From first contact Kevin was a pleasure to deal with. Personable, informative and direct. We found him through an Angie's list special and he explained what was included and what was not. He arrived when he said he would, told us the extra charges which were less than we expected, and did a great job. We had some gnarly stains of unknown origin which he treated, and offered to come back if the treatment wasn't successful. So far so good, they have gone for now. He also followed up with a call a few days later to make sure all was well. We will have him back next time, special or not because dealing with someone who is honest, personable and thorough makes life better for us all! If only all businesses were like this.

Preferred Carpet Care is the best carpet-cleaning company we've ever used. Very professional and very nice with great attention to detail and advises on what to do to prolong clean carpet. We will definitely use them again in the future and we highly recommend them to anybody.

He was VERY good . He informed us how to take care of our carpeting in a professional, friendly way. He was here on a very warm day. Gave us all 'booties' to wear until the carpet dried.

Kevin did an excellent job! He was very careful and even covered his shoes with booties to keep the carpet clean. He was prompt, efficient, cheerful and worked hard. The carpet looked new and my new tenants commented on how great the carpet looked. Kevin even left me a bottle of carpet spotter. I would definetly use Preferred Carpet Care again.

I was impressed with Mr Thompson's professionalism and business ethic. My condo's carpeted space was smaller than the square footage I told him. He charged me less than he had quoted even though he quoted the most economical price among others. He did an excellent job in cleaning the condominium. I'd recommend him to all without any hesitation.

Preferred Carpet Care did a fabulous job. He came and he worked for about 4 hours and I wasn't going to get it cleaned because it is an older carpet. I didn't even think that he could get it that nice but my son was coming home from school that night and so I saw the big deal and he came over and he did the best job than anyone's done. I usually use larger companies and he did a great job.

He was fantastic, professional, friendly and stellar results. There is nothing wanting in the experience, just call him and book it. He provides a really wonderful service.

Kevin arrived on schedule and did an absolutely wonderful job. I have had my carpets cleaned by several different providers and Kevin did the best job of any and all of them. Kevin may not like me to tell you this, but he said my carpet wasn't as bad as most so he charged me less than he quoted. Now who does that??? I had 2 great Angies list experiences yesterday. Will I use Preferred Carpet Care again - absolutley yes!! Do I recommend Kevin Thompson aka Preferred Carpet Care - a resounding yes. For the second review I've completed today, I have to state - these recommendations don't come easily from me.

Simply the BEST carpet cleaning job I have every had. My carpet transformed from old to like new. Kevin from Preferred Carpet Care was prompt, professional and courteous and the cost was reasonable without any hidden costs. He was very cautious and respectful of my home and furnishings and to my surprise even got a stain out that a previous carpet cleaner said was permanent. I highly recommend this company.

Right on time. Got response to all communications. There were still a couple of spots with faded stains, but I guess the previous owner had something spilled that was really hard to remove.

This Company was earlier known as Profitt's Carpet Care. They do excellent work. They are honest. They are prompt. When you make an appointment with them, they come. They give you an estimate what it would cost and they stick to it. They have a good cleaning system.They are very easy to deal with. It is a one man show. We would recommend this company. Price wise we don't have anything to compare them with. We would use them in the future.
