This could not have been a better experience! Kevin arrived on time and did a superb job on the carpet. He offered advice for stain removal and prevention. The carpet looks like new - it is 15 years old! I will have him back again and highly recommend his services.

Kevin was a pleasure to work with. He responded to email and phone messages very promptly, and arrived at exactly the time he said he would arrive. He did a great job cleaning my carpets, that hadn't been cleaned in over 10 years. They look almost new now! I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend him.

I was very happy with Kevin's service. He called me back right away to schedule an appointment. Later, he had a need to adjust the time of the appointment but called many days in advance to see if it was possible. He showed up a few minutes early, quickly assessed the job, got to work and was done in around 2 hours. He was able to get out a couple of spots that I thought were there to stay. He put blocks under furniture that I could remove when the carpet dried, so nothing could stain the damp carpet. The carpet was pretty much dry in about 8 hours, although I waited until the next day to put things back. He was very professional and pleasant to work with and truly cared about the job he did. I will definitely use him again, and recommend him to others!

Kevin is the owner. I have used him a couple of times and he is really good. He is a single operator. He does the work and he is a perfectionist. I have already used him three times.

We had scheduled the cleaning a week before, but on the day of service, my husband accidentally flooded our finished basement installing a new washing machine. Preferred Carpet Care not only came early and suctioned out all of the water, but they were still able to clean the carpets in time for our renters to move in on schedule. They were kind, courteous, and professional--I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Incredible. Kevin not only cleaned the carpet extremely well but he got rid of the spots that we were told by another company she wasn't able to do. He basically repaired the work that the other company had done (or maybe it is better to say they didn't do) and cleaned it all for about half the price. Both my wife and I were very impressed with the work that he did, and that says a lot.

It was great, we had some scheduling snafus, one on my end and one on his. It worked out fine for me, I wasn't put out at all. He was polite, professional, and I will use him again.

Preferred Carpet Care was wonderful! From initial contact to the final work being completed, Kevin was professional and attentive to details. He proactively provided exactly the right information that allowed me to prepare for the visit, he was prompt and efficient in setting up and explaining what he was going to do, we talked about 2 potential stain areas that he was going to address, and he took care that the hoses running up the stairs and around corners were not going to damage or mark either the staircase or corners. The cleaning was performed quickly and efficiently and then cleanup was a snap. I was able to get quick and efficient quotes for additional rooms for a future visit and know exactly what the cost and the amount of time required will be to complete the work. Most importantly, the carpets are CLEAN and the stains in question are gone! All in all, I can't say enough great things about Preferred Carpet Care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and I'm already scheduling my next appointment to complete cleaning around the rest of the house including several area rugs that also need attention.

Kevin, the owner, did a really good job. The service stayed the exact cost we paid for the deal. Kevin was very friendly and he did follow-up with us. We were really happy with him.

He was very good, he worked really hard, and he said he was going to come back and look at a couple of spots that he he had missed. I am very pleased with him. He has very good ethics, personable, and showed up on time. My schedule changes for work, and we worked very closely together. He was very good. My neighbor came over, and we have the same carpet, and he was impressed.

It turned out just fine. The price was very reasonable and they did a nice job. I would recommend them. He was late but he called me and he was only late about 20 minutes.

Kevin was punctual, friendly, professional, and did a great job of cleaning my 25-year old carpet. Even though I hadn't asked him initially to clean the carpet in the common hallway, he made the time. He also called a week later to see if I was satisfied. I highly recommend him.

I received the coupon for the carpet cleaning from Angie's list and looked like the Preferred Carpet Care has good reviews in different webs and I decided to buy the coupon. I contacted with Kelvin first by email and his response was always quick and detailed. We had 12 areas for cleaning and he only counted for 11 areas for the price. After his cleaning, the carpet looks so clean and most staining spots were gone and all the corner and edge of the carpets were super clean. More than that, he happened to pick up his stuff the next day and he asked how the carpets looked like. My husband told him all looked very good except for some spots which were too old. Kelvin spent more time to manually clean those spots in spite of my husband telling him not necessary. After his further cleaning, most of those stubborn stains went away. We are extremely happy with Kelvin's service and definitely will use him in the future and recommend him to friends and to you.

Once again he was punctual and easy to work with, and quickly dealt with the everyday stains and reshampooed the upstairs. But we really put him to the test this time with the yellow stain. He worked on it for an hour with different cleaners and a variety of tricks of the trade and did an amazing job. We had thought this stain might be permanent but he reduced it to unnoticeable. True if you get down on the floor and in the right light you may see evidence that it was there, but heck, for all intents and purposes it has gone. We are so very happy. So great job Kevin, impressive results.
