We took advantage of Angie's List special, four rooms for $119. We added our stairway for $40. Kevin did a really great job, and even spent extra time getting out pet stains. He was punctual and professional, not to mention nice, too! We recommend Preferred Carpet Care!

This was the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. Kevin cleaned all rooms and hallways in my condo plus 3 area rugs for $220. This is half what I paid last year for a different company. Not only that, my carpets were filthy as I have 3 cats, and he was able to get all stains out of the carpet which my other cleanign company could not. My carpets looked like new! I highly recommend Kevin's services.

Scheduling the appointment, at this busy holiday time, he was very flexible. He communicated with me so I knew what to expect. The instructions as he was leaving, were very clear and helpful. I added a few, small areas, and his price was incredibly reasonable. I would use him and his company again, no doubt.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. Kevin was both prompt and professional. He was careful around the furniture. The carpets look good. And he was a pleasure to work with. Really, what more could you ask for?

We have had other highly rated Angie's list providers in but Kevin was far and away the best. The carpets looked AMAZING after he was done. He took great care in protecting our furniture, which we have a lot of. And our dog liked him.

Kevin did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. He was here right on time, and is very friendly and professional. The entire job was completed in less than half a day, and was done well too! He took the time to estimate the cost before starting, and the final bill was consistent with his estimate--no hidden costs or charging extra for tough stains. While working in our home Kevin took extreme care with our belongings and made sure to protect the baseboards and walls from dings and scratches. It has been a month now, and none of the spots have resurfaced like so often happens with carpet cleaning service. We would highly recommend Preferred Carpet Care and will be using their services for our future carpet care needs.

Kevin showed up on the day scheduled right on time and went right to work. (We had already moved all the furniture off the carpets the day before.) Within a couple of hours the whole work was done: the equivalent of 7 or 8 rooms of carpeting, more than the 4 rooms that was offered in the original "big deal." We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of cleaning that he did, and with what we considered to be a very reasonable total price. Kevin was on time for the appointment and took time to understand what I wanted cleaned and the location of the trouble spots on the carpet. He was very thorough and the carpet looks better than it did after prior cleanings by other companies. A very friendly person and a professional at his job.

I had some other work going on and was unsure of the date I wanted the cleaning done. Kevin called and worked with me in a pleasant and professional manner to find a date and time agreeable to us both. When we agreed on a date for the work, the work was done promptly and well. The carpets in those rooms look very nice! Kevin checked back with me in a couple of days to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. Excellent service!

He showed up on time and was very professional in his work. He evaluated all the stains and sprayed them. We had several pet stains that needed addressing. A couple stains were problematic and didn't come out fully, but he had said before he started that he may not be able to. He followed up a few days later and has offered to come out and try a different product to see if that would work. Overall the carpets look much better and you can't beat his pricing.

He showed up early. Evaluated the project. Explained the process and did a wonderful job. We have several pets and he was able to remove all the dirt and various stains.

I purchased an Angie's List deal covering 4 rooms of 200 square feet of carpeting cleaning and via email arranged with Kevin to clean an additional 610 sq ft plus 14 stairs and landing area. Kevin's communications and responsiveness were excellent. He arrived promptly on the appointed day and completed the work within the time frame stated. He clearly took pride in his work and did an EXCELLENT job, far exceeding my expectations since there were many stains which are no longer there! He made it very clear that I could call if there were any residual issues and he would be happy to respond. I would, without reservation, wholeheartedly recommend Preferred Carpet Care and Kevin.

We purchased a promotional deal through Angie's List for 4 rooms. Kevin arrived early and was very professional and kind--he patiently waited for me to scoot my 3 yr-old and husband out the door and measured the rooms to offer me the best possible value which I appreciated. Clearly Kevin has cleaned many carpets and his enthusiasm and expertise was genuine. I felt completely at ease with him in our home and had no issues leaving for work and he kindly locked up for us on his way out. When I returned, the carpet pile of our mini shag carpet was fluffed and refreshed. The house smelled clean in a simple, non-fragranced way and our carpet, despite damp weather, was dry later in the evening and dry as a bone by morning. Kevin's great--do not hesitate to hire him!

Kevin was conscientious in scheduling the appointment and waiting for me as I was late in arriving home. Very professional in my house and accommodating as I had forgotten the appointment and needed to get "stuff" off the floors in all rooms. Did a great job making my carpets look like new. I used an Angie's big deal.

Kevin was very professional and friendly. He called ahead to find out if he could come earlier, which worked out well for everyone. He did a very thorough job and put protectors under all the furniture.

Kevin arrived right on time. Negotiating a time that worked for me was very easy. He setup protection for wall and stair corners to prevent any damage from the hoses. The carpet which is six years old came out looking perfect. Kevin was very conscientious about cleaning up any water drips on the hardwood floors. Great job!

Kevin did a great job, was very professional and helpful. He worked hard to make my couches clean and did an awesome job on our carpet, taking the time to get out all the crazy paint and glue and sparkle stains that come from kids. I will definitely use his services the next time I need carpet or upholstery cleaned.

Kevin was great to work with! I bought the deal online and he was available on short notice which I really appreciated since we were moving into a new place. He showed up on time and called me a bit before letting me know he was on his way. Kevin told me what it would cost for the other areas I wanted cleaned and it was very reasonable. He then proceeded to finish the 2 other rooms I didn't ask for and at no charge! I can't say how nice this was and what a great guy he is. I will be telling everyone to use him and I will for any future cleaning!
