Description of Work: Used this great service after my 16 year old dog died. It was important to have a freshening. This was the best job I've had in 20 plus years of carpet cleaning.

Description of Work: Kevin was fantastic. We hadn't had the carpets cleaned in a couple of years and needed some stain removal. He was thorough (removed all stains!) and even called to let me know that one particularly stubborn stain was still there when he left and that if it hadn't cleared by the next day, he'd return (no charge) to apply another treatment. It wasn't necessary but going the extra step to follow up was very appreciated. Pricing is competitive and the work is superior. Perfect combination. Thank you, Kevin, you'll be hearing from us again.

Description of Work: Carpet, as requested, was cleaned. Kevin always goes a step farther than any other vendor I've worked with. He'll try harder than others to remove stains if he thinks a little more elbow grease will do it. He always trims snags. I've finally learned to believe him if he thinks the carpet is salvageable; to let him do his job and not second guess him. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Description of Work: I am a engineer and particular, every thing I asked and it was a tough light colored carpet. I am pleased that I can wright this review as he earned it.

Description of Work: Very professional and accommodating. He probably ended up cleaning more carpet than I paid for by area. In considering the way this company prices by area, one should be aware that there is an upper square foot measure for each area, but no minimum. Thus if you pay for four areas to be cleaned, and one area is very, very small, it will still be considered an area. Companies that charge by the square foot rather than by the area may be a better deal if you have small areas, such as a very small room or a small hallway.

Description of Work: He was GREAT!.took a bit to corral me..He was very patient in my returning his calls..When he came..I will say he was conscience of my home.. did a wonderful THOROUGH cleaning. .my carpets are ancient 70 style shag..they look like new..In other rooms where stains were imbedded..are GONE..other carpet cleaners in the past seemed to remove the old stains, but within a week they came back..NOT so with Preferred Carpet Care..If you want excellent customer service, courtesy, and a top notch cleaning..Preferred Carpet cleaning is for you! I am looking forward to doing business with him again.
