Came on day/time agreed to. Was professional in demeanor. The estimated cost for services was in the range we expected. We originally chose this firm to do the job, but had to change to another firm because Sound Gutter could not get to our job in the time window we needed, due to previously scheduled jobs.

Worked started promptly at 7an as communicated and was performed by Fritz and another as promised. They removed the existing gutters and downspouts, installed all new gutters and downspouts, corners were hand mitered, sloped sections where water historically had trouble draining, cleaned up and hauled old gutters away. Work and materials are guaranteed. I thought the price was reasonable for the work done,

Service was very good from beginning to end. Responsive, timely to measure job, provide quote, schedule and perform the job. This job required a creative "y" joint for joining 2 downspouts from two different gutter sections. Fritz did a great job, everything exactly as I requested, all looks great.

Well, this project was an adventure from the get go I must say. I discovered during the prepping of my home exterior painting project that my gutter systems needed to be replacemed. I contacted a few service providers through Angie's List and decided to go with Sound Gutters and Roofing. Fritz made contact with me in quick fashion and scheduled a time to review the job in order to provide an estimate. Unfortunately, I never received the first estimate because Fritz went to the incorrect residence. Fritz quickly remedied the situation and came out again. The estimate was higher than other quotes received but, I decided to select Sound Gutters given the reviews. I primarily base my vendor selections for home projects based on cost, service and warranty for the product/work performed. The product and work warranty from Sound Gutters and Roofing was better than the other service providers I reviewed. The project included two site trips. One for removal and one for installation. The reason for the multi-trip was that the fascia boards behind the original gutters were never painted so, I scheduled the painting work before Fritz came back out to do the installation. This was an extra $75.00 charge on top of the original project estimate. After the installation was complete, the final walk-through proved that one section of the house was not completed. Fritz, again, quickly remedied the situation by coming out the same evening and completing the job. Since installation, we have had some rain and the system performed as intended and expected In both trips, the grounds were left very clean after the work performed. Given all of the "gotchas" of this project. Fritz remained in constant communication and provided a strong level of customer service.

I originally contacted Sound Gutters to install a new downspout where we had done some work on our home. This involved relocating part of the downspout around the corner of the house to meet up with the new drain opening. They arrived, completed the work quickly, and left the area clean. While Sound was doing the above work, I also asked them about installing a gutter and downspout on a section of our carport that didn't have guttering. They returned a few days later, and again completed the work quickly and neatly. Very happy with this contractor and would definitely recommend them!

I called to set up an estimate. They came by the next day and gave me an estimate and the cost looked good. I agreed to go ahead and set up an appointment. He said they could do it next week sometime (this was Friday afternoon). I said that was fine. He called later and said they could do it Monday morning. I said Great! They came at 7:00 and were finished at 9:30. Great customer service and followed through with what they said. I would use them again.

He was prompt, courteous, very reasonably priced and provided great customer service.

My experience with them was excellent, from first contact to the day of actual service. When I first called, the receptionist (?) took a message and said that Fritz would call back as soon as he could. I got a call from Fritz later that same day, explained what I needed to get done and told him I would be out for the rest of the day. He said it wasn't an issue, he would just leave the estimate at my door. I came home that evening to find the estimate attached to my front door. It was very reasonably priced for the work that needed to be done - a long stretch of gutter on the second story, and two other shorter pieces on the side that needed to be connected to the long stretch. It took us a couple of weeks to decide when and what we wanted to get done - I got a couple of other estimates in between, while debating whether we wanted to install some kind of gutter protection while we were at it. When we finally decided to just go with a basic repair and replacement of the gutter, I called Fritz back. Sound Gutters was not the cheapest estimate we got, but I felt most comfortable with their professionalism. Fritz said he would call again to schedule the actual repair once his schedule firmed up. He called within the week to give me a time and date - it was a 7 am appointment. At 7:15 am, his truck rolled up and they got right to work. They had to stop for a few minutes at the very beginning to take care of a wasp nest I had not spotted. Fritz got stung on the forehead (my sincere apologies!), but after taking care of the nest, it was smooth sailing. Fritz was very gracious with the wasp sting - thank you, Fritz! By the time I was ready to send the boys off to school, they were done and cleaning up. It had taken them less than two hours. They cleaned up really well - no sign of them ever having been here, except for our great looking new gutter! I would definitely use them again when we need to!

I was looking for pricing and will make my decision after roof work is performed.

Two men arrived at the scheduled time and went to work. Old gutters and downspouts were removed and saved for recycle. Fascia boards were swept and inspected. New continuous gutters were formed from the final measurements. Gutter protection attached and everything was in place, including the relocation of a couple of downspouts - and I did see a level in use. They cleaned up and were gone in about six hours. I believe they've done this before because beside the quality of work, there was minimal impact on gardens and plants. I could see that they were doing their best to watch for plants. The added value of the gutter protection is too early to evaluate, however, when it got a little windy we did notice that there was a shower of Fir tree casings, that I think would probably have stayed in the gutter instead of blowing off.

