters have proved to work very well. He also coordinated effectively with the painting company also working on our house that day.

Working with this company was a pleasure. Cost agreed with estimate with extra costs discussed appropriately. It was done in one day with minimal disruption to the garden. Excellent quality of materials and workmanship including matching color of gutters to color of house.

Paul was very professional (prompt, courteous). His estimate was very reasonable for the amount of work we needed done. He completed the work in the time frame promised. We have a 1906 Craftsman and his work blends right in with the character of our home.

I've left two messages with this gentleman's answering service and I have yet to receive a return call. This is as of last week and again yesterday (about a week apart).
