Kevin was great! He was very thorough, did a good job and exceeded our expectations. He was very accommodating when we asked if we could add more rooms than what we naturally asked him to do. Kevin has been cleaning our carpets for many years. He does an amazing, thorough job, paying extra attention to the places that need it so our carpet looks like new. He knows carpets and how to clean the most unusual spots and stains. He provides customer service that goes above and beyond expectations and is very personable. Carefull quick and clean

Kevin called before he was to come for his appointment and ask if he could come a little earlier than we had set up and I was very happy about that. He was prompt and professional, did an outstanding job and was on his way. Would definitely use his services again in the future.

We have 2 large dogs and have been using Preferred Carpet Care regularly since 2015. Kevin is very meticulous and detailed in his efforts to get out the pet stains and general dirt buildup in our 15 yr old, cream colored shag carpet. He makes our carpet look like new every time - and at a very reasonable, honest price. Wouldn't use anyone else!

Kevin was quick to respond to my inquiry, and he quoted a price that was just right for my budget. The carpets had not been steam cleaned for way too many years and now they look just like new. I will have him clean again and will tell everyone to use his service.

I get my carpets cleaned twice a year. This is the 2nd time I have used Preferred Carpet Care service and the service has been exceptional. Price is reasonable, completes the job timely, cleans all areas of the carpet thoroughly and moves all furniture. I would recommend Preferred Carpet Care to family and friends.

Kevin is professional and friendly. He is flexible and communicative. He listens to what the customer is requesting. He offers up suggestions and gives clients realistic expectations of the possible outcome. I had some tough stains knowing that they would not be completely gone but what a marked improvement, wow!

This carpet cleaning was a small job-a small living room, a small dining room, and a family room. The house was vacant because I was fixing up the house to sell after my mom moved into assisted living. The price was a little lower than my other bid. He arrived early, is very professional, and did a very complete job.
