The carpet in our living area and hallway was in very bad shape. Two words--toddlers & teenagers. One person recommend we should just retire it and replace it. Not wanting to go that route, I called Preferred Carpet. I explained our carpet situation over the phone to Kevin. He reassured me he has had a lot of experience and success getting out difficult stains and would be open to coming to check it out. We made an appointment for him to see what could be done, if anything. Let me tell you what was done, the carpet looks new. No kidding! It looks fabulous now. I appreciate the knowledge and workmanship you get with Preferred Carpet Care.

I can't say enough good things about Kevin. He gave a great quote on the phone, showed up on time, took a little longer than expected but that was because he was very careful and detailed about getting out the various stains on the carpet. We have an older dog who has accidents, as well as previous owners who used the carpet as the dropcloths. Kevin cleaned 9 areas of our 2400 sq ft home. including the stairs. He moved the furniture he could, and put wood items up on cardboard footers in order to protect the furniture. The home smells fresh and looks very good. I will use him in the future.

He did a great job and after 8 months we are still pleased with the look of the carpets. He was courteous and careful.

Kevin provided excellent service. He checked out the home and access for his van and the hoses a few days before our appointment to make sure everything would go smoothly on the service date. Kevin was awesome! Wonderful communication from the beginning!! VERY helpful! He found the best way to access my condo, gave me a price quote and stuck to it and did a thorough job cleaning my carpets while moving around some furniture on handy little pads he sold me! He was very kind and did a TERRIFIC job!!

This condo had carpet in the living room, the stars to the second floor, and both bedrooms. We had rented there for four years and this was the required cleaning before moving out. Kevin did an expert job in cleaning the carpet. He paid particular attention to those areas with heavy traffic. He provided booties so that we could walk on the carpet before it was totally dry.

We hired Kevin of Preferred Carpet Care to attack the carpets in a house we recently purchased. The carpets were used and abused and we didn't expect much but hoped for the best. Kevin arrived promptly and was confident he could make a difference. He was diligent trying to remove all the dirt and pet stains. Even when we said that we didn't expect miracles, Kevin insisted he could do better. And he did! He was very professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. This was actually the second time we have utilized this company as we met Kevin when we had the carpets in the house we were selling cleaned. We liked his professionalism and hard work, it was easy to call him for the newly purchaspurchased home as the sellers had not cleaned the carpets recently .

Kevin (the owner) was excellent in every aspect. He gave us a fair price and did an amazing job cleaning the carpets. He clearly takes pride in his work and has excellent customer service skills. He came on time and was very professional and nice. The price was more than I expected but I came over from the Eastern side of the state. He seemed to be right in line with other carpet cleaning providers. He did a good job and even provided us with paper booties so as not to get our feet wet or soil the carpet. The sofa was cleaned the best. I think the chairs and carpet was so old (new house to us) there wasn't much he could do. I would use him again.

As always, the job was done perfectly. Kevin was quick, thorough, and extra careful to protect our furnishings and walls while cleaning. We have used Preferred Carpet in the past, and will continue to do so for all of our carpet care needs!

Kevin responded promptly to my message, even though I had an out of town area code. In town to help my mom with arrangements after my dad's passing, I was coordinating efforts. Kevin arrived a bit ahead of schedule and called before hand to let us know. He was able to slip us into his schedule that day and performed excellent work. His equipment released the stains and left the carpet just mildly damp which dried thoroughly overnight. Kevin was very respectful of my mom's tender condition and allowed her to "supervise" his efforts. He is kind and genuine and was a real blessing to us. The carpets are clean and we're looking forward to a fresh new start!

Kevin was great! We had very dirty carpets because we have two large dogs. He did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets, in addition I had him steam clean two white couches. Great job Kevin I would absolutely use him again.
