old gutters leaked. got bids for repair; his bids included advice to fix poor installation of old gutters- soffits and fascia needed repair.got them fixed and Sound Gutters were installed promptly. Great communication with Sound Gutters and excellent work.

Fritz arrived promptly for both the initial estimate appointment and the following installment appointment. He was polite and very professional. His was not the only estimate we received, but he was the only one who suggested trimming our sad, uncapped barge ends off--an easy fix to prevent even further damage. Though we had requested all the estimators to include trimming our damaged main beam, none of them except Fritz addressed the obvious (once it was pointed out to us) ongoing damage to our exposed barge ends (barge end? what's a barge end?). Even with this bit of additional work the estimate was still in line with the others we received. The install was a quick 21/2 hours, the new gutters look fantastic and having all those weather-eaten ends trimmed has actually given our house a bit of a face lift--not to mention saving our fascia boards from needing replacement. We will not hesitate to call Sound Gutters and Roofing again--knowledgeable, professional and well priced. Thanks, Fritz!

Fritz was punctual, professional, efficient. He replaced all of our gutters in a timely, excellent manner, and the price was very good, especially considering it was 100% worth the value. He took away all the old gutters and left us with an excellent gutter system. I thought I had submitted a review for him after completion. Company arrived on the date and at the time quoted. Work was done quickly, efficiently and the crew cleaned up after the work was done. Any questions during the installation were addressed quickly and I was kept informed throughout the process. Price quoted was the price paid. This is an excellent company to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Got an estimate and job was done about a month later. The downspout removal and relocation took approximately 45 min. to 1 hour. We need to paint a few joints, but overall the job was done well and at a fair price.

Our 20 year old gutters were leaking at the corners and had caused some damage. We initially looked for repair quotes and Sound Gutters'was competitive,but they strongly encouraged us to get them replaced completely. We realized that this was probably the better idea and hired them for the job. They were punctual, cleaned up after themselves, and the gutters look and work great.

Every part of this experience was easy from requesting this estimate to scheduling and getting the work done. Fritz was attentive to our needs and made the appointments and kept them. and the work was done to my satisfaction when he said it would be. Good people!

I called and left a message which Fritz returned the next day and he made an appointment for the following week to come out and provide an estimate for the work I needed done which was for new gutters, downspouts and minor roof repair. He left the estimate the next week and he told me to sign it and mail it back and he would contact me in about 4-6 weeks to come and do the work. It was kinda a long lead time, but it hadn't rained in months so no worries. After about a month I called and asked when he could come out. He made arrangements for about 2 more weeks out. On the scheduled day, he and his helper showed up shortly before 7am and started in right away pulling the old gutters off and by noon, they were done. I actually got up on the roof and inspected some of the work and discovered a short gutter that wasn't to my satisfaction, it did not capture all the water runing off that part of the roof. I called Fritz and he came out a couple of days later and replaced it to my satisfaction with no quibbling. Pros: quick profesisonal work at a good price (about $500 under other quotes) No arguing about the replacment gutter that I requested. Cons: I would have rather that the original design of the first gutter (that I complained about) would have been correct, like the second attempt was. The old gutters were screwed into the facia. When removing them they were just pry-barred off, ripping the screws out of the wood. Not a big deal since the old holes were covered up with the new gutters.

We contacted Fritz in August and got a bid for the gutter replacement. Job was scheduled for mid-October. Fritz and his helper arrived exactly when he said they would and finished the entire job just after noon, including cleanup. We are well-satisfied with the work they did, and would gladly recommend Sound Gutters to anyone. Leaf-Relief was a gamble, but it looked like a good product. so we went for it even with the additional cost.

I called on a Friday and my call was returned on Sunday. I felt that I was blown off, I had no problem with possible repair being out 2 months. But he wasn't even willing to come and take a look. I was given the impression I was wasting his time.

Sound was fast to respond, we had a straight forward quote right away. The work was done as promised and on time for the quoted price. No surprises and very professional and friendly. They demonstrate good craftsmanship and the work improves the appearance of our home. We really admire contractors that behave like this company does

I emailed the description of the problem via Angies list. Small damage to last 3 sections of a roof gutter. The initial response was quick - requesting a phone number. I called the next day and left our number and address with the lady answering their calls. By 4pm the following day I called and left the number again. This time Fritz returned the call and after hearing the description of the problem said they were 5 weeks out from being able to do this work.

Came right on time as promised and did a really quality job. Our house is relatively small so the job was done very quickly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for gutter replacement.

I had hired this company to do gutters on my home and thought their work was so good, I used them to put a new roof on my business in Marysville . They worked in 85 degree weather and never complained. The crew was a clean cut, nice bunch of men that worked so hard and were very pleasant to have around. They made sure that as they removed the old roof that everything was picked up and clean. It took a week and the job was done on time. It looks great and was a good price.

We contacted Fritz, who came out very soon (as opposed to two other companies that took one and two weeks respectively to even call back). he wrote up a good estimate, with absolutely no hard sell. Fritz and his sidekick showed up promptly on the day scheduled, and got straight to work. Everything was pretty straightforward, with the exception of a tricky corner that involved cutting a larger hole in the deck for a downspout. After they started work, Fritz noted that there was a problem with the overhang of shingles and slope, and suggested a (special order) material that could take care of the problem; he had some on the truck that he could use. He also noted that we should pay attention to the first good rain, and make sure it performs well. If there was any rain seeping behind the gutters, we just need to call and he'll order up more of the material and get it installed for us. When they finished, they asked me to come have a look. Everything looked fine, so we paid the invoice, which included the agreed upon extra work. A few days later, we turned on the drip water system, and discovered that the drip line that shared the hole in the deck with the downspout had been nicked by the saw blade in the process of enlarging the hole. It was in an odd place and a tight spot for cutting and repairing with a drip line connector, so I called Fritz to see if he had any thoughts. He came out the very next day, with a patch material. Patching the line involved removing the downspout, taping the drip line, and wiggling things back into place. We tested the system, and there was no apparent leak. I really appreciated Fritz's willingness to go the extra mile and make sure things are right. We hope we won't need to call him once the rains start again, but know that he will stand behind his work.

Fritz responded very quickly to my inquiry via email and phone. He came by for a personal estimate, arranging a time when I would be at the home so I could meet him. He was quick and courteous in his inspection. His price was inline with a bid from another contractor (a tad higher) but his professionalism during the estimate convinced me to use him over the other bid. On the day of the install, Fritz and one crew member showed up at 7am (on-time) and had the whole installation done in about 5 hours. He had me come out and inspect the job when he was done to ensure it met my expectations. Overall - he was great to work with, prompt, professional and on time.

Everything went great. Fritz showed up exactly on time (8 AM on a Monday), did exactly what he said he was going to do. I inspected the work, and everything looked great. It's been about 2 years now, and there haven't beenany problems. I'm definitely going to call him again when the rest of my gutters need to be replaced.

He returned within a week's time to complete the work. He arrived on time, was professional in all discussions, and did a high quality job.
