I talked with Fritz on Monday afternoon and he came to the house on Tuesday morning and fixed a gutter that was partially hanging off of the house. I would definitely recommend this company. They are fast, efficient and fairly priced. Our gutter looks and feels solid once again.

Sound Gutters came on time, and were very professional. My old gutters were removed, and replaced with new ones. It took two gentlemen between 2-3 hours for the entire job. There were no issues. I paid when the job was completed, and the price was as originally quoted. Shortly thereafter, I noticed that one downspout had come a bit loose. I called Sound Gutters, and a gentleman came the next morning to fix the issue at no charge. It's been several months since my gutters were replaced by Sound Gutters. The gutters have worked extremely well, with no leaks or failures. This is a great company, with professional and reliable employees. I would absolutely use them again.

Sounds Gutters were extremely professional and had outstanding attention to detail. They did an excellent job replacing our 30 year old gutters, hauled away all the debris, and left the worksite clean. They were easy to work with, pricing was competitive, and they showed up on time for the estimate as well as the work day. I would use them again anytime, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for gutter replacement.

Our gutter had separated from the roofline and squirrels had taken advantage of the opportunity to chew through the fascia and relocate in our attic. After dispatching them, we hired Fritz to replace the gutters and fascia around our entire house. He was very communicative about the job, came on time and finished it in less than a day. The gutters look great; I would definitely recommend him.

Fritz was prompt in responding to my request for an estimate, was able to come out right away to assess the job, and put the estimate together quickly. Fritz arrived on time for the installation, worked quickly and efficiently, and they were done with the job by noon. SInce the installation, we've had some pretty serious rain, and everything is working great.

Fritz did the estimate and we were so impressed with hi knowledge, professionalism and price (about half what I guestimated it might cost -- so maybe I'm a bad guesser?) that we didn't bother to call for other estimates. When he did the work he was fast, friendly and thorough. We had our gutters replaced and it has rained hard several times since. No more leaks, no more drips, no more puddles in the basement.

The gutters on my rental house were 30+ years old, and neglected (by me). I never cleaned them or even put any consideration into regular maintenance. In March, the gutter on the rear of the house gave way and half of the 55' length came off the house.I looked at Angies List and got bids from 2 companies to replace all gutters and 7 downspouts, and install leaf guards on the North side off the house -- the only place where trees are an issue. I chose Sound Gutters and Roofing because their bid price was approx $350 lower than the other bid. Additionally, I chose them because I felt comfortable working with Fritz. He did a very nice job explaining the various options, and the process for the gutter/downspout replacement. He was very genuine, and I felt that he was knowledgeable and competent. The work was performed within the next 2 weeks. They arrived on time at 7am and were done before noon. The product and installation look excellent. The rear of the house has one seamless gutter that is approx 55 feet long. Impressive!

Fritz went out of his way to inspect the building after hours to avoid disturbing the occupants, he then provided a rapid, reasonable quote. The work was scheduled within 10 days and completed on time. His crew even came in extra early to get set up with a minimum disruption of the facility operations. They did an excellent job of installing the new gutters and cleaning up. As a General Contractor myself I have worked with a full range of specialty contractors and I can say Sound Gutter and Roofing is among the best.

They were very quick and efficient. They look great and appear to be work great as well.

True to his word, he arrived when he said he would and within a half a day he had removed my Mom's old gutters and replaced them with brand new gutters and down spouts! They worked efficiently and cleaned as they went. Fritz's expertise and professionalism showed through with each interaction before, during and after the job was completed. It's refreshing to work with someone who is responsive and who really knows the business! The new gutters are such a wonderful improvement to the house. Many thanks for a job well done!

I got a few bids, and conveniently, they had the best reputation AND the best price. Fritz was very responsive and punctual, and did exactly what he said he was going to do, even accounting for some unpredictability with the condition of the wood holding up the gutter. Very professional.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Fritz (owner) was great. I am so happy with the work he did, his responsiveness, the quality, timing, price, everything. He showed up on time and was able to work me into the schedule so I could get gutters prior to housepainting. Also this wasn't a straightforward job - some drains weren't functioning, I added 2 rainbarrels for 2 downspouts, and all needed to be done quickly, and he delivered. I also had a problem where the houspainters dislodged a downspout and he came back to fix it so it would be just right. I can't say enough good about working with this company.

I thought their pricing was fair. The gutters have clogged up again. I'm not sure if it's because I had it done too early, or they did a bad job. I am willing to give them another chance, next fall.

These guys were great! The bid was reasonable and straightforward. They were punctual in showing up as scheduled to do the job, came prepared and were very professional, honest, skilled and efficient. They used quality materials and did a thorough, timely job with the installation and cleanup in spite of the inclement weather conditions, including quite a bit of snowfall that prevailed during the entire process. The new gutters look great and are working well. Thus far, I am very pleased with their work and would hire them again, as well as recommend them to others.

