Kevin is EXCELLENT - prompt, responsive, thorough and interested in providing quality work. His estimates are clear and based on square footage per room. We have used his services in the past and will continue to call on him in the future.

He does the best work of any carpet cleaner I have ever hired. I have recommended him to several friends who have had the same positive experiences.

Very, very pleasant, professional gentleman. My best friend, Webster is older,11 years old and had several bathroom accidents on the living room carpet. The stains and odor were very very bad. Preferred Carpet cleaned all the spots and eliminated all the odor. The carpet looks brand new and it is 9 years old. I am a senior citizen and this is the first time a carpet cleaning service has performed at this level of excellence. I would definitely refer him to everyone I know, really cannot say enough positive comments about the service and the owner, Kevin Thompson..

Kevin's professionalism and friendliness makes it so easy and pleasant to do business with him. I initially scheduled an appointment for earlier in the week and due to poor planning, I accidentally stood him up. I was nervous about calling him back to reschedule, expecting to be berated for the missed appointment. To my surprise, Kevin was understanding and so nice. He quickly rescheduled my appointment for a few days later. On appointment day, he arrived on time and quickly set to work. I noticed he wore booties while in the house. I suppose this is so he would not track dirt in...how thoughtful. He chatted with us while he worked. He explained the cleaning process, told us which stains would be permanent, and left us with styrofoam blocks to set our wood furniture on to avoid staining the wet carpet when he was done. Carpets were heavily soiled from pets and construction work. When work was completed they looked like new. Kevin was very informative and was willing to work with my schedule.

Kevin arrived right on time, was very friendly, highly professional and got to work immediately. I was pleased and impressed that he didn't waste any time getting his materials and equipment set up and ready to go in a matter of minutes; thus, he finished the job with care and within the estimated time he quoted, leaving the carpets looking as close to new as possible. It was helpful to have the smaller light furniture removed from the rooms, as well as to have the table-top items and knick-Knacks out of the way. Kevin was adept and able to manage getting around all the bigger pieces without any problems. Overall, I am extremely pleased with Kevin's work. He takes great personal pride in his business, which I also appreciate.

Our experience with Preferred Carpet Care was excellent from beginning to end. Super communication, flexible scheduling, and soft, clean carpets. We will be calling them to clean our rentals and our home from now on. We couldn't be happier!

I purchased a coupon from Angies List for cleaning 4 rooms. I had additional rooms and stairs that also needed to be cleaned. the additional fee was $260 which I was very happy with. Kevin was great. He was quick with his communication and was able to accommodate our quick scheduling needs which we greatly appreciated. He pointed out a few problem areas before he began and then got to work. I was very happy with the results and would absolutely hire him again.

Due to a family emergency, I had neglected to vacuum or spot the carpet. Nevertheless, they did an excellent job of cleaning. Our house was already high in humidity because we'd been using a humidifier. They said it would take 24 hours for the carpet to dry, but it took more like 2 or 3 days. However, the carpet is very clean. It would help if they could get more moisture out.

Kevin took great care in protecting floors, corners and furnishings. I added services to the appointment and he was extremely accommodating. The results were excellent. We are very pleased

The job was performed with expertise and professionalism. There was a small additional charge for the stairs of $20.00 above the original price of $139.00 for four rooms, due to the fact that stairs require much more effort. He was very effective in removing some very old stains that we had not been able to remove ourselves.

Kevin did an outstanding job !! I have 6 animals; 3 dogs and 3 cats. One dog, my Yorkie, does not like to go outside when its raining, and you can imagine how much that bothered my nose. Kevin was 'right on time', not a minute late. VERY friendly, VERY honest, and veryyyyyy competent. I would use him again in a heartbeat!!! I don't smell ANY dog pee. NONE. That makes me (and my nose) very VERY happy. Thank you Kevin !!!

Kevin was a real pro who was on time and ready to go when he arrived. I think he did a great job overall. The only problems we encountered were an extended drying time of close to four days (we have a very thick carpet) and a stain that reappeared after drying.

Fantastic job cleaning the carpets! Cleaned spots up other cleaners couldn't get up and was very thorough. Even moved the furniture to get underneath. Was wonderful with my somewhat scared cat, too.

Kevin was on time, walked through the areas to be cleaned, and informed me of the extra charge for the stairs. I knew that the stairs would be extra when booking the service and it was very reasonable. He was very professional, wore foot protection, and was very careful with furnishings and moving hoses during cleaning. He answered questions I had about carpet care while he was cleaning and I would definitely recommend his company and use his service again.

The carpet came out beautifully. Best I've ever seen it. The cleaning was efficient and thorough. Scheduling was difficult due to my commitments, but Kevin was persistent and got it done.

Kevin was great. I called another provider first and they showed up 3 hours late and then told me they couldn't do the job because my hose spigget was to far from the condo. I then called kevin who showed up the same day, on time, and went straight to work. The carpets came out like new. Very pleased!

Fantastic! Very thorough cleaning, moved furniture that he could and cleaned around it, put it back with placers under the legs so as to not hurt the carpet. He called to say he was running late and if that was okay and then called again when he was on his way, very courteous. Very responsive to my phone calls and requests. And now my basement carpet doesn't smell like cat pee! Will use him again next time for sure.

He came right on time on scheduled appointment. He cleaned the 4 bedrooms, plus steps ( I paid extra for that). The job was done very well. He thoroughly cleaned all areas, fixed some minor stains in the room. My carpets look great after this cleaning.

I have been a contractor in the Seattle area for 20yrs. and was very impressed with Jeff ,his attention to detail, promptness, and very business like and friendly.He was right on time, called ahead of time to let us know where he was and when he would be there.Jeff did a fantastic job and I would recommend him to anyone and will definetely have him back to do my carpet in the future.

Excellent job all around! They got out spots that we didn't think would even come out. We used them once before through Angie's List. They did such a nice job that we used them again!
