I requested a quote for gutter repair online Saturday AM. Fritz called me early Saturday evening and asked for more information and a picture of the roof and broken gutter. Monday afternoon he and his coworker arrived on time with everything needed to fix the gutter. It was tricky work because we have a cedar shake roof and it's very slippery. They were done in about 30 minutes and the work was perfect. I would definitely call Fritz again for any roof maintenance or repairs.

Fritz is awesome. We had our gutters replaced a couple years ago and he came by just today to check in that everything was still great! He does excellent work and really stands behind it!

Fritz did a great job replacing a second story gutter that had ripped off after snow sheeted off the roof last winter. His estimate was reasonable and he came for both the estimate and the work at the agreed time. He offers a 5 year labor guarantee.

On time and very professional. They had to do some extra work to compensate for rotting wood - its a very old house. Excellent.

I thought we needed to have the back gutter removed. It was sagging in the center and water was spilling over the gutter. Fritz let me know that the gutter was fine, it just needed to be rehung. His was the first quote I received, he came out the same day I phoned. I waited several more days for another quote. Now I wish I had just gone with Fritz right away. When he came, he noticed some issues with the other gutters, and since we're just after leaf season, he offered to clean all my gutters as well. He charged me a very reasonable fee for the extra work. Next, we are hiring him to replace some damaged pipe flashing on the roof. Highly recommend him!

I wrote a review the day of the install and it was a good one! Apparently it was censored. Fritz was not the cheapest price but I must say he was the most thorough! He arrived when he said and performed better than expected! Larry (his trusty coworker) was smiling and the two worked as a well oiled machine. I cannot recommend enough! Just put your money down and get this done right the first time! BTW it has rained since the install and all is still well!

I contacted Fritz through Angie's List and he called me the next day. He went out to the property and gave me a quote for the work. My property manager had recommended another company but that guy was very slow to respond but finally gave me a quote. The quotes were very close in price so I went with Fritz because he seemed more responsive. Fritz and his helper arrived when the job was scheduled and performed the gutter replacement and added an additional downspout. He also replaced some shingles at a very reasonable price. Overall it was great working with this company.

Quick and high quality job. New gutters look and work great. Highest price quote we got, but we went with them because they had done a good job on a previous project.

Fritz did exactly what he promised, arrived on time, excellent workmanship. You could find a little cheaper but its the best gutter install I have ever had.

He came out to make a bid within 2 days of my call. Gave me a bid that described in detail what work would be performed and what the replacement gutter would be (matching other gutters). This was to replace the gutter that goes the length of the back of our house. + - 50 feet? He kept me informed of when he'd be out to perform the work. He came out on time. Did the work. Looks great! Another company gave us a bid for 40% less, but it was for a temporary fix to a damaged gutter--not a permanent fix. I'd use Sound Gutter again.

Fritz was excellent at follow up during the bidding process. He also worked to accommodate my scheduling needs and was prompt and professional.

Called but immediately heard talking in the background and then got disconnected right away. Just not good customer service to start off with so I'm reluctant to even try them for an estimate.

Fritz and his crew were responsive from our first contact. They were exactly on time for job review and quote. They were thorough and identified several issues that were causing our problems. None of the other contractors who estimated were as timely or thorough in the quote process. Sound Gutters were slightly higher in quote $. Because they were on time for the quote and because of their thoroughness in the job review it was a no-brainer to contract with them for the work. The lead time from first contact to quote and from quote to job completion was reasonable - approx 3 weeks total. Fritz worked closely prior to commencing the job in answering several follow up questions I had regarding the work to be done. He communicated with me regarding the scheduled job date and arrived exactly on time the day we had agreed upon. As the job progressed, Fritz kept me appraised regularly as to the work being done. We have horses that have crushed our downspouts in the past and Fritz had a creative way of preventing that in the future. We worked together as he installed the downspouts to be sure his plan was to our satisfaction (and it was). The job was completed the same day and we are incredibly pleased. I am a "visual" person and when I saw Fritz and Larry on their hands and knees cleaning up the last scraps of waste, it confirmed that we had hired the right people. They even hosed off their truck before departing! Awesome experience. We would absolutely hire them again and recommend them without reservation.