Our front gutter fell during the last snow storm. We received several estimates and this one was in the middle. Fritz did what he said he was going to do, was 5 minutes early for the appointment and the new guttter looks great!

Sound Gutters & Roofing gave an estimate of work and then was able to perform the work the following week. The old gutters were taken away and the work area was left clean and tidy. Not only did the job get done, and done quickly; the installers were clearly very careful to not damage anything even while working quickly. I will definitely be using this company in the future when we replace our back gutters and the roof.

Frtiz responded the same day I called and provided me with an estimate that was a bit higher than a competitor, but I felt the fact he was doing the install himself was worth the extra cost. He was very prompt on the day of the install and did a fantastic job. He completed the work on the same day, we settled up and he left behind a satisfied customer. Little did I know that I would need his services again just a few weeks later when my 96 year old father fell off a ladder while cleaning the roof and damaged a gutter in the process. He was in the hospital / rehab for almost a month and we didn't want him to have to see the damaged gutter on his return home. I called Fritz and he came out and replaced the gutter at a very reasonable cost. I'm happy to report my Dad is back home and of course, the first thing he noticed on his way in the house was the brand new gutter in place of the damaged one! In my opinion, Fritz is a standout professional in this line of work. He is extremely reliable, efficient, and well-organized - arriving on time, performing his work carefully (and swiftly), leaving my property neat and free of any debris. Although the bid from Fritz was not the lowest, we chose his company to do the work for us because of his excellent reputation and references (Angie's List, etc). He was on the job at 7:30 am as promised and finished the entire job that same day. The work was excellent and our yard was left cleaner than it was before the job started. I would highly reccommend Sound Gutters and Roofing to anyone looking for quality, professional installation of gutters and downspouts.

I called Fritz as a potential new customer based on his company's reputation on Angie's List. I had an overflowing gutter in a corner of the house, and I wanted it fixed before winter. He came out right away when I wasn't home like we arranged. Through a series of phone calls he assesed the problem (it wasn't a leak, it was just overflowing and there was standing water in the gutter). At first he didn't think he could do anything because lowering the gutter would expose the soffit, but I said I didn't know what else to do so he said he'd take another look and call me back. Ten minutes later he said he thought he could lower the gutter and install flashing behind; I said great, please do so. He left the invoice on the front door. The gutter doesn't overflow anymore and the flashing looks like it's doing it's job. I will call Sound Gutters again for any gutter maintainence.

We had a great experience using this company. Fritz gave a very reasonable estimate and came to do the work very promptly. We are very happy with our new downspouts and they are certainly being put to the test today and all is great.

Fritz was professional and efficient. He quickly estimated the cost, which was very reasonable. He offered the Leaf Relief gutter protection system, but applied no pressure to purchase it. I decided to buy it because of its comparatively low cost. Fritz showed up to do the work exactly as scheduled and completed it quickly. I inspected his work pretty carefully. His workmanship is excellent. It is November, and we're part of the way through the rainy season in Seattle. We've had a couple of downpours. The gutters and downspouts are performing well. Our house sits under Douglas firs. They drop lots of needles, cones and pollen, but the gutter protection system has not clogged and has caused no water to flow over the gutter lip. The Leaf Relief system looks very durable. I'm very satisfied with the work and materials provided by Fritz, and would highly recommend him to friends.

Fritz was great to work with. He came out to give the estimate and also performed the work with a co-worker. He was straightforward about the gutters on the house stating that they weren't new but were in pretty good shape and would work fine with the gutter covers. He showed me a sample of the Leaf Relief gutter cover system and explained how it worked. He answered all my questions and if he wasn't sure of something he said so (I appreciated that!). He also gave me a brochure and website to view more information about Leaf Relief. He said he would be calling in the next 2-3 weeks so set up the appointment and he called about 21/2 weeks later and we set up the time. He started the work early in the morning and finished sooner than expected. Fritz and I both went up on the roof to inspect the covers and he explained what he had done including straightening out the rain gutters in places and re-securing to the house where needed.The covers look solid, secure and there are no gaps. Fritz also lifted the roof shingles to show how the covers are set back under the shingles to keep water away from the wood/facia. I appreciated Fritz's realistic and honest answers to my questions. He did not come off as a "salesperson" but as a person who has been doing this work for a long time and could give a realistic appraisal of the work. I will probably have to periodically sweep pine needles and other leaves from the roof and the top of the gutter covers but I won't have to scoop out and clean gutters as I have for the last few years. This was explained through my questions when Fritz came to give the estimate and I again appreciate his straightforward, honest and realistic responses. The price was right and the work was very professional. I'd hire him again.
