Preferred Carpet Care

I received two calls from two carpet cleaners, Kevin was the better price of the two AND he did not spend a third of the conversation telling me what he would not do. We have Kevin's contact information and will hire him again for the next job.

Kevin did a great job. He was on time and very professional. I would hire him again.

Customers might want to request a confirmation call a day or two before the service date. There was a malfunction of whatever method Kevin uses to keep his records and he didn't show up for the 9 am appointment. I waited a hour and phoned him. He apologized and made it to my house by 11 am. He did a good job once he got there.

Kevin is the Best!!! I bought a condo on a short sale and the carpet was completely destroyed: spills, pet urine, you imagine it, it was there on the carpet. He simply worked magic. He was prompt, worked tirelessly, was extremely fair in his pricing and was able to do the job without a lot of advance notice. A total pro! This is one gentleman who will not regret bringing into your home!
