Kevin is a perfectionist! Our carpet needs to be replaced but holding out since we have an older dog and upcoming remodeling. Kevin comes and spends all the time necessary and when he leaves, all the spots are gone and carpet looks amazing!! He has come a number of times and results are consistently excellent plus he is so nice!! Thx

It went fine. There was one area I had a question on and he came right over the day I called and redid it. Kevin was very professional in making sure I was completely satisfied with the job.

Both times he wore and provided us with shoe covers (booties). He responded to our need for emergency cleanup the same day we called, to our gratitude. The personal service, attention to detail, and his personal and professional demeanor all commend him, so he is easy to re-commend to others. Kevin has cleaned our house and rentals multiple times. He is always super flexible with working around our schedule and is very prompt. When I email a request, he responds within an hour or two. Can't beat that! He does not race through jobs, but spends whatever time is necessary to get our carpets as clean as they can possibly be. We will not use any other company!

He was responsive and professional, and he did a great job! I didn't think some of the spots and stains would come out, and I was worried we'd have to replace the carpets, but they looked like new after his visit. It's a small, self-managed building, and we can't always be on site. Kevin was on time, locked up after he was done, and followed up to be sure we were happy.

Kevin is a machine, wastes no time is very personable. Loves animals! The finished product is amazing. He has been our guy for many years.

It went great! Kevin, Owner, of Preferred Carpet Care gave us an estimate that was accurate and fair. We booked a date for a few days later. He arrived on-time and worked efficiently . He was courteous, professional and patient with answering my questions. I had never had my carpets professionally cleaned before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Kevin walked me through the process and even left little booties for placing over our shoes so we didn't track dirt onto the damp carpets! The carpet cleaning process took a couple hours, and he did a great job, I can really see and feel a difference in our carpet. Side story***A few days after Kevin was at our home I received a call from him. He was driving past our house and noticed our dog was out in the street! He stopped and put our dog back into the fenced yard and made sure the side gate was closed and latched properly. I probably thanked him 50 times in that 2 minute conversation. It was just a neighborly thing to do, but if he hadn't known our house and our dog, I hate to think what could have happened. Kevin is a good human being who is good at his job and likes dogs - I suppose he should...there messes keep him in business. Thank you for your great work Kevin and for saving our pup!

Kevin did a great job. He even got out things I thought were stained forever. He showed up on time, did a fantastic job, protected our furniture and other items from the damp carpet, did the job at the price he quoted, and was very professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a great carpet cleaning.

I'm very happy with Preferred Carpet Care - they worked fast and diligent and they're very fair as far as their area counting. I've called other services before and most of them told me that a walk-in closet in a master bedroom counts as a separate area! Here two walk-in closets in the master bedroom were counted as one area, the other three areas were two smaller bedrooms and a hallway. The stairs were extra, and it's ok. They even moved the light furniture, so that everything under the beds was cleaned, too! Will definitely use this company next time to clean the carpeting

Kevin obviously takes pride in his work and does a super job. I have used other companies in the past and they all rush through the job...and it showed. Kevin will make your carpets look so much better, and feel nice and soft again. He is prompt, very reasonably priced, and trustworthy. I can let him in the house and leave without worry. He is the only carpet cleaner we will call!

This is the first time that we used Kevin's service. After today we will continue to do so. After arriving about 15 minutes early and setting up his equipment, he started right on time. The work was professional and efficient. Special attention was given to carpet stains. Although the carpeting is old and well worn, it was clear that this cleaning was superior to the ones that we've had done in prior years. We could see the improvement right away as the work progressed. Kevin is professional, pleasant, and friendly.

Kevin did a thorough job cleaning and sanitizing the carpet. Given that this was a sewage water leakage issue, we needed the service to be performed immediately. Kevin accommodated us on his schedule right away. He was prompt, professional and courteous, and stayed within his quoted cost. I waited for about three weeks to write this review to ensure there isn't any mold/mildew in or near the cleaned area. Happy to say that the carpet is clean and dry as if the issue never occurred.

Big thanks to Kevin for doing a beautiful job deep-cleaning our carpets. He was very accommodating on pricing and scheduling, and did a great job. He had special equipment to protect walls and corners from being scratched. He's also just a nice guy who clearly takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. Definitely someone we'll hire again!

Kevin arrived promptly as scheduled. The job was professionally done and in a timely manner. There was a slight extra charge (which he cleared with me before starting work) for the extra bathroom, but it was reasonable. We will be happy to hire him again someday!

This is the 3rd or 4th time Kevin has cleaned carpets for us. He always does an awesome job. Just when I think there's no hope for the carpet in our house, he makes them look almost like new. He also cleaned a couch for us that our dog had gotten dirty and he made that look like it did when we first bought it. In addition to the quality work Kevin does-- each and every time he comes out-- he is a genuinely nice person and a REAL pleasure to do business with. He's responsive and flexible, and he truly cares about his customers and their satisfaction with the finished product. Kevin was great. I would use him again in the future. He came as agreed and the carpets looked so clean after that. The carpet was not cleaned in many years and I was glad that he did a fantastic job.
