Kevin’s cleaning is exceptional. He is meticulous and works wonders to get carpets and upholstery clean. Attached photo of microfiber chair was coated with grease and water/soap stains before Kevin brought it back to like-new condition. He accommodates our family needs (working around furniture, kids’ toys, keeps the cat in), is punctual, professional, friendly, and is great value for excellent work.

He showed on time, and was great to have in the house, he took great care of making sure everything was protected. He followed up 8 hours later to validate everything was drying as planned, and that I was happy with the work. Which I was, I will have his company clean my carpets in the future.

Kevin (owner) performed the work well and removed a large, difficult stain. When Kevin learned on a follow-up phone call the stain was still visible, he promptly returned to perform a second treatment at no cost. I am happy to recommend his services.

I selected Preferred Carpets because of Kevin's professionalism in his communications and because his company was highly rated. Kevin had a great mix of professionalism and a warm personality. He wore booties to keep the newly cleaned carpets cleaned and not to spread the dirt on his shoes in the rest of the house. The job was quickly done. Although the start of the job happened later in the day than originally scheduled, Kevin kept me informed as to his status. Certainly, if I would have had a conflict we would have rescheduled. Luckily, we didn't have to do that.

Came out day I called and took care of the stain. It looks great.
