It went extremely well. The carpet is clean and I have two large dogs which can be rough on the carpeting. He even cleaned under the furniture. No carpet cleaning service cleaned under the furniture in the past. Reasonably priced would definitely recommend and will call in the future for my carpet cleaning needs.

The owner immediately returned my call. We arranged the date and time for the cleaning and he gave me a quote, which was what I paid. He arrived on time and worked for about 3 hours. By my own choice, I had already moved most of the lighter furniture out of his way. The carpets hadn't been cleaned in over 10 years, but he was able to remove the grime. The carpets dried within 24 hours and the result was fresh and clean smelling carpets.

Everything went quite well. Keith was responsive and was able to work with my schedule. The work was fast and everything looked great when he was done.

I've used a variety of carpet cleaners over the years and have had a variety of results. From satisfactory to not so much. Hands-down, Preferred Carpet Care has been my best experience ever. I selected them based on the description they provided - "The most thorough carpet cleaner ever", and liked the fact that Kevin Thompson, the owner, said he does all his own cleaning so customers didn't have to worry about inexperienced employees being sent out to clean. My experience was that this was not just hype. Unlike some other cleaners I've had in the past whose objective seemed to be how quickly they could get through the house, Kevin seemed to take the necessary time and attention to detail to get things done right. I have multiple pets and it was a longer than normal time since I last had the carpet cleaned, so I'm sure this was not his easiest job ever. I was very pleased with everything, and won't hesitate to use them again. I give them highest marks. My best experience with a carpet cleaner ever.

Kevin was terrific. He cleaned both the upstairs and downstairs, stairs and a few of my large throw rugs. He did a fantastic job. Very thorough and on time. He was able to fit me in even though it was busy December. I will definitely call Kevin again the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

Kevin gave me a solid estimate, was on time, thorough and succeeded in getting out several tough stains that other services had failed to remove. After several weeks, the stains have NOT come back, so I am confident that this time they are gone for good. His price may seem a bit higher than some (tho not by much) but it is WELL WORTH what little extra he may charge. I was happy with Kevin's responsiveness and professionalism. I am wary of most anyone but felt comfortable with him in our home. He later cleaned the carpet in a rental house of ours as well. He cleaned pet stains that I thought would never be able to be cleaned out. He was very helpful in moving out a heavy throw rug we wanted removed. The carpet throughout our house looks and smells great. He did an amazing job and was very nice. We plan to only use him for our carpet cleaning in the future. very well. kevin was right on time, proceeded to check everything and asked us what we were concerned about and then proceeded to do it. very professional and personable, careful to make sure vacuum hoses didn't damage anything on both levels of house. nice to talk with and offered a bottle of spot remover since we have two large dogs. got rid of summer dirt and now ready for winter
