They responded within an appropriate amount of time to my request for an estimate. They cost slightly more money than the others, but because the owner was able and willing to answer questions and hear my concerns, I chose this provider. They were punctual, prepared and efficient. The company owner, Fritz, was working at my home all of the time, with another man. It gave me peace of mind that they came in a Sound Gutter & Roofing Truck and were the owner along with another experienced worker. They were low maintenance for me. I was there, but they were able to work independently of me and needed little or nothing from me except a check at the end of it. They left the area clean and responded to my requests for extra things.

Went great, Fritz and his company were responsive, fair priced, and straight shooting. Would not hesitate to use them again. They were a bit backed up schedule wise. But he managed to show up earlier then he thought for the evaluation and bid. And when he got me on the schedule arrived on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. They're great!

For those who want the condensed version - I highly recommend Fritz, and Sound Gutters and Roofing. The details: Our condo building is a small one, but often proved to be too big for many companies doing gutter work as it is 3-stories on one side. I made many phone calls trying to find a company that would take on the job. Fritz came out and sized it up, and took it on. I'd also like to commend Fritz for being responsive to my calls. one of the greatest frustrations in hiring contractors is that they often never return your calls. It may be that they are going to say no, but I'd rather they did that then leave me hanging. SGR is obviously benefiting from this professionalism, as their schedule was busy and it was several weeks before our appointment Fritz and his assistant arrived promptly at the appointed time, and performed the work quickly and with minimum muss and fuss. The quoted price was the one I paid. Because the condo is three storied and self-managed, and no one wants to go on the roof to check the gutters all the time, we also had gutter guards installed. Sound Gutters and Roofing did exactly what they said they would do on time and on est. The crew arrived on time and never took a break the entire time they were at my home. The craftsmanship for the job was excellent. I would use them again and would recommend them highly.

The job went well. We had thought we might have to completely replace the gutters, but we were told that repairs were all that was needed. Appreciated the honest estimate with no pressure or overselling. The team arrived promptly on the appointed day. Work was completed about an hour earlier than expected. We were asked to have one of us at home during the repair and installation. All interactions were pleasant. Everything we needed was accomplished in a professional and timely manner.

Fritz always showed up when he said he would and was patient when we had schedule changes. The day of the actual work, he even arrived early. Pricing was competitive but his work was higher than average quality. Fritz does the job properly and professionally and works clean. Our new gutters look good and are solid for years to come. A professional craftsman that knows his trade--highly recommended!

I originally contacted Sound Gutters and Roofing last fall to obtain bids for two different projects: installation of gutters on a pavilion covering our outdoor kitchen (at our home) and to replace the gutters on my mother in law's home. The prices quoted seem very reasonable so we gave him the go ahead. He finished the pavilion job in early December. We are very happy with the work. My mother-in-law's home was just completed on 1/4/2016. They arrived in the morning and completed the work that day even though they encountered some rot problems that were unanticipated. The house looks great. My daughter and her husband who are currently living in the house are also very pleased. No more getting doused with water as they enter the house! Many of the neighbors have given a thumbs ups when they pass by. Fritz has been very dependable - arrives on time, completes the work on time, is reasonably priced and is very professional. I have one more gutter project that I will be sending his way in a couple of weeks.

We origninally didn't have gutters on the lower level of the house just the upper level. The original gutter fell down during a wind storm. SGS replaced that gutter and put up a second set on the fdirst level of the house. It looks great. The price was reasonable. He gave me a 2 hour window when he would be there. He was on time. I wish all my home improvement projects went so smoothly. There are people that you would recommend and then there are people that you are passionate about recommending. I would fall in the later category. Work very well done.

Contacted Sound Gutters and Roofing in the beginning of October. Spoke with Fritz, the owner, and was told that they were booked two months out. I asked if he could still go to my rental units and provide a bid. He said it may be about a week since they were so busy. He found time the day after we spoke and sent his bid the same day. I was glad I went with Sound Gutter and Roofing. They showed up on time and did a wonderful job replacing all the gutters on two rental properties. They picked up after themselves and left the job site the same way as when they arrived. I have spoken with my tenants, and so far the gutters are functioning wonderfully.