Everything went smoothly from day one. Fritz was quick to respond to my calls and answered my questions. Within days he came to my home to give me a quote. On the day of the job, he arrived promptly on time (at 7AM!) with his helper and they proceeded to tear down the old gutters and replace a section of fascia (which was expected). Fritz explained to me that the reason the fascia was water damaged was because the shingles were too short on the roofline, causing the rain to fall between the fascia and the gutter. He quoted the repair cost, which was very reasonable--I expected it to cost more. The repair was done, then the gutters were installed--they completed the work within four hours. I was impressed by the fact the gutters were made on-site, and that the job was done so quickly and efficiently. The gutters definitely gave the house a facelift with the straight, clean lines (no more leaks and duct tape!) and now I know that my home is protected from further water damage. I couldn't be more satisfied with result and the price. Thank you for the great job, Fritz!

I called to schedule an estimate; Fritz got back to me the same day. We scheduled for him to come over to the house the following week. He showed up right on time. We walked with him around the property and showed him our concerns about the gutters. He recommended total replacement. He provided an estimate on the spot. His estimate was higher than other estimates we'd received, and he was concerned about access -- he has a large moving-style truck, and we have limited parking in the neighborhood. He wanted us to make sure that he would be able to park close enough. Other companies did not express concern about access, and didn't ask us to figure it out for them. We have decided to go with a less expensive and less difficult option.

After contacting the company, Fritz got in contact very quickly and set up an appointment to come out and see the job and gave me a bid on the spot. I was happy with the price and agreed to do the job immediately. Fritz scheduled an appointment to come back and do the work the following week, and there was one small glitch because they hadn't noticed our garage wasn't a normal rectangular structure and they didn't have all the materials they needed to finish. Fritz was extremely apologetic and offered to do the rest of the job for the original price, but I offered to pay for the additional materials. He came back out and finished the job the next day. The gutters look great, we're very happy with the work this company did, their prices, and would definitely recommend them.

Everything went great. They were prompt to quote the work. Had no problems with the entire process from start to finish.

It went well and company showed up on time. I will use them again when needed.

Our job was a small roofing and gutter repair and replacement. So small in fact, that other companies refused the job after I described it over the phone. Fritz took the job - despite its small size - made the trek to Duvall from Seattle without complaining and did an excellent job. Fritz was true to his estimate as well as professional in his timeliness, craftsmanship and dependability. I highly recommend Sound Gutters!

I called back requesting the job, and he returned per our agreed upon schedule. The job went well. The gutters look fine and are working as I had hoped. The response was superb from start to finish. I would not hesitate to use Sound Gutters and Roofing for any of my future projects.

I had called another gutter company awhile back and they never showed up to do the work. I contacted Fritz on a Thursday afternoon and he came over the next day to give me a quote. His price was good so I hired him to do the work. Fritz and his crew came over the following Monday and attempted to do the work but found the gutter full of frozen water and were unable to fix it. Fritz came back the following week and finished the work. I'm very happy with the repair and my new downspout! Fritz is a true professional! When it's time for me to get a new roof, I will definitely call Sound Gutters & Roofing.

I called during a busy holiday weekend; they came out the next day and fixed hanging gutters on the spot. I had had some flooding into the basement and reattachment fixed the problem.

I requested a bid for gutter replacement. Sound Gutters came out promptly and provided a bid on the spot. We scheduled service for a few months later to fit with our project. They were efficient and did a great job when it came time to get the work done.

Fritz was responsive, the work was completed quickly and the price was fair.

Fritz called on a Sunday and came out on a Monday and left an estimate for the gutter replacement and then a price with the Leaf Relief gutter cover. Price was good so we returned the contract signed the next day and got a call the following Sunday and he said he could come out on Wednesday between 7:30 - 8:00am. They were on time and it was extremely cold and they had to deal with ice in the gutters, etc. No complaints just worked diligently all day and completed it just a little while ago. Final price was within the estimated amount and they did a beautiful job. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Called Sound Gutters on Wednesday and Fritz was here on Thursday. Very professional. Price was reasonable. Would use him again if needed.

Fritz and Sound Gutter/Roofing is the best company I've dealt with. As stated above, Fritz came out within 24 hours to look over our situation, because I had severely leaking gutters, and several waterfalls pouring near to our foundation. Although his website states clearly that they do not clean gutters, he quickly got to work trying to determine the problem, immediately unclogged one gutter, and diagnosed and fixed a clogged downspout on another. He said that we really needed to have all our gutters cleaned (my husband had just cleaned them a little over a month ago so I didn't think they could possibly be clogged!), got on his phone and called someone reputable to come over and clean out all the gutters. I can't tell you what a relief it is not to hear waterfalls pouring near the foundation all around the house. Fritz was prompt, courteous, fast, reasonably priced, and eminently competent. This is the second time we've used him, and both times we were very favorably impressed. When we need roof replacement or new gutters, I will only use his company. You won't be sorry if you do as well.

We had recently purchased this home and it had California gutters. We had 5 bids from different gutter companies. 3 of the other bids were less and had lack of reviews from Angie's List. So we decided to go with Fritz because of Angie's List awards and reviews. By the time we selected this company Fritz was booked up for 5 weeks with jobs. The work that was done was professional, he gave advise to improve the gutter drainage, and performed that work. They came, did the job, and were gone in 4 hours. We are pleased with the job.
