Fritz walked me through the options including a visit to the house to ensure he had the measurements and understood the situation. It took almost a month from the time we first talked until he had time in his schedule. However - on the day they arrived on time and we walked through what was going to happen. The end result looks great and the water is going where we planned.

Though there were some delays due to snow and illness, Fritz and his team were able to install in less than half a day. The work done was very good, color and trim matched exactly what I ordered. I would use them again without even looking into anyone else. Solid contractor that gets the work done.

Fritz was immediately responsive to my request for a bid on this project and returned every phone call in a timely manner to answer all of our questions about the project and materials. He was in constant contact to update us on possible dates for completion of the project during a period of severe winter weather. Once we agreed on a final date, he and his crew arrived on time and did a terrific job. They are real craftsmen and custom installed the new system with care, precision, and efficiency. The job was completed in one day and blends in with the existing roof and siding very well. We are very pleased with the outcome.

The process was extremely easy from getting an estimate, to scheduling, to the install itself. Fritz was very easy to work with and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire again.

Fritz came out the day after we initially spoke and installed the diverters. They did the work quickly and professionally. It hasn't rained heavily since they were installed, so I can't comment on how well they actually work, but I expect them to do the job.

They came out the next day after I called for an appointment and fixed everything, and even verified my other gutters looked okay.

Everything went great from the original quote through the installation process. Fritz came out for the quote a few months ago, but due to competing house projects we had to delay the work. Fritz was very understanding of our predicament and once we were ready, he communicated very well with us how far he was scheduled out. The day he and his crew came to do the removal of the existing gutters and downspouts and installation of new, they were on-time and done in only 3.5 hours. This was even after I asked for a minor changes (extension of the downspouts and fill holes in the siding where old downspouts had been attached) to the original scope of work. They did a great job of cleaning up and we couldn't be happier with our new gutters and downspouts!

So far I’ve been very pleased with Fritz and the gutters he installed last month. I appreciated that he brought up finding a small patch of rotted fascia and could replace it the same day. I did need to ask him if he offered screens to keep leaves out (his are called Leaf Relief). I also think it’s important to ask any owner of a gutter business if he plans to be in business for the duration of the warranty. So pleased.

Fritz, is very busy but when he did come the work was completed in a day. So far it is working great.

Excellent work. Repairs were high quality and cost effective--Fritz worked with me to come up with a good plan that balanced needs with my budget and addressed all problems. Highly professional, very flexible in coming up with a work scope/strategy and working with me on the administrative side of the effort. I have already booked Sound Gutters for additional work beyond the original scope, will always go to them in the future for gutter work, and will likely give them first offer on any roofing work I may need in the future based solely off of the professionalism of the individuals involved. The one note I'd post for potential customers is just to know that depending on the time of year, they may not be immediately available for work--they are good what they do and can have a high volume of booked work during rainy season. In my case, when I contacted them back in late fall/early winter (basically right as rains were picking up), Fritz explained that he wouldn't be able to fit me in for at least a month or two to do the full scope of repairs that I needed. However, he adjusted his schedule to do a quick triage work on one particular section of gutters that were in imminent danger of collapsing. To me, that is the definition of responsiveness and flexibility.

Fritz did excellent work. We had to reschedule a few times due to sickness and weather, but when the work was done, it was done well and with thorough attention to detail. He was professional and explained what needed to be done clearly. We highly recommend Fritz and his crew.

It went well - Fritz was very professional and thorough. He keeps a tidy work site and cleaned up everything after the work was completed. And, unlike too many other contractors, he actually returns phone calls! I would not have reservations recommending him.

Excellent quality work. They're so heavily booked that it took a couple of months from our first contact to when they were able to do the job, but it was worth the wait. Final cost slightly over estimate due to necessary replacement of some previously undetected rotting wood, as we would expect.

I so like working with Fritz. The work was beautiful. What I appreciate most about him is that he will accurately assess the situation and not suggest repairs that are not necessary. For instance, I thought I would need entire replacement of my fascia board. Fritz suggested only replacing the areas that needed repair as he felt the rest was still in good shape. This was a big cost savings for me and greatly appreciated.

Fritz was very accommodating and did the job very quickly and efficiently. Just a bit higher priced than I’d hoped as I’d had some earlier bids that were less.

The owner Fritz is very professional and knows exactly what he is doing. He came out and gave me an estimate in a very timely manner. Everything was repaired and replaced and he even matched the custom brackets that were used on the house. He also noticed some other brackets missing from nearby downspouts and took the initiative and replace those as well. Was so nice to have a contractor with the experience to know exactly what to do get the job done very quickly and have no worries that it was done correctly. When someone knows what they're doing things just go very well and you feel confident moving forward. He didn't try to upsell me on any other work either which I appreciated.