The gutter was repaired, in addition to another gutter that needed repairing that we weren't aware of. They finished quickly and our gutter appears to be working fine now.

Our gutters were in bad shape. Fritz responded to all my queries in a timely fashion. He's pretty busy as he (and another person) do all the work themselves but that just means he's high in deman. He's very knowledgeable about his trade. They were punctual and actually finished earlier than expected. The gutters/downspouts look great!

They did a great job. They came out sooner than expected and finished the job within a few hours. Communication was excellent.

Fritz returned my phone call the same day I called (11/23/15) to let me know he was unable to take on any new work since his is booked into January. I appreciated his prompt return phone call and candor. Must be in high demand so would assume he does good work!

Prompt reply and installation after some whining about how far out we were in Redmond for such a small job. Fixed the problem. Would use again.

It was great! Fritz was very responsive and is clearly knowledgeable. His price was competitive and I chose to work with him because he does the installations himself. I never felt like he was trying to sell or upsell me.

Sound Gutters made an appointment and arrived a few minutes early for the job. They installed the gutters in the color I requested and they look awesome. Very professional and they did a great job. Cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

Fritz originally visited and gave us a quote for this job in June. He was easy to keep in touch with and very patient as our timeline was delayed due to reasons unrelated to his scope of work. He came and removed the old guttering just prior to the paint preparation and was very quickly onsite to complete the gutters once the painting was finished. I liked that we dealt with the owner of the company who was also the person who did the work. The gutters look great and have been tested well during the recent rainy weather we have experienced with no problems.

Fritz and team did a great job. The job was completed in half a day and the work was done well. No complaints, I'd hire this company again.

Fritz responded to my estimate call right away. He didn't give me an exact appointment for an estimate but dropped by a few days later. Fritz was professional, prompt and had to do some work make the gutters flow properly. The gutters look great. I waited for a few good rainy days before writing this review and I am happy to report that they worked well. I would definitely call Sound Gutters if I needed work done.

Shout out to Fritz at Sounds Gutters - he was extremely responsive and drove all the way out to Duvall to take a look at my gutters even though the size I need didn't work out. Just want to say how much I appreciate the follow up, punctuality, and professionalism Fritz showed.

It went very well. They arrived right on time, cleaned up after themselves. Reviewed the work with us when they were finished and asked if we had any questions.

It went really well. They were able to come by and give me a bid without me having to be there to explain the work which was nice since I was really busy at the time and couldn't get out of work. Their bid was the most competitive of the 5 bids i received and included replacement, not repair that some other vendors were suggesting (for more than Sound Gutters quoted me). The day the work was done, some additional work/materials were required than Fritz initially estimated but he stuck to the price in the quote and didn't charge us anything additional. The only challenge I had was getting in contact with Fritz for scheduling. I had a hard time contacting him directly and there were a lot of voice mails back and forth in the process but I think that is because they are so busy at this time of the year and it was only a minor inconvenience and paid off in the end by getting the work done well before he said they would be able to get to me.

Sound gutters showed up right on time to provide a quote for the replacement of gutters and to install starter metal as we had problems with water leaking between the roof and the gutters. Fritz did the walk around and provided the quote right on site that morning. We hired them to do the job and were completely happy with their promptness, professionalism and high quality of work. They completed the job in less time that was estimated and the quality of work was superior. I highly recommend this company based on this experience.

A fair price was given, along with choice of colors and estimate date for installation. One huge wind/rain storm later Fritz was contacted to see if installation could be earlier, as our gutters may not last another storm. Fritz adjusted his schedule and a firm date was made. We were thrilled to learn that installment would even be sooner than expected. This was only possible because of the exceptional extra effort of Fritz Rieflin to meet our concerns. Our gutters are great. Perfect color, firmly in place and no leaking. Installation was efficient, professional and within a few hours completed, including cleanup.
