Description of Work: The service exceeded my expectations. While there were a few stains that just would not come out it was not for lack of trying with the best methods and products. There was no attempt to upsell me from the Angies List price in any way which I certainly appreciated. My house looks like new.

Description of Work: Cleaned living room, hallway and around the furniture in two bedrooms. He was punctual, personable, thorough and the carpet looks very nice.

Description of Work: This man was probably the nicest service person I ever talked to on the phone. Maybe a little overwhelmed with the Angie response? Who cares, he was wonderful and so nice. I was gone when he came, but my husband was here. The carpet was great, but hubby said he did so much (and hubby is particular). We had some extras. but he did them for a nominal amount.

Description of Work: I purchased one of Angie's List Deals. The deal for Preferred Carpet was to clean 4 or 5 rooms for a specific price. They did extra square footage for a very reasonable price. I am not very healthy, but I moved all the small furniture and items to the kitchen before he arrived, and he was able/willing to move the larger pieces as best he could. For the very largest pieces, he put down little pieces of paper under the legs to sit overnight. My carpet was beautiful, dried in a short amount of time, and there was no lingering odor. I now plan on getting my carpets cleaned on a regular basis since it worked out so nicely, and I love having a clean carpet.

Description of Work: The owner cleaned our living room, large area rug, hallway, and master bedroom for $119.00. For an extra $35.00 he cleaned our media room. He has brand new equipment and it shows in his work. Super friendly, professional, punctual, courteous, etc. He will do repeat business for the same price. I will use him again, and recommend Preferred Carpet Care highly!

Description of Work: First, Kevin was willing to come out on a weekend at very short notice. Second, he called ahead of time and let me know he was running a few minutes late. Third, he did an AWESOME job cleaning my very dirty carpet and protecting the furniture. And he called me afterward to ensure that I was happy with the job. I will definitely use him for future jobs. He is a true professional!

Description of Work: Kevin was able to remove stains that I didn't think it possible to remove. My carpets look wonderful.

Description of Work: For the most part Kevin did a very good job. My only caveat is I would love to find someone who does pre-spotting for areas where there are spots, especially coffee drips. I used to have a carpet cleaner who pre-spotted and left a bottle with me and it was very helpful.
