Description of Work: They cleaned my home. I was injured from a car accident and unable to clean. They did a great job. I gave them a B because they missed areas and we had to call them back to complete the job. They did an amazing job in the bathroom, it sparkled like new!

Description of Work: We had had hardwood floors installed over most of our house. Dust everywhere. They really did a nice job. Took a little longer that they said, but it was a major dusty mess, so I was happy.

Description of Work: During the initial meeting they agreed to clean inside cans and sweep porch. They failed to complete during DEEP clean. I reminded th again to complete at 1st regular cleaning the next week via email and received reply from Paul agreeing it was missed and to give another chance. I agreed. They failed to do the garbage can and sweep porch. When I told them they had forgotten again, I was then told "that is out of our scope of work". I would double check and get in writing. When I asked for a list of what was in scope I was told they didn't have a list, but agreed they needed one. At that point they suggested service be terminated as they would be able to clean cans within the estimated time. | |What is interesting is the new cleaners do it and the whole house takes 2 people less then 2 hours.
